I rented the property for my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a group and felt it would be nice to have a break from the strip. The house was a great size for the group we had, with a nice yard to relax in. The home is it is a residential neighborhood about 10-12 minutes or so from the strip; which take planning to head down there, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, we had a really nice time at the home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s spacious and well kept. There is plenty of room to hangout inside and out.

There was no extra paper towels or toilet paper. We had to end up buying supplies other than that the place was nice.

The property was exactly as described, and we would have given it 5 stars, except that the property manager ghosted us after we checked-in. The heat was out in the bedrooms for the first 2 nights, and it was cold. We weren't forewarned of the heat out, and learned from the repairmen that the parts had been ordered a week earlier, so it was known. The repairman showed up unannounced needing access, in violation of published house rules. We sent several messages and called the property manager several times about 3 simple maters, never to hear from him again. A little communication would have gone a long way.

We had a great stay. The check in was simple and they were very responsive. There were a few things in the kitchen that would have been nice to have since we were cooking for large groups but the space was perfect and comfortable for a group of 14.

The home has plenty of entertainment inside and outside to enjoy. The remodel is beautiful and the home is well equipped. Location is fairly close to the strip. The neighborhood did not feel the safest, with many homes on the street having bars on the doors and windows. No garage to park in. The property management company was extremely responsive.

I highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room for six adults and a 1 year old. The house is well maintained and smartly decorated. If planning a trip, I would put this at the top of your list.

Was a great place to stay

We loved everything about the house. It did have room to accompany us all. The few things that turned us off- carpet needs shampooing or vaccumm. Pretty filthy to walk on barefoot. The location was very close to the strip but the neighborhood itself was ok. The dishwasher is disgusting, we hand washed all our dishes (lots of them) there’s actually fungus or some kind of thing growing inside on the bottom. The pool was nice but cloudy by day 3 wish there was a vaccum in the pool as well. The patio furniture is super disgusting or greasy we decided not to even sit out there, that can use some cleaning or shampooing too. Overall we had a comfortable stay by overlooking these issues/problems.

We very much enjoyed this property and all the wonderful games it offered as we weren't looking to go to the strip. The home has a few small things that could be addressed like an over active smoke detector and the pool alarm...but better safe than sorry. The neighborhood is ok and is central to several attractions. The beds were great and the pool wonderful! Management was very helpful and available.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Vegas, this is it!! Whether you are traveling with friends or family, this house has it all!! There’s a nice pool, jacuzzi, putting green, table tennis, and toys for kids in the backyard. Inside the house there is a pool table, poker table, games, and TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating meals inside. The bedrooms were very comfortable and stylish with TVs in every room. I can’t think of anything that’s been overlooked. It’s super close to the strip! Your search for the perfect Vegas rental can end here!

Beautiful home and property. We were really looking forward to staying here, but could not because the previous tenant had been so disrespectful of the property. Owner was quick to make it right and that integrity was greatly appreciated. You will get to enjoy what we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to enjoy.

Your home accommodated all 7 in our party very comfortably. We had no major issues except for how to work the outdoor fireplaces. The response to our question was responded to in a very timely manner. Loved the ping pong table. Thank you again!

This place was everything it was supposed to be and a little bit more. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when the need arises

Overall our experience was great. The house was clean, the couches were comfortable, it was a close Uber trip to the strip, and the pool was an added bonus in the 110 degree heat. The only issue I had was the beds, they were hard and uncomfortable. The smaller room with the king bed, in addition to being hard, it did not have a great comforter, it was more like a sheet. The other rooms had very soft comforter blankets. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Overall great house!

This house provides everything a group would need from extra towels to salt and pepper and plenty of shot glasses. Less than a mile away from the grocery store and the strip the location is very convenient if you wanted to get food and grill or or have dinner at the strip. I contacted the owner three times during our stay and each time he responded within 30 minutes. Very responsive and helpful. Our group is already planning our next trip back!

We were lucky to find this home for our stay during March Madness 2018. We split the home with 3 other couples. Everyone had a great time. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space if needed or all be all in the same room at the same time comfortably. The artwork throughout the house was enjoyable and modern looking. The whole house felt modern yet still comfy. The updates throughout the house including floors, bathrooms, walls, and furnishings were incredible. The property owners were helpful with any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for a fun group of 4-8 people. There is something for everyone in this house. Although I didn't use the outside area as much as I had hoped, it was great to have so many options/activities outside. Yes, there is a separate hot tub outside also. We'd love to stay here again!

The home is in a Nice little neighborhood and has a bunch of great features and amenities. Smart devices, pool, hot tub, gas fireplaces, and a totally up to date kitchen. Bedrooms all had great new furniture so no one got the short end of the stick.

This place had everything we could need! Great accommodations, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay in Vegas.

The pictures do not do the house justice. It is much nicer and has more room than expected. We arrived with everything ready to go: pool, hot tub, pool table, putting green and bags ready to play. We did an 8 man golf trip and this was a perfect house for that. They had everything we needed and everything was very clean. Neighborhood was a nice area and no one bothered us. We were also up late having fun. With a big patio we never bothered others.

We stay in vacation rental houses most for most of our trips, since we travel with our kids, and occasionally other families or relatives. This house was hands-down the best so far. The house was very clean and well-kept. It had all of the things that we needed like pans and pots for cooking and plenty of dishes, extra towels, wine glasses, lots of pillows on the beds, board games, plenty of outdoor seating and a mini golf type area too. Everything in the house seemed to be really good quality as well. There was a pool table, and a really cool poker table and chips that we used a lot more than I thought we would. The backyard had a nice covered patio with outdoor couches and a long fire pit- type table (which I'm sure would be amazing in the winter, but the weather too hot to use since it's summer.) The pool had a volleyball setup that we used and was a comfortable temperature in the day and at night too. The golfing area also had a sand pit that had a ping pong table, and it was also covered by a sun sail for shade. There was plenty for the kids to do, and us adults too. It was close to the strip and downtown, so it wasn't a long trek to get to anything, just a couple minutes. You can tell that a lot of care went into making sure that we had everything we needed and more for our stay (they even had mini shampoo and conditioner bottles and lotion.) The staff was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions, and checking in was simple. I have a new standard in vacation rental houses after staying here. Top notch!
