Our group enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. Beautiful property, great communication with the host & fantastic location. While there isn’t a fantastic ocean view, my dad loved watching planes fly over the resort.

For this trip we traveled with our 5 children aged 8, 10, 15, 16, and 18. The condo had a very nice layout for everyone and we utilized the kitchen for 3 meals a day. The pools and hot tubs were very nice, the live music was great, and the staff at the resort was friendly. The hosts were very responsive to my messages. Just as an FYI to future families who might have questions: The condo had a closet with some beach items in it- some boogie boards A nice sized cooler Beach Chairs Beach Towels Sand Toys A wagon which was so useful! We brought our own snorkels. You would also need to bring fins. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but bring all your own condiments, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, and seasonings- nothing of this sort was provided- understandably. We went to Costco and Target for provisions, which is located at the first exit back towards Honolulu- it was very convenient. The staff at the resort will take unopened leftover food if you take it down to the front desk - we hate wasting food, so this was great. There is a real beach about a mile up the road that is totally worth the drive. Hawaiian Electric Beach Park. It was great for boogie boarding. The couch is not a pullout, but it was still perfect for a kiddo to sleep on and so was the papasan lounger. Overall it was a great trip and a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend!

The owners that I rented from were wonderful. Any questions I had, they were quick to respond. The only disappointment was due to flight issues, we came in a day late and around 8 pm. The person at the desk who check us in was not very specific with giving us details on where our rental or parking was. She handed us a registration sheet with a lot of highlighted areas & didn't explain anything to us, like how to get to our unit or the number of the parking space.. Mind you we were all exhausted due to flying for 24 hrs because of Alaska Air's cancellation of flights. We had to go back to ask questions as to where our unit was located & to make sure we were parked in the right spot. I think if she had spent a little more time going over the sheet & everything on it it would have made our night better. After the confusion of the1st night, I can say all the other employees were wonderful & helpful. As for our unit, it was well kept & clean and would definitely rent again.

Ko Olina was a wonderful place to spend a few days and our villa was very nice….working well for our group. Staff were friendly and resort grounds nicely maintained.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very quiet and roomy. The twin beds are very firm and the 2nd bedroom mattress very soft. Refrigerator comes with an ice maker so that was nice. Pool accessories were very much appreciated. The only thing i would recommend is a couple more bath towels and wash cloths( we had 6 females on this trip) kleenex, oven mitts, dish drying mat and glass cleaner for the table Overall a perfect experience and the host was very accommodating.

Condo was spacious and clean, had all the amenities expected including beach equipment for the kids. Motohide was extremely easy to reach and communicate with. The property was amazing and the kids loved being able to walk to lagooon. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is perfect for your getaway to Oahu! The place itself is perfect. Stocked with all the amenities and beach gear you could ever need. The beach access is private and not at all crowded. Added bonus - delicious drinks available at the beach bar!

we all enjoyed our stay in Ko Olina. This was me and my husbands 5th visit to the island first time on the West side. we loved it. loved the condo perfect for us all 3 couples. the Lagoon was really beautiful.. the condo had everything we needed. would love to come back on our next visit.

Property is beautiful with lovely pools that are well laid out. The Lagoons that are directly In front of the resort were fun for snorkeling The area of Ko’Olina is so pretty with many restaurants, stores and a few really nice resorts to visit. There are also many activities and beaches in the area.

The owners was quick to respond to any questions that we had and included all necessities that we needed for the kitchen, bedroom and most importantly, the beach.

Condo was perfect for 6 adults. Plenty of space. Perfect location for beaches. Good communication from the host. Everything was excellent.

Family vacation, unit had the room - 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 baths. Unit was nicely appointed with what you need for the stay, although was starting to show its age. The staff is very helpful. Responded to an issue we had with A/C unit and fixed it promptly. The lagoons are nice and provide a tame place to swim in the ocean. Our teens wanted more waves and easily found places on North Shore and East Ohau. Really enjoyed nearby town of Kapolei. Highly recommend visiting Foodland Farms grocery store. Lots of prepared meals to cook on grill at property or heat up. Really nice local fare - reminds us of Whole Foods.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was big so we didnt feel at all cramped. All of the beach supplies were also a nice touch. The location was beyond perfect and the pools and koi fish pond were among our favorites. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend booking.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family to stay at. It's located on the Western side of Oahu. The resort is great and the facilities are so nice. The unit had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels and beach gear from body boards, to snorkels, to beach chairs, etc. Staying here is a bargain as it rivals costly resorts like the Disney Aulani Hotel that is right next door. You get a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and free parking! Plus there's a great pool, hot tubs, and a very nice gym. There's no resort fee! The man-made bay is just as nice as the Aulani's but with far less of a crowd. The pocket patios doors open up completely and let the awesome Hawaiian breeze into the unit. Such a lovely place to sit in the mornings and sip your coffee. We would love to stay again next time we make a trip to Oahu. Thank you for renting out such a pleasant place to stay!

Very nice. Well maintained. Parking spots are small, no dush towels in unit (couldnt find) float valve in toilet flowed since check in. Dresser doors were loose in room with twin beds. Pool was great, beach was wonderful. Could have used a restrusnt on property.

Condo suites our extended family of 8. Resort, beach, pool, lagoon all really great.

We loved our stay in Ko Olina! The condo was spacious and clean. We swam at the lagoon, which was a short walk from our room, right past the resort pool. We enjoyed the pool and used the fitness center. My kids even helped feed the fish on the resort property. Everything was amazing!

The photos of the condo 0215 appeared better than what actually was. 2nd bed to be a Queen and was probably an oversized Double. Disappointing as we were there for 2 weeks. The kitchen utensils were old and missing some of their pieces. It appeared that this property wasn’t kept up or maintained like other properties we have rented through VRBO in the past. It was also difficult keeping the cooler ambient temperature within the unit. Many of the pictures/artwork were very dusty -appeared not dusted for sometime. The wine cooler had excessive ice buildup and was difficult pulling the wracks out.

The condo was the perfect fit for our family - our two daughters, their husbands and our two grandchildren (12 & 16 month). The patio windows that fully open out were perfect. The lanai looks out over the front entrance and there’s always soft Hawaiian music playing. Very quiet and peaceful. Motohide was very good with communication and addressed an issue we had very quickly. The only negative I could mention is the unit could use could use a good go through to replace worn out or damaged furniture/kitchen items and maintenance of appliances. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 8 that stayed at this property and it was amazing. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Motohide was very quick to respond to my questions or concerns and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

The villa was spacious for my family of six. We love to people watch on the balcony. The property pools are beautiful and not to loud. Love the lap pool and many hot tubs. If any recommendations, carpets need some cleaning. Our stay overall was awesome!

The rooms were excellent and the close access to the beach cove area made this a perfect vacation.

Our family loved the condo. Super roomy for our large group, didn’t feel crowded at all. Loved the bay right behind the property, the hot tub with the sand, pools. Condo had lots of stuff to take to the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with when needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Oahu. Would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked, clean, spacious unit that included everything we needed for the lagoon (beach wagon, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, etc) in a great location.
