Wonderful stay in another Beverly Serral rental. Great location and home amenties were top notch. Only comments--we did not notice the 'shared bathroom' in the description, and thought description referenced QUEEN sized beds in bedroom 2 and 3 (but they were FULL sized). Other than these, was a great stay, as always.

Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Beverly runs a first class operation. Clean, all essentials provided, this is Ritz Carlton type of operation.Talented staff that is very responsive. You’ve nothing to worry about here. Leave spices, knives, soap and shampoo home. Home smelled fresh, not mildewy.

This was the third time we have scheduled to stay at this particular location. It is perfect for our needs, and a has a view that can't be beat. The living room, dining room and Master bedroom overlook an untouched grassey marsh where we can look at Egrets, geese, deer etc... And it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. Met some nice neighbors along the way. We come to Hilton Head to relax and this home is set up for just that with a comfortable, welcoming environment for reading by the pool or in the living room overlooking nature. A well-stocked welcome basket had yummy snacks to tide us over until we made it to the grocery store. (Even had a nice dog treat for our Charlie!) Immaculately clean. Not only would I recommend this property to others, but we would book it every time we come to Hilton Head.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 11 Black Tern in Sea Pines. With a view of the marsh and a few block walk to the beach, we thought the location was perfect. We would see deer and birds daily right out the windows that span the entire backside of the house. We walked our dogs daily between 5-10 miles and this location was perfect for a walk down the beach and a walk back on the path. And when the weather wouldn't cooperate, the fireplace came in very handy.The setup worked very well for six of us for dinners, puzzling and board games.We are already planning our return visit next year.

We had a wonderful family holiday at 11 Black Tern, loved the layout and coziness of the home, it was bright and clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the fireplace didn't work and we chose this home looking forward to a cozy Thanksgiving evening fire. Also there was a musty smell and the windows don't open so no fresh air can get in. Great location. Would definitely rent with BESTNEST again.

This 3 bedroom home was very well appointed. The furniture and decor were of a high standard. The rental provided all the extras that one might generally need to bring: beach towels and chairs, kitchen and laundry supplies, and bathroom supplies. The view of the marsh was calming. The pool provided many hours of enjoyment. The beach was maybe a 10-12 min walk - even faster in our bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Tern and would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. My husband worked remotely, using the large desk in the living room but could have just as easily used the large dining room table. The house was so clean, bright, current in its decorating, and happy. Loved the marsh view. An 8-10 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us to walk our two Jack Russells. Some of the couches, while they are clean, and look nice, are a little uncomfortable from overuse, but not horrible by any means. Master bed was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and really, everything needed was provided. Needed some light bulbs replaced, texted the office on a Saturday, and the electrician was out within an hour to replace them. Loved our stay, and we would definitely rent this house again!

Fabulous Vacation!
This home was absolutely fantastic! The house was even better and felt much bigger than the pictures looked online. It was in perfect condition (and I mean perfect)! I have never stayed at a rental property that was so well stocked. Zero issues during our entire stay. Beds were super comfortable. The pool area was sunny all day long for great tanning and hanging out in the pool. The backyard was beautiful and private. Sea Pines area is very nice and convenient to everything but this neighborhood especially was in a great location. This home had private beach access ( no crowds) which was a quick 10 minute walk / 5 minutes on our bikes. The bike paths were right down the street and it was a great daily family activity. The house far exceeded our expectations and honestly was a perfect 10 out of 10. Overall fabulous vacation!

Lovely
My family had a great vacation at this property. It is in a great location and we loved the back yard pool. The property was very clean and well appointed. Best Nest made sure it was stocked with everything you might need. Literally, just show up with your bag. Thanks for a great vacation!

Everything perfect
