The unit was just as described. A beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the quiet of this property. Perfectly appointed, comfortable bed and two nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and never crowded. Really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

we have been staying at St Pete Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The management was so nice and accommodating. We already booked for next year!

We loved the easy access to the beach. Found a wonderful Italian restaurante Bouno within walking distance as is Publix. The bed was super comfortable. R.Wilson

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small complex with easy access to the beach. It was disappointing that the LR window (centerpiece view of the gulf) had a broken seal and was hazed over. We loved how many attractions were within walking distance. We will be back!!!

This is my second stay in this unit. It is a great condo. However, the window overlooking the ocean is a little cloudy and can use a fix. The Water pressure on showers is a little low and can use a boost. Other wise 5 stars, next to great restaurants and live entertainment, walking distance to bongos on the beach. Good times!!

If you’re looking for a sleepy, relaxing place to vacation, this is it! Great place. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. Would love to visit again! Rent beach chairs next door- affordable and with a beach bar right there!

The unit was very nice. it was right on the beach with a nice view. The room was very clean and covenient to restaurants/shopping but not overly crowded. I love the complex only as 19 units.

Of course who goes on vacation to the beach to sit inside all day? Beach access from condo was a breeze. Didn’t need to leave the beach if we didn’t want to; EVERYTHING was accessible! Our time was fun and relaxing. Manager was very helpful with any questions and very approachable!! Would stay here again!!

Immaculate condo in the perfect spot! Everything we could need was there. The condo was just perfect! The only negative to our stay was prior to arrival, we were told by the owner to go to the 2nd floor rental office for our keys, etc. When we arrived, the door was locked (we didn’t have keys yet)..no one in the rental office and no one answered the phone after multiple calls and texts to reach them. So for the 1st hour, we stood in the hot sun, car full of perishable groceries, wondering what to do. Finally my husband leaned over the pool fence and asked another guest if they had a clue as to how we could enter. We were told to check the mailbox by the front door and that’s where we found the envelope with key and parking pass. We never would have thought to just open someone else’s mailbox! When we finally connected with the rental office the next day, we were told it was the owner’s responsibility to have told us where to find the (hidden) key! We found that odd, as all we were told was to go to the rental office. We then asked the rental office since we spent an hour waiting to get in, if there could be a little wiggle room regarding check out time. The answer was no. Other than that, I can’t recommend this condo enough. It was very well appointed, all the comforts of home. Definitely hope to return and have a smoother check-in process!

We really enjoyed the condo. It is in a great location on the beach with plenty to offer within walking distance. The only thing that I took one star off for is the property manager and her staff were very rude to me and my children; I would even say offensive. They made it very clear that they are very particular in choosing who stays there and kept a close eye on my kids, since they were the only children there. While Darren, the ow we was spectacular, and his condo was great, it’s not the most “family friendly” place.

From the easy assigned parking spot to the quick entry to the building and room made everything so simple. The two balcony’s with great views made the stay completely comfortable. The very quiet environment, room and pool area made every day relaxing. Just foot steps from the gulf beach and restaurants galore made every day a joy. Would definitely come back.

Not great communication from VRBO. Had no direction from them on how to check in. Finally went to property ourselves and figured it out on our own. Never got in till 5.

Excellent place to stay! Quiet, on the beach and close to restaurants, groceries, shops, and drugstore. Pool, hot tub, and the ⛱️. The room we stayed in (403) just needed to replace the window overlooking the gulf.

Nice clean property right on the beach. During the holidays so lots of families and screaming kids. Wasn’t what we wanted but it’s to be expected during that time of year.

Beautiful accommodations, ultra convenient, every amenity you could want. I had a perfect birthday stay and look forward to my next visit. I definitely will be back. Kathy and Denise took very good care of us. Great people, great stay, a winning combination.

My family has been coming to St. Pete for decades and then starting bringing my husband as well. My husband and I frequent this area often but usually stay in the resorts along the beach. This time we decided to try out this resort and honestly we will never stay anywhere else again. Darren was awesome to communicate with and helped out with any questions we had with quick responses. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and made you feel like you were part of the “Gulf Beach Resort” family! We are already planning our next trip back to stay here again and cannot wait!

The location is perfect. Direct access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, Publix and public transportation. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need to cook. We especially enjoyed having dinner at the balcony overlooking the beach!

Property was perfect and exactly as advertised. Beach and pool was awesome. Very clean and owner is very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a relaxed, stress free vacation home, Gulf Beach resorts IS NOT the place to stay. Especially if you are a minority. My husband and I came down for vacation and stayed at the Gulf Beach resort. We where constantly monitored lied on for no reason by Kathy the on-site manager. We have traveled to Florida before to visit our daughters, and stayed at resorts that where more diverse and people friendly.
