We left early, nothing was open meaning: all amenities host states in her listing has not been open since March 2022 - per front desk. I thought I would not have to go anywhere, as the listing states “seriously there are too many amenities to mention” well there was NONE! * I feel catfished.

It was the little special touches in the condo that made our stay wonderful. Pod coffee maker, filtered water jug in fridge, ice maker, big screen tv, great pillows. Very clean and comfortable. We loved this condo.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Judy's condo, especially sitting on the porch drinking coffee. The location was excellent, right on the beach. The bar and restaurant inside the condo/hotel seemed to be closed, but there were many restaurants nearby. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

It was wonderful to be a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. I would stay there again next time and would recommend the apartment to beach lovers everywhere!!

We will come back and we recommend this location to anyone experiencing Puerto Rico for the first time, as well as repeat visitors! Literally ON THE BEACH! Clean, very friendly owner that is accessible at any time if needed… Though we had everything we could possibly want. Perfect amenities made life there so smooth… Kitchen, laundry, loads of space, incredible view and relaxing balcony! So easy to find, reserved parking, walking distance to anything you need, driving distance to awesome adventures, remodeled fitness room with lockers, showers and an incredible sauna downstairs! Quiet, beautiful modern building. Could not recommend this property and this owner anymore than this! Exactly the right price, online booking was simple Absolutely glowing review, and I was managing myself, my older mother, three teenage boys and a nine-year-old boy… We are an active family of all age levels and the spot accommodated all of us perfectly!

The location and views were amazing. Everything you needed was close by. Restaurants, a CVS. There was live music down by the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. The beach is your backyard. Close to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay here; it was great to be right on the beach and enjoy the night life in the area. We are already planning another visit to this location!

Perfect for a beach vacation! Steps away from the beach, can walk to stores and restaurants. The best part of the condo is the balcony overlooking the beach.

Perfect for a low key hangout and starting point for various activities. The apartment was spacious and clean. Judy has thought of everything! There is coffee, extra bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and even RUM! The beach is just steps away and gorgeous. This beach has everything, a vendor selling drinks in pineapples, parasailing rentals, banana boat rentals, and jet ski rentals- all while not feeling crowded or "too touristy." The real gem is Judy herself, seriously she is like a vacation fairy godmother! Stay here and you will have a blissful time!

This property is well maintained, awesom space, great appliances and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gagets you might need at home, towels were available for beach and daily use, beds were clean and comfortable. Building is well maintained, clean and modern. We will definitely look into rebooking in the future!

Breathtaking views! Beautiful and comfortable property -perfect location!

The place is right on the beach and walkable to everything that you need, Judy is easy to work with and was above & beyond. Can't expect anything more, we were there for a week and everything is available. There was a power outage for 1.5days on the Island but still we didn't feel any issue. that's how the host was to us all the time. Will be back soon gracias!!

Stayed 10 days in absolute paradise. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Loved the patio with the best ocean view Judy is the best. Plan on going back next year and will definitely stay at the same condo. Love bed Puerto Rico and Judy!!!

Judy thinks of everything and made it a great Christmas atmosphere! The kitchen is well equipped. Nice comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Cooler, Beach chairs and beach umbrella, WiFi and much more. She was at the store and asked if we needed anything! Do I need to say more? Thank you Judy for all you did to make our stay so wonderful!

Judy was a wonderful hostess, very responsive and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The property is beautiful, updated and clean and was exactly how the pictures looked on VRBO. The beds were very comfortable and Judy provided us with everything we needed for the beach and pool. The pool is amazing and very relaxing and the beach has perfect sand and crystal clear water and was very clean. I felt very safe on Isla Verde, the climate was perfect and I plan on coming back to stay at Judy's beautiful property.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Judy's condo on Isla Verde Beach!! It was spacious, clean, cutely decorated, and every amenity to make our stay enjoyable! Appliances are new. It's bright and cheery. Furniture comfy. The patio view is beautiful and the beach chairs and drying rack a plus. Same floor as the beautiful pool. One level down and a few steps you're at the beach. It was nice to share the amenities of the hotel especially the new gym with beautiful bathrooms and sauna . Communication with Judy was great! She was right there to answer any questions we had. Especially enjoyed the seclusion of the condo at end of the hall. This was our third time at this property and Judy's was the best! Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful property in great location and with an amazing beach view. Perfect for when you want to enjoy your family and relax. Supermarket near by, lots of restaurant options and close to many of the islands tourist attractions. Judy was easy to reach and very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!

It was beautiful

I recommend this condo. Judith was very nice and attentive. The only is if you're bringing a child/children under 5 it isn’t the place for you. She has very expensive things and we had to baby proof her condo because we didn’t want to be the family to destroy them. She also checked on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and settled. She made sure we had an umbrella as it cost daily to rent one on the beach. It was all around one great stay and the next time I’m in PR I will surely be renting from her again. This time no children. Thank you Judith for the great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well maintained, and just plain fun! The good in the area is amazing and it’s a short drive to Ild San Juan!

It was a central location, next to the airport, direct beach access and a pool lounge. Building is dated, in process of renovations, and not all amenities were available.

My friends and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect place for us! The owner was beyond helpful giving us recommendations, communicating whenever we had questions and made our time in Puerto Rico a trip to remember. It was in a great location, right on the beach and near all the places we wanted to see. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to go back soon!
