This condo couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Walk out your patio door straight to the pool. Just beyond the pool is the Playa Norte beach. The property was so easy to checkin. It was clean and had everything you need. It’s so close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Great condo in a great complex, on the best part of the island.

We had an amazing stay at Nautibeach condos. During our trip we split our time between Playa Norte beach relaxing and island exploring via golf cart. After seeing so much, we concluded we would stay at Nautibeach for a return trip. There are several benefits to this condo location - amazing ocean swimming, proximity to the Mayan Beach club meant beach chair food/drink service, walking distance to SO much food/drink/shopping around Hidalgo street. Some extra services that we loved and were very smooth and professional - private beach chairs/umbrellas and setup meant premium beach spots with zero hassle, worry free golf cart rental from property owner with private parking, covid testing in condo, condo cleaning, etc. Aside from the excellent location and service, the accommodation was exactly as advertised with zero complaints on our end - thankfully due to perfect weather we spent very little time in the condo itself . The island is so fun and this is a premier place to stay due to its location, privacy, and service.

This was the most perfect location on the island. Walking distance to the downtown- a few blocks is all- that where shopping and restaurants are! Even $1 tacos!! It’s not right on the beach where you had crowds of people in front of you but just set off enough that you still saw the beach. Probably 100 ft?? We were close enough to the pool as well as the restaurant. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for two couples. They had plenty of drinking water provided as well as coffee. Which was very nice to not to have to worry about as stores are a little distance away. You will want to rent a golf cart especially to go to the grocery store which is a large store similar to Walmart. Overall the experience was wonderful, the location was wonderful, the condo was wonderful. We took Katy’s suggestions on several things and it worked out very well- such as buy your transfer from the airport to the ferry in advance with CARM we even prebought our ferry tickets through them as well - and even got a beer for the ride. Zero complaints for the entire trip! We will definitely come again!

This condo has excellent privacy on the first floor and easy access to the pool area and beach. Playa Norte is a gorgeous beach and we have stayed in Isla Mujeres several times. The location is fantastic with easy accessibility and walkability to town, ferry etc. It was great that the Mayan beach club is adjacent and serve drinks and food at the Nautibeach poolside and on the beach. Good wifi that my daughter enjoyed on a few of the rainy days during our stay. Rosa was extremely great with communication and scheduling our COVID tests. Easy breezy and beautiful!

We loved the condo. It was in the perfect location, close to the pool and beach. It was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely return.

My husband and I loved the location. The beach was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Mayan Beach Club on the premises were amazing, VIP service right on the beach. Katy was great. She will answer every question at any given moment. I will definitely will be back. Is is so true, you will fall in love with Isla.

Easy and beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay in condo #5. Katy was so helpful leading up to check in. We loved having fresh water available in the condo, and the ability to walk out to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great! The location was perfect! We loved that there was security onsite 24/7. We will definitely look to stay here each time we return to the island! Perfect island paradise!!!

Beautiful place and the people were great!!

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained and in a great location. The staff at reception Florie and Rosa the housekeeping were wonderful. I was blown away by the proximity to the Mayan Beach Club and the impeccably clean beach. I will definitely be back!

I don't really have anything to add from previous reviews. The condo was very clean, laid out well and adequately stocked. We loved playing cards on the nice sized patio. Flori and every other staff member we came into contact with were fabulous! And the location is absolutely perfect! Both in relation to the town and beach and where it is located on the property with a view of the gardens, pool and ocean. While walking around and exploring on a golf cart, I cannot think of any other place we would want to stay. I was surprised how busy the beach and town were during what I thought was "off-season," but that could have been due to recent vaccinations and people starting to travel again. Regardless, we will be back!

Great location, very clean condo. Drinking water provided. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are so comfortable. Katy was very generous and staff are so nice. Literally on the best beach in Isla with lounge chairs/umbrellas provided. Great location to variety of restaurants/bars.

The condo was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, including coffee. Pool and bath towels were provided and switched out mid-week. The AC worked very well but we didn't really need it because the fans were enough to circulate the air. Being on the ground floor made it super easy to come and go to the pool and the beach. We felt very safe because there were guards on the property 24hrs. Check-in was super easy. We arrived late and the guard had the key for us and then the property manager stopped by the next day to check in on us. Even the owner, Katy, stopped by to make sure we had what we needed. The location can't be beat with access to pristine beaches and just a 5min. walk to the main street with all of the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Isla Mujeres.

First, this property is perfect. The location and size is just right. (We are not big fans of the mega resorts.) And the staff makes everything smooth (renting a golf cart fur example). In the mid of our stay my husband lost his phone at Garaffon park. Our “find my” was not working and we contacted Katy. She got in touch with one of her staff, Flori, who knew the security guard at the park. Flori handled messaging back and forth and even drove with us back to the park to make sure we got the phone back. Over and above service. Needless to say we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Isla Mujeres.

My wife and I stayed in Nautibeach #5, for two weeks. The beach had just reopened but no worries if it didn't because the pool is just steps from the condo and the beach is just in front of the pool. The amenities were exactly as described. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our room cleaned every couple of days per our request. They took care of our laundry for a small fee. The property was quiet and well maintained. ZERO BUGS IN THE CONDO! This is rare anywhere on the island. The Beach club there had everything you could want. I will definitely be coming back soon.

This was our first time visiting Isla Mujeres, and from start to finish it was my favorite vacation to date!! The island itself is breathtaking!! Condo #5 was perfectly located and absolutely gorgeous! I have rented places in the past, on different vacations that look nothing like the pictures. This condo looks better than the pictures! It’s super clean, and they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Dave even stopped by the pool one day to say hello, and check and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will absolutely be back, and we will definitely be renting this location again!!

Best of Isla at your fingertips. Stayed with my young adult kids and chose Nautibeach for the location. One of the best beach clubs, best beach, and walking distance to everything. I didn't have to worry about waiting for them to wake up and they didn't have to worry about me going home before midnight, excellent security. Katy's condo is very comfortable, the view is to die for and one of the better condos in the development. We made breakfast and snacks in the kitchen. There was a rain day when we stayed at the club all day reading and jumping in the water, we were already wet. The best day ever! Thanks Katy!

First, I want to say it's always a pleasure working with Katy. She is the most delightful, sweet, attentive owner I have ever dealt with. Makes booking our vacation a breeze! Her condo is just as advertised including the beautiful pics . In fact it's more beautiful!! This is our second visit and I have to say we will be coming back every year. We have found our second home away from home. Second, we love this condo., especially the King size beds. Very plush and comfy. Always a good nights sleep! The condo is always immaculate, beautiful bedrooms, great bathroom, and kitchen. She supplies water and coffee which is a big plus for us coffee drinkers! It is equipped with everything you might need, kitchen as well and if it's missing something the front desk manager is quick to get it for you. The surrounding area and condo grounds are beautiful and most of all the most beautiful beach on the Island is steps away from the condo. You have a beautiful garden and pool view and can see the beach from the bedroom. Having early morning coffee and our daily fruit on the patio every moring was a big treat for us. It's especially gorgeous to walk the beach at night. Basically everything you need is right at your doorsteps, pool, beach, restaurants and many bars within walking distance on the beach. We love this location as it is within walking distance to the main strip of Isla where all the action is. Makes going out at night a breeze! Also within walking distance from the pier. We always walk to our condo from the pier and back when we leave with no problem. We have rented a golf cart as well, but usually only for 2 days(to get around the other side of Island) . Since everything is walking distance you don't really need it for longer than that. This was our 40th anniversary get away, and I have to say it was amazing. We will be coming back and hopefully with friends.

Had a wonderful time here, especially being on the ground floor since my husband has some mobility problems. We used to use the Nautibeach owners’ pool and mostly stayed on the 3rd floor but it was not going to work for us. I needed to know which unit we were going to get beforehand to give us peace of mind. And I’m so glad we found your condo. So comfortable for 2 couples. That sink and large bed in the 2nd bedroom are terrific. Katy’s condo is so convenient, comfortable, well designed (loved having lots of water bottles and TP available rather than asking every time they’re needed). Candelario and his staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the restaurant next door is wonderful. Communication with Katy was so easy, she made our trip smooth from first inquiry to help with golf cart. Hope to return to Isla and will definitely book this condo!

Once again treated to excellent facilities by Katy and her dad. Our condo was waiting for us in spotless condition just as it was on our first trip. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful, an example being that my wife and I left dishes in the sink one morning, planning to wash them when we came back from the beach. We didn't realize housekeeping was coming to change the linens. To our surprise our maid did the dishes for us. It may be something small, but it is what makes this place special. Coming back???? You bet!!!! .....and were not waiting four years.

We really enjoyed staying at this location and the condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and we had plenty of room. Very clean and very nice. Kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. Plenty of water provided. Bathroom was clean and had no issues with toilet or shower. We would stay here again!

We stayed at NautiBeach #5 and it was wonderful! The condo was very comfortable and the furnishings were all in great condition. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor porch relaxing. The pool is wonderful as is the restaurant which is right next door. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach are awesome and it saves money since you don't need to rent them. Everything is in walking distance and Katy gave some great recommendations for places to eat. We will definitely stay here next year when we return!!! Thank you Katy for an awesome place to stay!

Condo #17 was clean, with a nice view of both the pool and the ocean. Great location; within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops and beaches. Housekeeping did a nice job and the front office was very helpful with booking a tour to Isla Contoy.

Sweet condo with perfect location. Well utilized space and extra lavatory and vanity in second bedroom is of great use as two can get ready at the same time. This unit has a pool and an ocean view even though on the first floor, steps from the pool and beach and restaurant. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops and grocery store . Updated decor, exactly as pictured, well maintained, very clean, comfy beds and linens, a/c worked very well. There is also 24 hour manned security at the entrance. Katy was easy to work with and it was nice they had an office for checking in and out, etc. Would definitely recommend to all others. Reserve it -- you will be glad you did!
