Location was fine. Breakfast was ok.

It seems like things have changed a bit over the years.

Breakfasts were good. Location was convenient.

Toilet seat was broken from day 1. Room had no USB ports. May have been a nice room at one time, but needs to be updated.

Location was great. Staff was friendly.

Very worn down. Doors were dirty and damaged. Chairs were worn/chipped. Smelled musty throughout the facility.

Breakfast was fresh and out. Lots of varity.

They don't clean the rooms everyday. Unless you request it. There was some difficulty in checking in because we booked with booking they were questioning the rate but it all got settled when the front desk called booking and confirmed the rate. Also I booked a balcony room thinking it was it was an outside balcony but there is no balcony rooms there..

Super Dirty for the amazing hotel. It has a great location and facilities but very dirty places

The comfort of our room was excellent, breakfast buffet was amazing, our view from our room was nice, and the divided room was just what I wanted to relax. I appreciated the parking garage under the building.

Our room fridge didn't work. We were in town for the AAU track meet and lost all of the refrigerated lunch supplies we had for the next day. lunch meat, cherries, strawberries, cheese and meat sticks. The kitchenette sink had black slimy gunk come out when we turned it on....we couldn't use it. The TV station selection was awful.

Room and hotel felt run-down and in bad need of an update

The area was beautiful and fun. I would have liked to spend more time in this area. It looked lively and had great shops. The pool was so nice to relax in. The breakfast can't be beat!

It is starting to get a little run down. It was still comfortable, clean and a safe place to stay.

Booked hotel, cancelled reservation within 2 days but still got charged from Booking.com. Nothing against Embassy Suites but would like a refund from Booking.

I think the location is great but that is all

Breakfast was horrible. Pool tasted salty. Couldn't check in because they didn't accept tap and had to fill out a form. I booked room with card so I was confused. Stated different about for total bill. Room was dirty. Took pictures.

Security was awful and accusatory

I like that it was more adult friendly. Usually when I go to hotels there is a lot of kids and not really enough for adults to do. I lived the complementary drinks they had and the treatment when we had when we had questions. They even gave me and the family little goodie bags which was really nice. I love that the pool was open til midnight and there was adult swim for about an hour which is nice so that you don’t have to move around kids

I wish there was a hot tub for some of the adults to relax. Or even maybe a big tub in some of the rooms.

Very dirty especially the bathrooms and pool area. Stayed here 2 years ago and seems like the place is going through some rough times. Pool was dirty and cloudy, bathroom was very dirty and moldy. Staff was nice. Checked out early and went to the downtown Hilton which is very nice.

Pretty much all of the faculties are dirty and look to be falling apart.

Nothing, it was a terrible experience and made the rest of my trip bad.

Very rude staff. No parking available at their location. Room very cold and was unable to heat it up. Carpet was coming up and tripped several times in my room. 2 piles of vomit were discovered outside my room. Ice machine was out of order. Shower got scalding hot even when I turned the dial down it kept reheating up and I had to continually adjust it so I didn’t get burned. Uncomfortable bed which led to back pain. Also before I left and was checking I got everything, I found black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Unfortunately worst hotel experience I ever had.

cleanliness/up keep. mold in shower, decor/furniture seemed like poor quality and falling apart, felt dirty and very dated, dusty shelves, dirty vents, dirty walls/carpets. overall very very poor upkeep.

Awesome breakfast and beautifully decorated. They had plenty to offer, including free shuttles around downtown.

Needed to use the pull out sofa bed. The mattress was flat and hurt the back. Even for a ten year old. The faucet in the sink was loose and wobbly.

room was big. breakfast was good.

shower head fell off and broke apart. very cheap. No shower door water leaked out. Bed was ok. temperature kept swaying from hot to cold in the room. Room wasn't cleaned. Wall had splash marks from a prior person who spilled something.

Friendly staff. Loved the shuttle service around town. Good breakfast

Room needs a revamp up. Maid service only took garbage out and towels on day 3 out of our 4 night stay. When staying at embassy in the past this did not meet my expectations. Would of canceled the room however there was not any thing near available.
