My family and I had a wonderful week getaway at Just Beachy. This was our first family trip to the Galveston area. The location of the property was perfect. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space to relax. The kids really enjoyed all the beach toys at the property and being right on the beach.

Great location with the perfect view. House is very nicely appointed and has a very well stocked kitchen and with lots of games etc. A bit grungy in places. I decided to leave a day early because the sofa smelled so bad. The weather was turning and I could have had a down day, but the smell was too much so I went home. (like an hr drive). I would give this place 5 stars if they get new sofas and do some renovation in the bathrooms/baseboards and some fresh paint in places.

The house worked perfectly for my nieces' family of 5 over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We used if for the overflow which our house was unable to handle. Well decorated and beach front for a reasonable price.

This is a good place for families or small groups of friends. It’s comfortable and has everything needed for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded at all. It’s a little far from the city, which is what we were looking for. It could have been cleaner, but otherwise a nice place.

This is our second stay. Great beachfront property. A handrail going down the stairs against the house would be helpful for people with bad knees. The threshold in the back right bedroom has three nails sticking up. An outdoor mounted oscillating fan would be great. Nice place. We plan to return.

We come to the beach every summer and this is the best location we've stayed at! So easy to get a great set-up spot by the water and it felt so private. We will definitely stay here again!

House is nice… right on the beach. Showers are tiny!! Could use new linens. They looked old and dingy. Overall we had a great time!!

Great beach house near the water. Clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay for 7 of us. Great views!

Views was great,house needs to be updated a lot of out of date stuff overall the house was ok had trouble trying to get the TVs to connect to the internet. Would Love to have more up to date smart TVs like the other rentals. The walk way to the beach was way to hot to walk on maybe if They would add the wood to walk through would be a plus.

A gem tucked away on a quiet beach. We plan to return!

We have stayed at this house for several summer vacations, and it is always a pleasure.

This beach house was perfect for our family of five! The view and proximity to the beach is unbeatable, just steps from ocean. The interior was nice and clean. The theme of the house was beachy and fun and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. If we lived closer, we’d definitely book a stay every summer but we do hope to visit again in the future.

Property is always clean and well stocked with utensils and such. Plenty of towels. LOVED the updates and the new decking. Looking forward to #3

This place was fantastic for our family! The view from the balcony was beautiful and the house had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch and grill dinner! We had so much fun!

Check in process was a breeze. We were greeted by a family of rabbits that we enjoyed watching throughout the trip. There was a nice little care package. The house was clean. No sand on the floor, clean linens, bathroom and kitchen. It could probably use a deep clean with some dust on the lights and such but overall it was clean. The location cannot be beat. Steps to the beach. The path was not overgrown and was just soft sand so I didn’t stress about snakes. (We’ve accidentally found ourselves in a rattlesnake habitat in Galveston before.) I’m not sure if we just got lucky by going early in summer but it was very quiet. The beach was also quiet and we had plenty of space. We looked for seashells, flew kites, played in the sand. We were close to a convenient store and not too far from a couple of restaurants. Not the most comfortable beds (a little lumpy/soft for my taste) and when the ac came on it was a noisy but at the end of a long beach day, we slept fine. We spent one day at Moody Gardens which was about a 30 minute drive. My teenager wasn’t thrilled that he didn’t have a tv in his room but it kind of forced more family time so it worked out well.

Love this place. It’s perfect for a small family.

Always clean and tastefully decorated. Great location for some quiet time, but close enough to town to make the trip daily.

Our first time at this property and it was a pleasant experience. House was as described and the amenities such as cookware and spices, spare supplies were great. A family of bunnies live in the crossover to the beach and they were fun to watch. Beach was uncrowded and quiet. Very relaxing and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the close proximity to the private beach. The deck was perfect for relaxing and watching the waves roll in. You just can't beat the view! We will definitely return!

This was our second trip to this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Clean, comfortable house with beautiful views of the beach and privacy, away from the bustle of downtown Galveston.

We enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy very much! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for the small bit of cooking we did. Our adult kids enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys that were there. The beds were comfortable. Not too far from the waterfront. We made good use of the beach chairs on the deck.

Can’t beat the ocean front property. Perfectly met our needs to celebrate our 60th Birthdays!!

This is Barbara, Bob’s wife. As usual, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate you sharing Just Beachy. Over the last 4/5 years we have used the beach house for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, girls weekend with my three daughters, and sadly, after the loss of a loved one, some family time with our kids and grandkids. It’s our little oasis for relaxation. It is kind of cool that we have stayed there enough to enjoy the ongoing renovations. One trip I noticed shower changes and this the awesome kitchen renovations. Especially liked the farm house sink. It looks really nice! Ha! Though the changes made had us looking around and trying to remember…”Is that new” or “hummm, I think that is new?”. Loved it!! And what a nice feature to walk in the house and our phones have already logged on the Just Beachy wify. Plus we love the welcome tote with the essentials waiting for us, along with salt, pepper and other items as well. Just makes our visit so easy and welcoming. This was our 3rd time staying at Just Beachy. The weather wasn’t perfect but Just Beachy was.

We love staying here! It is a cozy spot with everything you need!

Family and friends stayed at Just Beachy for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We were 6 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is small but well stocked with quality items. We had no problems cooking the full Thanksgiving dinner. We love that the dinning table is large for all of us to sit together for meals and games. The beds are super comfy. Looking forward to another trip to 'Just Beachy'
