This was the finest condo we have ever stayed in since we started coming every year since 2009. The views were incredible and the condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Loved it!!

Very spacious and nicely set up property. Excellent communication with the manager. Everything is provided, including beach towels. All you need to bring is shampoo and body wash. Close walk to a very nice pool by the seasonal restaurant (the lazy river is a drive, and it is really small so that you know). The beach is lovely. You can rent beach chairs and sun tents. There are bikes for rent at the Beach Club and a few restaurants a short drive away. Very nice and relaxing place. Enjoy!

We spent a weekend at this property. The property manager was accessible and accommodating, the place itself was very nice. Everything was as advertised, we were happy with the place. Will rent again if we visit.

The view is absolutely beautiful! Lots of room. Living room furniture looks okay but sinks down from wear, my elderly father couldn’t get out of it and it is really uncomfortable. Internet has trouble had to keep unplugging and plugging back in.

Second time staying here, very comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and great location.

We had a great time! The views from the balcony are amazing and the location is great next to the boardwalk. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

We’ve stayed in this building many time, but this was our first time staying in Sapphire Beach! The unit was just as beautiful as the pictures show. The bedrooms were furnished nicely with comfy linens. We loved the large kitchen, balcony and owner retreat bath in particular. It is very easy to get to the beach with a walkover just to the side of the building. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. My son left one of his toys in unit and James mailed to us. We got it within two days. We were very thankful for his kindness. We would highly recommend staying at Sapphire Beach and we plan on returning as well.

The condo was in a great location to the beach! We’ve been coming to Pointe West for years and this was one of the best locations with just a few steps away from the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and spacious for 5 adults and 2 children. The owners were quick to respond and the condo had everything listed. We had a wonderful time!

Needs more bath towels, and soap. Also the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It has a massive dip. Also new pillows.

Having never been to Galveston before, this was an awesome introduction. James was super responsive and accommodating beforehand. We went with the intention of hanging out at the beach for most of the time, and this was perfect for that. Far enough away from the busyness/craziness of Galveston "city," and the walk to the beach was super convenient. We had such a blast at the beach, we didn't even check out the Beach Club next door (though it looked awesome if you're interested). A few side notes that are helpful to know: 1) They did have a wagon in the closet to haul your stuff down to the beach. Super helpful. 2) Try your best to do your shopping on the way down before you get to the island. Seven Seas Grocery is close enough, but limited selection and definitely a lot more pricey than a Kroger or Walmart. Think we just started an annual family tradition. Thanks James and crew!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was absolutely beautiful! The elevator broke, & it was a bit of an inconvenience lugging our things up & down the stairs. Also, the location is beautiful, but it really far out. You have to bring things because the commute to town is very long. Plus, we never got the wristbands that we paid $105 for.

We have stayed in this unit before and we were completely satisfied. The layout of the unit allows for enough space so people are not on top of each other and having that third bathroom is really nice. We like coming to this part of Galveston to get away from the crowds and the beach is very well kept. James is the most awesome property manager!

This resort property was perfect for young adults, middle-aged parents and seniors! The building had designated, covered parking and an elevator. The unit was clean, comfortably furnished, and the kitchen had every convenience. The resort has two pools, a fitness center, a restaurant, a bar, and boardwalk access to the beach. We will definitely be staying at Sapphire Beach again. James was a most gracious host!

Property manager had great communication and easy check in/out process. My family enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Property is as advertised--very clean and an easy walk to the beach and clubhouse amenities. Elevator was working when we arrived, but was clearly struggling and by the end of our trip was out of order--be prepared to use the stairs!

This condo was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen was great. We loved that is was close to the crosswalk.

It’s property is super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of linens and towels, well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of “extras”. We love Pointe West, and this condo was perfect for our large family. The unobstructed beach view is amazing and it’s super close to the boardwalk to the beach, with a short walk to the pool.

My family agreed that this was one of the best properties that we have rented. The condo had everything we needed and more! The ocean view and quick beach access was awesome. We loved the pools private beach!

This unit was very nice, clean and we'll kept. My only recommendation is to get a larger coffee pot.

We loved the space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy as advertised. Lots of stairs in the building as the elevator was out but we knew that in advance because of the property reviews. Access to the pool was nice. Beach was great and not crowded.

My friends and I stayed at this condo for a girls weekend recently. The location by the dune cross-over to the beach is excellent and it’s a short walk to the pool and club house! The elevator wasn’t working when we were there, so be prepared to haul your bags up two floors. The condo was clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke detector, and James was quick to respond and handle it for us!
