I loved staying at this home! Everything was so comfortable. The beds are great and the couch to watch tv on is great. Walt is so helpful and greeted us to give us the run down. We enjoyed everything this property offered and can’t wait to go back. Sitting on his back deck having morning coffee was exactly what I needed!

We loved the property and the convenience of the tennis club/pool and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was large and well decorated. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed, which was so nice. Having the pontoon to troll around on was really fun and our family was out on that a couple of times each day! I highly recommend booking this house!

Convenient location and nice neighborhood. Easy access to highway, shopping and eateries. The unit was clean. Good communication with owner. We appreciated that he greeted us upon arrival and explained pontoon boat usage and a few other details. The linens and towels were adequately stocked. Beds were of varying comfort levels. Not what we would consider a “foodie” kitchen. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware and Teflon pans, but not much in the way of cooking supplies. We expected more than a few spices and old coffee maker. No blender or mixer. Time for some maintenance and updates. Most of the overhead lights were missing bulbs or they were burned out. The pontoon boat awning and lights are held together with duct tape and bungee cords. Massage chair doesn’t work.

We chose this property for location to a seminar that our husbands were attending. It was super convenient. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood on the water was older but still vibrant. There are numerous great restaurants near by. This property wasn’t fancy but it was very clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. There were tons of pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable, the one I slept was almost too firm, but we slept well. The weather in Tempe was brutally hot! The downstairs area stayed super cool. Up stairs wasn’t as cool, but, again we slept well so it was cool enough. There is an old pontoon that is powered by a small electric motor. It is super slow, but, we enjoyed a little ride over to the restaurant. Overall, it was a great stay. We would be happy to stay again when our guys come back for another class.

The furnishings were comfortable, and everything you might need was supplied. The kitchen was very well equipped and printed instructions were easy to follow. One bed was less comfortable than the others, but good for someone needing firm support. The only issue we encountered was the internet going down frequently the last few days of our stay. It was a provider problem as the owner tried numerous times to get it restored.

We had a fabulous stay! Beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies. Well stocked kitchen, towels, linens etc. pontoon boat was a great addition, was nice to go to the restaurant on the pontoon. Enjoyed every area of the patio. Very comfortable and well kept and close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and the water view is very special. The bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable king size beds and an air mattress we used in the living room. We loved sitting on the back patio visiting and eating at the patio table that had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the Club house pool that is just down the street. The pontoon boat was nice addition but I was expecting it to be fully functional. (the steering is jerry rigged and the trolling motors are way under powered). Two additional issues that need repaired: two of the toilets need new tank fillers and all of the sliding glass door locks need to be repaired.

Our families enjoyed our stay! The place is really nice and had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and within 15-20 minutes of our activities. We rented a car from the Hertz in Tempe. It was a lot less expensive than the airport car rentals. Hiking at South Mountain was awesome! We enjoyed taking the pontoon out for a night cruise. Thanks, Walt!

Stayed with 5 friends recently and the stay was wonderful. Walt's property was as advertised, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Plenty of supplies were made available. Walt was a great communicator and took care of a little electrical problem (we created) right away. Great location and easy morning walks for a coffee. Pontoon was a nice feature but could use a little larger motor - moves a little slow. We would certainly stay again if in the area.

Great location for us. Just down the street from our grandkids and close to grocery store, Walmart, gym and Mills mall with the aquarium and LegoLand. Also close to PHX. The boat was fun on New Years eve. We took a relaxing cruise around the lake and saw all the beautiful lights!

Very nice property, loved taking pontoon rides!

The house was very clean and comfortable! We had a little trouble with the tv downstairs and the outlets in the upstairs master bathroom. The plugins were loose and did not hold a cord.

Great location, close to Airport and quiet neighborhood. We have stayed twice at this location and have familybin the area and will probably rent again. Great house with wonderful amenities and responsive owner.
