We were so happy this house had a great pool and several fun floaties! It was very warm the end of March so cooling off in the pools was wonderful. The pool itself was very warm so we spent tons of time there. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comforatable. There were TONS of towels, the showers were hot and worked great. Coffee maker worked great as well as a fully stocked kitchen with lots of small appliances. The blender worked great for us! We really enjoyed the Brac and snorkeling from several different areas of the island. Our favorite restaurants were Baracuda, Captins Cove, Brac Beach Resort, and we tried the Farm Restaurant for Pizza night and enjoyed it as well. Overall great place to stay for a relaxing trip. Thank you!

Our stay was pure bliss. Paul and Magie are great Hosts. They communicate in a timely and concise manner. They respond to your needs while providing an exquisite home to live in to experience a great, relaxing vacation. The pool was the pinnacle to our wonderful stay in Cayman Brac.

This house does not disappoint! Located on the quiet South side, with breezes everyday and an unbelievable view. With minimal traffic, we were able to go for walks every morning to the end of the road. The house is set up with 2 bedrooms with very good quality mattresses, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen has every amenity we needed as we cooked most of our meals at home. The large covered porch was a life saver on the hot days as well as the few times it rained. The pool is kept very clean and the perfect way to cool off. The beach is quite rocky for those with mobility issues but we enjoyed walking along the shore looking for shells and investigating the small tide pools. The property manager Lynn was great. We missed our flight to Cayman Brac and she was there to meet us even though we were 5 hours late! She was able to get us to the store for a few groceries just before they closed and very responsive when we had questions.You will need a car as it's about a 15 minute drive into town. If you're looking for a quiet retreat in a comfortable house with amazing views, Southern Reach will check all the boxes. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Reach! We were not on island to dive but to disconnect and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The house is very private and quiet! Only sound is the ocean and some birds every now and then! House is as pictured and the owners and property managers were easy to communicate with! Rural island living at its best! One thing…if you are spoiled to Kcups and Nespresso pods…learn to make it the Mr. Coffee way before you get there! My first pot made my hair stand up!! LOL If you like massages and facials book a patio massage and facial with Kelly at The Spa Cayman Brac. The sound of the ocean on the patio and the massage were a perfect combination!

This home is very nice. The pictures do not do it justice. Very well maintained and very well outfitted for any adventure you may have on Cayman Brach! Right on the beach. More than beautifully amazing views day or night. Stargazing is the best I have ever seen! The pool is immaculate. Comfy, clean beds. Everything was exceptional and I highly recommend this home! The hosts were Premier for sure, and then some! Very good communication, no issues at all. You are going to LOVE IT. Plan a few extra days, you will thank me!

Lovely setting and quiet neighborhood.

The pictures do not do it justice. The constantly rolling blue waves were exactly what we were looking for. The house was immaculate, perfectly placed and a gem. Lynn was also amazing, in that she took us to the house and to the market (with us following her in the rental car). It was an adjustment to drive on the left, but there's no traffic and it added to the experience. I would definitely recommend that you do rent a car so that you can explore the island a bit. For those of us that may have to do some work while there...the wifi was reliable and relatively quick. I will definitely be back and could even see bringing my parents and making a family trip out if it. They would love it. Thank you so much for the experience, as it was just what was needed!

This was our second stay at Southern Reach. The home is extremely clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The patio and pool are a great way to enjoy Brac’s southeast shore. Bring your water shoes as the oceanfront is ironshore. We will definitely be back.
