We love this property and have stayed several time. Gorgeous as always, comfortable beds, great communication. The days fly by.

The house has a beautiful view and an easy & sturdy one flight of stairs down to the water. Enjoyed 2 wonderful sunsets while sitting in the hot tub. Although there are of course neighbors on both sides, the house sits a bit in front of them both and had a private and "secluded" feel.

Our family spent a long weekend here to enjoy the fall colors and the changing of the seasons. The property was perfect for us. The children especially enjoyed combing the beach for washed-up treasures. We had many long walks along the beach and a few excursions out to some of the nearby quaint communities, which are quiet now with the end of the busy season. The property was very clean and the waterfront views incredible. We enjoyed several colorful sunsets over the lake from the deck. Mary is a very responsive and informative host.

Second time here and already booked for Summer 2024. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Can’t beat the view from the primary bedroom or the hot tub and fire pit. Until we meet again.

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as listed, very clean and had everything we needed! The area was quiet, but as expected for time of the year. We still enjoyed eating at local spots, some shopping, dunes, golf, beautiful sunsets and freighter spotting! A nice little fall getaway! Mary was very informative and stayed in touch before and during the visit. Beautiful home with amazing views!

Love this place! Our 2nd year staying here and it was as spectacular as the 1st. Right on the beach, unobstructed sunsets and cool lakeside breezes! Perfect!

Well-appointed house and the views off of the deck were so gorgeous. My family had a great time and the sandy area in the backyard was perfect for young kids.

We all had a wonderful time. Mom (85) Hubbie, me and brother (60s) my daughter and her partner (30s) all acted like kids enjoying sun, clouds, rain, electrical storm (that was awesome watching it come across the lake) and the sand and water! Meals together no work talk what could be better. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

First time coming to Michigan, we had a blast. Loved the view and deck area! Weather was perfect. Pics online don’t do justice… Visited Silver Lake, Muskegon, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, South, Haven, and St Joseph’s.

Everything was perfectly clean, neat and tidy! The views are unmatched anywhere else! Mary was incredible to work with. Our second visit and will come back again.

This house was absolutely incredible. The proximity to the water, the thoughtful additions (firepit, lake view from the hot tub, bedroom, shower, etc), the tasteful decor/art... This is EXACTLY what we were looking for. Mary was friendly, fast, & helpful with the few questions we had. Our stay was crazy windy! But the home is so cozy, stocked with books, games, & the most incredible views, it didn't matter. When the wind did relax, our walks on the beach, fire pit/guitar sessions on the deck, hot tub/moon watching, & unreal sunsets were all high points. We wish we could've stayed much longer. We will 100% be returning to this home & I'm already looking forward to it. Clean, comfortable, well kept outdoor spaces, a wonderful host, & unbeatable views of the lake. What more could you ask for? Thank you!!! WOW. Can't wait to do it all again!

This was our second time staying here (we loved it so much the first time, had to revisit). One day of our stay was crazy weather - 25 mph sustained wind for 24 hours plus 40-50 mph gusts plus blowing snow - the house is solid and secure, no creaking or shuddering against that lake wind! The heated floors in the room off the kitchen are super nice, gives the whole room a warmer feel. The sunsets are amazing here, and we were able to walk on the beach a few times too. We love the area and loved staying here a second time.

We needed R&R badly, and Lake Michigan always restores us. This property (at least in the off-season) was so quiet and peaceful, except for the wind and waves that put on a new, and sometimes noisy) show everyday. Already planning to stay again!

We went here for our 10 year anniversary and loved every single day there. The water pressure wasn't that good but it still worked for what we needed. Views and got tub, everything was great.

Perfect layout for us. Spent so much time outside. The deck, fire pit, the beach, the hot tub…can’t figure out which one we liked best. Good spot for various day trips to Whitehall, Shelby, Silver Lake, Pentwater and Ludington. Breweries and wineries galore. Our adult kids came for the weekend and they hated leaving us. Never seen a sunset or stars in the sky like we did while staying here. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

This was our second stay here, and it did not disappoint despite less than optimal weather! We had a natural fireworks show one night (lightning) and unbelievable sunsets the other nights. The stars are impossible to describe - we even saw the planet Jupiter! Be aware that there are steps required to get up to the main living area (or walking up a slope outside) and another set to reach the Masters suite. Just an FYI for people traveling with guests who may do better with a rental that is more flat. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect here! The house and property is amazing. And the sunsets are as spectacular as anywhere I've ever seen. Mary is the most responsive owner I've ever encountered and I didn't hesitate to book again next year because of it! This property does not disappoint!

We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice, equipped with just about everything you need! Mary was super quick to answer the couple questions we had. The views here are stunning! Beds were VERY comfortable too, which is hard to find sometimes! Very wonderful family vaca. The stairs were steep but that is part of the listing, and we had no trouble just taking them slow with the kids! Thanks for a great vacation!

The house is very nice, clean and well appointed. The deck and hot tub overlook the beach, with an easy access down a short flight of stairs and a nice path. My sister's and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Very nice getaway with the beach as your front yard. Felt like we were at the ocean! Property owner was very helpful and quick to respond with answers to my questions. Minimal cell service but wifi worked perfectly. It was kind of nice to partially disconnect. Was very grateful for the Baby gate, pack and play, and toys that were there to accommodate our 1 year old! Overall, had a great stay!

Amazing getaway for 5 life long friends for over 50 years. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck offered spectacular views and sunsets, and the beach was clean and private....it was the perfect way to decompress from everyday life. Pentwater is about a 25 minute drive with cute shops and restaurants. The local bar/restaurant, "The Stoney Lake Inn" was just 5 minutes down the road and offered a lot of food choices for evenings we didn't feel like cooking. Mary was quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. We had the best week!

Awesome beach access and loved being able to put the kids in the hot tub to warm up. Great for our 3-7 year old kids. Loved the whippy dip up the road!
