This is the perfect place for a weekend trip. Enjoying meals from the screened in porch over looking the lake was wonderful. Relaxing in the hot tub looking up at the stars. Sitting by the fire at night or watching movies on the very comfortable sectional. Even caught some catfish right from the backyard. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the host was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly.

Overall the stay was great. The sleeping arrangements are a little weird as the double futon is in the bedroom and the trundle beds are in the living room, but we made it work.

What a lovely place to come to and relax after dropping our son off at Coe College.
The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay: cozy, clean home, kitchen packed with all the things one needs for cooking, comfortable bed, incredible views of the lake-THE SUNSET!

Nice cozy place to stay with a beautiful view of the river. We love to gather by the fire pit area in the evening. We stay here when we come home to visit our family. Check in was perfect and our stay was fabulous.

We booked this place for a short weekend trip between busy summer activities. It’s in a quiet location right on Cedar Lake. The kitchen and carpet could use a little updating, but it was clean and has everything needed for a short stay. We spent most of the time sitting on the dock and screened in porch. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this place so much and Sharon was great. Very responsive and helpful. We’ve had experiences with rentals of the listing saying they had something and then it doesn’t work or isn’t what was advertised. This place was exactly what it said it would be and everything worked great and as advertised. The hot tub was lovely! The boat was fantastic! We even loved the bikes.

This property was amazing! We were steps away from the lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed & more. The kitchen had everything we needed & was equipped with spices, condiments & pantry staples. The saving grace for us was the battery charger in the garage as my alternator went out on our trip. Absolutely will stay here again if in the area.

Disappointed about flat bike tires and no way to get kayak out of lake from dock. Pontoon wasn’t available but we were promised boat time on a return visit.
Lovely home, well stocked and clean. Nicely furnished. Fire pit was lovely overlooking the lake. Screened in porch was greatly appreciated. We’d like to return to this location and be able to enjoy time on the water too.

Sharon was very accommodating for a very last minute trip. Cute, cozy house with a great view of the lake from the hot tub. Nice outdoor screened in porch- I could have drank coffee out there all day!

Cosy and clean place to stay while visiting Nashua. The weather didn’t cooperate, but the house has a good view of the lake and is close to a paved trail for walking, exploring or biking with little kids.

Highly recommended. What a restful trip we had! The hot tub fit two people perfectly. Temperature was great. Lake view was beautiful. We even braved the cold and made s’mores using the fire pit outside. The bathroom has heated floors which was a fun luxury. Couch was super comfy. Communication with the home owner was super easy.

Regrettably we were only able to stay one night. There were so many things to enjoy. A beautiful walking path by the lake, bike trails (not paved/may want a gravel bike, although the property has bikes to use), kayaking and canoeing(available on the property), hot tub and fire pit to enjoy the lake and the stars.
On top.of all that, the host was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

We came to Nashua to meet my husbands brother for the first time in 60 years & had an awesome time. The house was so homie & comfortable with beautiful views of the lake, will definitely be renting this house again.

The location of the house was perfect! Small quite town and right on the lake!!
We loved that the property had kayaks for guests to use and a hot tub! We took advantage of both and used the small fire pit every night!
We were able to swim right off the dock, but we also took advantage of the small public beach on other side of the lake with the water volleyball court and our kids loved that!

We wanted a weekend on the water. The house was clean and everything worked. We were on the lake for hours each day using the optional floating devices. The hot tub was nice. We stayed up outside on the small dock to watch the meteor shower. Beautiful location.

We loved our time in Nashua. The place was clean and well maintained & decorated. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. A morning kayak adventure was also very peaceful and enjoyable! Highly recommend staying here!

Hot tub was filthy wasn’t able to use, food left in the oven that was rotten, some of the pillow cases had stains on them, overall very nice place, just a few things that were overlooked that should have been taken care of before our arrival!
