Location is key!! We will definitely stay here again! It is a beautiful condo and close to everything! Beach right out front is gorgeous!!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! Great amount of space for 3-4 adults and two small children. It was helpful to have so many amenities for kids, like bed rails, pack n play, high chair, and toys. The condo is well stocked and generally clean. Susan responded very quickly and thoroughly to questions I had beforehand and to a few minor things that came up during our stay. Best of all, the location can't be beat! It's just down a staircase and you're on beautiful Severn Mile Beach. The beach is a little short right in front of the resort, but it worked in our favor with little kids since we didn't have to trek to the water or up through the sand to get back to our chairs or the condo. There is a closet full of floaties and beach toys that are up for grabs behind the outdoor shower/foot rinse. Overall, a great vacation!

We traveled to Grand Cayman for years and stayed at Lacovia. We are so excited to have found a new beach front spot.

Wonderful location, quiet and relaxing

We had a great, 10-night stay at Cayman Reef Resort #40. Location is convenient to many restaurants and a nice walk to Fosters in Camana Bay. #40 is very well stocked with towels, sand toys and even car seats. The resort also has a closet near the beach with even more toys, floaties, snorkel gear, etc. We spent a lot of time between the pool and beach with our 5 year old. We had a rental car and parking was convenient with a spot assigned to #40. It is a spacious place to stay with the lower level and bedrooms upstairs. This was our third trip to Grand Cayman and I know we will be back.

Exactly as described, Susan was great and provide everything you need for the kids to have fun!

We have stayed at Cayman Reef many times. Great location. Easy to walk to lots of good restaurants, etc. Unit was immaculate. Susan was great at communication from the start. The onsite folks were really responsive and helpful after I messed up the settings on the TV. Plus when the AC went on the blink they had technician there within an hour and got fixed pronto. Great place and we will be back.

The condo is perfect for a family with kids. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and really enjoyed our stay. You have a beautiful oceanfront view in a central location. The condo had amenties perfect for kids (lots of sand toys, snorkeling gear, rafts, floaties, pack n play, and car seats). Last time we visited grand cayman our condo water was safe to drink but did not taste very good. This time the water from the fridge is filtered and tasted great! The staff is very friendly and the beach chairs rarely were all filled up. The water was clear and great for snorkeling. We found many beautiful shells and rocks and sea glass snorkeling in front of the condo. Definitely would recommend and definitely would visit again!

Extremely happy with our choice of this property. Everyone in our party was impressed as soon as we opened the door. The view of the water was beautiful. There was plenty of room for all five adults in our party and we enjoyed using the beach loungers and umbrellas. The location was great. You are within two blocks of Coconut Joes, Andy's car rentals, Foster's supermarket and the entrance of Camana Bay with it's great dining options (we feasted on all you can eat lobster tails). The beach in front of the resort extends for miles (walked it fully twice) and even though it feels a little skinny in front of the resort that just makes it quicker to actually get in the water. We were all in relax mode and felt like Cayman Reef was the perfect place for our first trip to the Cayman Islands.

We loved the location. The beach is perfect with no seaweed and calm crystal clear waters. We were not able to stay in unit 40 because it was having repairs but Susan was nice enough to let us stay in her other unit. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is a pool too. It was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

The beach was very short (less than 10 feet at most times) and the water was filled with rocks, including a large cinder block. You literally couldn’t walk into the water without hurting your feet

This is a beautiful property. Walkable to anything you want or need. Had plans to travel the island but never got around to leaving the condo. It was that special. Saw rays when we were snorkeling 10 feet from beach. Food sensational. Owner fantastic. Treat yourself to some paradise.

Great condo looking out on the beach below. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch above the beach and listening to and watching the waves roll in. The property has beach chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas for use and this unit has plenty of beach towels available for the guests. The pool was very nice as well. Camana Bay shopping and dining was a very short walk from the condo with great restaurants and stores.

This is a very nice property with awesome ocean views, great location, plenty of pots, pans, towels and so forth. Check in was very easy AND the property has security 24/7. But I give this a 3 star BECAUSE all the beds are so uncomfortable. The king bed squeaks REAL bad and wakes you up every time you roll over. My daughter's back is hurting after sleeping on the twin bed mattress. The full size bed was ok. Also one other problem is the ROOSTERS will WAKE you up at 5:00am crowing which is not fun on vacation. With new mattresses/beds this place is 5 star ALL the WAY..

Our party of six were thrilled with this property! It's been over two long years without being in the south and our time in Grand Cayman and this condo was amazing! The pictures do not really do justice to the awesome views and sunsets here - we felt like we could touch the ocean from the dining room and our balcony! The property is central to shopping, restaurants and all amenities required for a wonderful vacation. We could also walk the beach for many hours which was so important to us! Susan was very responsive and available to us - the property manager Sandy was amazing as well - she ended up driving us to the grocery store the 1st day we arrived and was so gracious. We have already discussed another vacation and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The description "as close to beach as you can get" is exactly correct. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Ideally located on 7 mile Beach. I would definitely stay again. Loved it.

Plenty of room for our family. I actually enjoyed the layout quite a bit. The downstairs bathroom was convenient to quickly wash off from the beach. I loved having a normal sized kitchen with plenty of storage space throughout. The decor is beach whimsical and fun. The beach couldn’t have been closer and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The condo was in great shape, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach at this condo is just a dream. The people watching when cruise ships were in port was top notch (haha) We were next door to a great bar/restaurant too. We had a medical incident with my son when he had excruciating ear pain after a Dive. Obviously we were worried, but the Property Manager was very helpful and gave us information on where to go to see a doctor. They went above and beyond as her husband (I think his name was Peter) drove us to the urgent care himself for treatment. It was comforting to know they were watching out for us. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Slept with the door open listening to waves, doesn't get much better than that.

Awesome property and host. Made visit easy and fantastic. Only suggestion would be to have more paper goods and chemical products in the home to make it easier in guests. We have traveled other places and that was the norm. Wonderful place, very rooms and steps from the ocean and everything you need. Thanks again!

Girls trip. This property was just right for us. Very laid back and centrally located.

Our family had a great time at the condo, and it really is steps to the beach. We loved all the beach toys for the kids, including shovels and buckets. We were travelling with an infant and used the included pack 'n' play. The location to many other restaurants in walking distance was perfect, and we enjoyed the bar/restaurant which you could get to simply by walking along the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions and ensured we had a great time. The entire resort was quiet, although we did travel in the off-season. Many times we had the pool and section of the beach to ourselves. Overall we had a great time, and would come back.
