Third time having a sibling reunion in this wonderful home. It’s the best view and lots of room for all. We will be back!

Once again we had a wonderful time. The weather was great, the beach is clean, and we got some much valued time with our extended family.

I believe this is the 5th or 6th year that my book club has had our annual retreat at the Neskowin property. It has fabulous space for our group of seven. There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of comfortable space for socializing. We love the fact that there is no property immediately to the north, so there is a broad sweeping panoramic view of the ocean and nearby beach, and great space for a campfire. The house has been carefully cared for over the years and there have been a number of recent updates.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Pictures and description online were very nice. The only thing about the listing would be a better description of accessibility to enter the house. The two ways to enter are either the main entrance or through the garage. Both have a couple of stairs to actually get into the house. Neither one of them has any railings. It is the beach and the outside Trex style decking and was slick. We had a person in our group that has mobility issues, and the lack of railings made it very hard to get in and out of the house. But having bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor is a plus. Parking is great we had six vehicles and had lots of room. The only other thing is there is public access trail to the beach right next to the house. We had a few occasions of people not staying on the trail and walking right in front of the windows to access the beach.

Great weather one incident while we were watching TV the first evening there was a clock that fell off the wall above one of the closets in the dining area and broke the glass so we cleaned it up but left the clock on the dryer

Our family loves this house, and enjoy every minute of our vacation. Can’t beat the ocean view with all the windows. Very clean, and well equipped.

We had a great time and really enjoyed being right on the water. We had sun and puffy clouds the first two days and storm and rain the last two so we experienced it all! Only thing was we didn't use the barbecue because it was pretty dirty and thought the oven needed a good scrub. Other than that it was good. We will be back!!

This is a very nice house, right on the beach. I've stayed in others in a similar setting. The thing that sets this one apart, is how well equipped it is. It is so well thought out inside and out, with every supply in the kitchen, and amenity you can think of. For example the kitchen has everything you can want in the way of pot and pans, a very complete set of spices, etc. They even have an inside shower stall in the utility room where you can rinse off the sand from your time on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is great for multiple families. Very clean, lots of light, best ocean views ever. We felt like we were on the shore, but inside! Amazing! Just about everything needed was available. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the house. Was perfect for our family. Excellent access to the beach. Only problem we encountered was the refrigerator. It quit working on the second day we were there. We ended up using the outdoors and containers with ice to keep things cool. Freezer worked so we froze the leftovers that we could. Communicated with property manager but never got a response.

The home was relatively well maintained and clean. But the view was stunning and unmatched!

As a former VRBO owner of three VRBO properties, I am very hard to please. This beach house was amazing. Based on the timeframe of our trip being the end of December, I wanted a beach house where we could have a great water view regardless of the weather. This beach house has windows along the full length of the house. With an open floor plan on the first floor, we truly felt like you were on the beach when you were inside. Every member of our group enjoyed the beach experience. We were Awe struck by the beautiful water views. There were a few earlier reviews that mentioned items in disrepair, but the owners must have already addressed these concerns. The beach house was in model home condition. Our group really enjoyed the floor plan with three big bedrooms upstairs for the married couples in our group & the single adults on the main level. We throughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful beachfront house. Several of us discussed how soon we could return again! ✅✅

This is the second time that we stayed at this property and both times were excellent! The views are amazing from almost every room. There are tons of cozy couches in the living room where you can sit and just watch the waves. We stayed with a number of extended family and it fit our group perfectly. The weather was even nice enough for lots of walks on the beach. We're hoping to be back again next year!

If you are looking for a well-appointed, lovely, large home on the beach, this magnificent home will not disappoint. We had our annual early 'Christmas on the coast' with my family and this home housed our family exceptionally well. There was room for all of us to have our own space and it is literally steps to the beach. The view from ALL the rooms is spectacular. I just can't say enough good things about this home. We could not have been more pleased and give this home our highest recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future!

We had a few questions, and received answers quickly. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the view and location as well.

Wonderful house and location with room for 4 families to gather for a weekend and have space for multiple activities. So much great space for multiple activities - watching football, playing board games, doing puzzles, cooking, playing on the beach, going for walks, and cooking large meals. Everything you need is available for a great beach getaway!

Perfect location and property for a weekend with our children. Hope to return but plan to include our grandchildren. Amazing place to visit, play games, explore the shoreline and just be together. Kitchen is great! Thank you for sharing your home!

What a fabulous weekend, great weather, great location and wonderful house! This place is great for a large group! The layout and location couldn’t be better! The house needs a couple very minor repairs such as a door handle and a ladder for one of the bunks but overall it was amazing! We will be renting again!

The home is just beautiful, with beach access the weather was so nice which gave us days of sitting on yhe deck and walking on thd beach. All of us are in our 60s this year with our mom that is 91 juet a few steps to get into the home and with 4 bedrooms on tbe main floor my mom had an ocean view in evey room. So lovely. Thank you for sharing you home.

An amazing property! Our entire family was able to enjoy the house, the view and the beach. Great spot for big families with differing needs. I'm surprised this property is ever available!! We all thank the host for this one !

We would love to stay here again. Well stocked, nice and large for big groups. One issue: one of the jack and jill bathrooms did not have working locks - which was awkward for the two bedrooms sharing it - would be nice to have that fixed. Otherwise great house, and great location. Thanks!

Wonderful property, the house is perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked, so many sitting areas to visit in and still be part of the large group. You can't find a better beach location, the kids skim boarded in the ocean everyday. The owner was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Dishwasher was not always reliable… very annoying. You would think it’s on but it’s not. The unit looks like it’s ready to fall apart.would not rent again unless fixed… had to buy paper plates twice. The garbage cans were half full when we got there… one would not lock closed. We had to leave some garbage in the garage due to lack of room. Beautiful views, great beds, well stocked. Plenty of room for large groups… loved all the seating spaces. Awesome stove. Fridge in the garage would have been great if it hadn’t smelled so bad. Door to patio sticks. Would love to rent again but only if these things are remedied.

This house has an AMAZING location! its at the end of the neskowin beach, so very few people to share the beach with. The house is large, and even with 12 people we were never in each others way. The house itself needs some attention. There were a few broken chairs, broken coffee pot, and one toilet that would not flush. We tried to contact the property manager and she never responded to my phone call or message through VRBO... Not great response. The BBQ was also not cleaned. We would def stay there again though, as the location is amazing!

Great property, especially families with young kids where they want to watch them on the beach while they're in the house - great windows to be inside to be able to watch their kids outside.
