Our favorite family vacation spot! This property is in a prime location and the host goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved every minute!

We love this lovely place. It is perfect for the two of us! Judy is always there for any needs! Plus she is a wonderful person! I could stay for days but vacations are short but sweet!

This cottage was comfy and cozy! A convenient location and close to everything, but also very quiet. The host resolved any issues quickly. We had a great stay here and even the cat enjoyed the outdoor patio.

Loved our 2nd trip to Lakeside and really loved the location & coziness of this cottage. Wonderful in every way for our visit. Will be staying here again in the future—loved our host who made us feel really welcome!

The Last Resort cottage was an awesome location. Adults walked one or two minutes to pool, lake, pickle ball, market store, donuts & coffee, auditorium, ice cream. Kids bikes it in 30 seconds. The cottage is tastefully decorated & neat. Kitchen fully stocked, oven heats up quickly, large refrigerator. We cooked three dinners. Shower has plenty of hot water. Slept great! Cottage is bright & cheerful with plenty of natural light. We appreciated the extra front door light for our teenager returning on his bike at 11 pm from Bettinger Park. We had the entire driveway to park our car & bikes (we ended up not renting a golf cart). Lakeside was lovely & Judy’s cottage was a hit!

We had a wonderful stay at “The Last Resort” with myself, my fiancé, my sister, and my brother-in-law as well as our two dogs. Being able to have our dogs with us was a huge bonus as most cottages in Lakeside don’t allow that. The only downside was that we had to walk them to Hoover Auditorium to go to the bathroom since there was no grass on the property but that wasn’t a problem for us. The WiFi was very strong and we were able to work and conduct a zoom call from the cottage. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this cottage.

Very nice little cottage. Judy was very friendly and responded quickly. There is zero yard if you're bringing a dog. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. Cottage was as pictured and in a great location. Easy access to everything Lakeside has to offer. Judy was a great host, and we look forward to staying there again.

We had a perfect week in the 70s at the lake and cottage was ideal for overflow sleeping for family. Didn’t spend much time indoors at all. Judy was responsive and welcoming.

Wonderful find, convenient location, pet-friendly and has everything we need. Already booked for summer 2021 and can't wait!

We have been coming to Lakeside for 40 years and this was our best stay ever! The house is great, location perfect and the BEST part are the owners! If you are looking for the perfect spot to stay and relax I would book here!!!
