We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. Nice accommodations, pool and location. Would recommend to friends and family.

This place was just as good as it looked. It was perfect for our family of 4. Minutes to beach and Beach strip. Shops were great, great restaurants, and plenty of ice cream. No problems at all with the property except grills could use a little TLC. Besides that, would rent again in a second.

We just wrapped up a great week at Clearwater Beach. We were able to get into the unit about an hour early as our flight arrived earlier in the day. The interior of the unit was very clean and welcoming. It was a short, five minute walk to the beach and the pool was small and private (but cold!). There were a few small issues inside the condo. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. We needed more glassware and a larger coffee pot and broom. The dining table was in rough shape but manageable. Overall - a great space for two families. Our main concern was the exterior/property. The two docks were missing planks and there was caution tape blocking it off. This was a disappointment as we packed fishing pole and lifejackets to fish and spend time outside the unit. We ended up putting down a mismatch of boards to try and salvage the one dock for some fishing for the last few days. We had family stay in the same complex the year before and they commented that the exterior property/landscaping has deteriorated. We reached out to the host. They did credit us $100 for dock situation but insisted it was due to a storm and out of their control. Our family was disappointed with the dock situation- especially because we were not notified about it ahead of time and estimated the work to fix it might have been an hour or so. Overall - this was a very good spot close to the beach and clean but disappointing outdoor spaces.

When we arrived, it nice to have a few items to start our day, coffee dish and laundry soap, etc. The walk to the beach was not far at all and it was close to shops and great eateries. Spent a lot of time on the back patio by the water and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine. Would come back again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed. We had a great time. Everything was in walking distance or we used the Jolly Trolly for longer distances which picked us up right across the street. This is the second time we stayed at this complex. We love it!!

Lovely place with very nice design. Very clean and exceeded expectations. The bonus wagon and beach chairs and umbrella was wondeful. Will stay again if back in Clearwater.

Nice clean and exactly as advertised, the landscaping and docks could use a little TLC, the hedge in front of patio table could be cut down two feet for a better view of the intercoastal, very relaxing setting. Nina was very prompt in answering any concerns that only included the wifi and cable. She was able to grant us an early check in as my granddaughter had a softball tournament and we were able to get settled in before game time. Would book again in the future.

Nice place to sleep after a day of doing things.

This was a very comfortable apartment on the bay. It was a very short walk to the beach. The water pressure was great. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great. I would my definitely go back

Went with my grown gandaughter to spend all our time pn the beach Very relaxing Shops and resturant were nice. Enjoyed the area of the house and beach

It was a great place to stay with a few friends and have your own areas to still have your own space. The area was walkable to all the attractions and a few minute walk to the ocean. Would stay again.

Everything about this property was excellent.

Rental was great - just as described. Clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon for our beach days. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time! The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the back porch. We would eat our breakfast out back by the water. We were walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also, you could rent kayaks and paddle boards next door. They also offered jet ski tours which we did and had a blast! We really loved the location of the unit. It was on a fairly quiet street and we felt very safe.

Great location. Just far enough from the busy part of Clearwater that was a quick walk to get to. Quick walk to the beach and honestly the best part of Clearwater beach. Would def recommend!

Great location and very clean property!

The property is exactly as advertised. Upon arrival, the home is VERY clean, nice, comfortable beds & bedding. Adequately furnished kitchen, nice sized table and chairs and gas grill on the patio. We love sitting on the dock and watching all the boats coming in from the gulf, we also had a few dolphin sightings this year. You are a short walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars and shops; the trolley also stops right down the street if you wish to venture further. We LOVE it, and booked again for 2024.

The unit was clean and spacious. The location right on the inlet with the dock was very relaxing and awesome views. The unit was also very close to beach and restaurant and bars, all very walkable. The few issues that came up the owner was very responsive and help get them resolved.

We so enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful, accommodating condo. Loved the water views, proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants and live music. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I would not recommend staying with this host. She was late to respond when I asked about the hurricane. She would not refund our reservation after the hurricane left my family with no power and a flooded neighborhood. Nor did she offer credit for another time. She never returned my call after I left a voicemail. We did not receive check in instructions until after 10 pm the day of check in. And only because I messaged her again. I feel she took advantage of our situation when you would think people would be sympathetic.

It was great from start to finish. It was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and we loved sitting out on the back patio in the evening. We will definitely be renting here again when we return next summer!
