Hot water was always a big question mark

The room was beautiful and an ideal one for couples. The property is perfectly located and provides amazing view of the city. The staff is young and eager to help.

The mattress in the room was terrible and needs to be replaced immediately. We were unable to sleep all night and ultimately decided to check out early from the place.

GREAT location!!!!! Right in the middle of the fort and a wonderful historic place. Roof top terrasse is nice, food ok (sometimes a bit waiting). Friendly staff always helpful.

The superior rooms are really not cheap but ok ok it‘s really historic and nice. I had room 112 —> the shower / toilet next door makes sone noise… well you can‘t help it as it is a historic building.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Zimmer im Turm. Es war geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Schön groß und hell. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Terassenrestaurant verteilt auf verschiedenen Ebenen war hübsch eingerichtet und gute und freundliche Bedienung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Da es ein Hostel mit Zimmer ist, waren da einige junge Leute da, die nachts um 1 Uhr noch laut waren.

Hotel was good with a good view of the city from fort

Staff were not helpful. We requested for help to get the luggage to hotel as we were only 2 girls and autos were not allowed inside the fort due to new year activities. The hotel staff were not at all helpful but after requesting multiple times they eventually got the luggage to hotel. Since the room was in 2nd floor and steps were too steep we requested hotel staff for help with luggage but again they were not at all helpful. After multiple requests they helped in getting the luggage to room. They didn’t even provide water bottles and we had to pay for water bottles despite booking a deluxe luxury room!

Amazing property and the owner has maintained it wonderfully! The staff was VERY friendly, we sat and talked about Jaisalmer a lot. 10/10 recommend for sure. I’m gonna visit again

Staff were very polite, our room and common areas were very clean.

During our stay, we faced a bit of water shortage which was promptly resolved by the ground staff.
