We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, beds were nice as were the linens. The cupcakes were a nice tough, kids loved them. And the location was perfect, close enough to walk to the village or to the main beach. Also, beach access was plentiful and close. The outside of the house needed some maintenance, fence was down and back & side needed a power wash. Overall, was a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seaside Cottage! The house was clean (and we are pretty picky about that) and well equipped. The location was convenient to the village and the beach access 9 was basically across the street. At the time of writing this, it might be helpful to know there are 6 bikes, a beach wagon (pull beach gear and/or kids), beach toys, a small umbrella stroller, plenty of hand/dish/laundry detergent. It was perfect and we are already looking forward to returning!

Really enjoyed our stay at this adorable classic beach cottage. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Perfect yard with heated pool and great for our dog. Right across from the beach and close to 9 and 10 beach access. Bikes were great and super close and easy to get to town. Would stay again!

To many fees and not what we expected

Perfect size and locations for our girls trip! Everything was easy. Would come back over and over again.

First, Pros-House was clean; very clean- which we appreciated-nice gesture with the cupcakes when we arrived-beds were super comfortable-location could not have been better-free beach supplies was nice-free bicycles was plus, the teen kids loved them-Kitchen was well stockedCons-when we arrived for check in the rug in front of the laundry room was drenched wet. The entire floor was soaked and we had to hang the rug outside to dry. We thought the cleaning ladies had attempted to steam clean the rug. Once we picked the rug up- we saw the seeping water in the floor. Also all of the floor damage- which is why the rug was placed there to cover up the floor. Then fast forward 2 days and we washed a load of clothes- the entire floor flooded when the washer drained. Now things happen with houses- but let me assure you the washer did that when the cleaning service washed everything before we came. Thats the reason the floor was already soaked and someone should have immediately addressed the problem and not acted as this was something new. So instead on our vacation we had to deal with it. Then when the plumber came- we found out this had been an ongoing problem ( which we knew from the messed up floor).- so we had 6 days of vacation, a total of 3 of those days we had to deal with people coming to the house. We knew cleaning people were coming one day because of the dogs- which we had never ever had to do that- but we did have that scheduled. The other 2 days we had to deal with the plumbing, We are not happy about that.-Gnats- this house is full of gnats. We lived in Florida for years and had dealt with them in the kitchen especially with fruit, but the back bathroom is full of them- all over the tub. We didn’t call about the gnat problem because we did not want to spend a 4th day of our vacation dealing with pest control.-the second bath room every time that we dried our hair it flipped a breaker. Thankfully we knew how to flip it back, but it did it every time.So, overall- we have mixed reviews. Not exactly how we wanted to spend our vacation and time away with our family. After all of the problems we would not recommend this property.

House was exactly as pictured. Well stocked with beach towels & chairs and bikes ! Super close to beach access 10 and a short walk or ride to town. Clean. Super easy check in. Had a great relaxing week.

The location was great. Steps to the beach and short walk to the village. The layout of the house was a bit strange, but very functional.

Excllent experience from booking to checkin and while on site. Location good, beach just across the street, house was just as pictured, plenty of beach chairs etc. Would rent again if we decide to come back to the area. Oh and did i mention the warm welcome with some delicious cupcakes and bottle off wine to top it off.

Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Most of the days we were there the weather was cool so the pool was a live saver for the kids! Excellent property management. We are looking forward to renting this property again.

The house suited us perfectly - it was presented in immaculate order and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was easy to use and the living space gave us ample room to either do things together or read a book in peace! We loved sitting around the pool during the day and having a last drink in the garden at the end of the evening. The location was great and a morning walk on the beach was an absolute treat - especially coming from the UK at this time of year. We would all love to return in the near future!

Had everything you needed for the beach and pool. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 9 of us.

We loved staying at the Cottages, this was such a clean and convenient place for us to stay. So much room for us and the private pool was amazing. Couldn't have been any closer to the beach as far as walking and I'd stay here again and again!

Beautiful area great restaurants had a problem at the house was taken care of right away kept in touch at all times .For all of us the yard could use some changed cut back the trees beautiful home and beach

THIS PROPERTY IS VERY NICE. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE WERE 11. FOUR KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 6. THEY LOVED THE POOL AREA AND THE PICNIC TABLE OUTSIDE. A FEW MINUTES FROM THE BEACH. THE BEACH WAS GREAT.

The location and place were amazing. The house was so nice and clean. Lots of beach chairs, floats, and towels available. The check out procedure was a negative in my opinion. All towels needing to be washed and put away, starting the linens in the laundry etc. we spend most of our last night and morning doing laundry and getting things folded and put away for an early 10am check out. If there is a cleaning fee Of over $250 I shouldn’t have to spend hours of my vacation doing laundry. Also had a bad experience after my booking when I received a call from I believe an office manager. They mentioned the ages of the people staying and asked what the reason we were visiting was for. After I explained we were celebrating a bachelorette party I was told that it was not a party house and asked if I had ready the policy regarding quiet time and not being distributive. In my mind this was extremely inappropriate as the policy had been read and signed by myself and the fact the assumption was made that we were coming for a weekend of partying was unprofessional. Overall the home was great and beautiful but I would hesitate to recommend the leasing company to anyone

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, and the property had everything we needed. The bicycles and beach gear were perfect, and the pool was clean and fun even though it was on the small side. Bedrooms were all comfortable with great choice of pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the utensils we needed. Thank you for making our stay and vacation a memorable one.

Awesome location, very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at Siesta Key. Heather and her staff were very helpful to answer question promptly before we booked. The beach house was beautifully decorated and furnishings are top notch making this property one of our favorite places. A delighted arrangement of the most amazing cupcakes was located on the kitchen counter welcoming us to a very much needed family vacation. Nice touch. Plenty of beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards) that made our beach days super easy. We really enjoyed our morning coffee off the master bedroom sitting by the nicely heated and very lighted pool area in the evening enjoying grilling out and socializing with family in the evenings. Beautiful done, they have thought of everything for an amazing visit to Siesta key. We can’t wait to come back and stay! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!!

This house is so cozy and very comfortable - felt like home! We had 8 adults and one 16 month old and had plenty of room for everyone! The bedrooms were large and spacious as well as the 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room area was the perfect place for everyone to gather. We enjoyed the pool, bikes and really appreciated the shed full of every item you could possibly need for a fun day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, in fact, one of our guests is considering renting it for a family vacation! Enjoy!!

Clean and well appointed. Bathrooms small. Pool was cloudy upon arrival but management addressed the next day with pool service visit.

Stayed two weeks at the Seaside Cottage during an incredibly beautiful stretch of weather. Sunny and 80's for 14 straight days. Very clean property with excellent management staff. Two minute walk to the beach.. All necessary beach equipment is available at the house. Easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and people watching. Also within easy driving distance of downtown Sarasota, Lido, Venice Beach and St. Armand Circle. Be sure to take advantage of kayak adventures, the Ringling Estate, Mote Aquarium, long walks on the beach, sunsets and so much more.

We had a great time! It is in a great location and fits 10 perfectly! The pool is a nice touch and the beach is so close. The house is decorated so cute and we had no issues at all! We will stay again!
