We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was well kept and it was very peaceful. A few small items could be improved - we would have liked to bbq but there were no tools and a blue recycle bin would have been useful.

Very nice condo in a great area. Well kept and very clean. Had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels and everything you need for a day on the beach. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the beach isn’t too much further.

Spacious condo that is clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Owner is quick to respond to any question. The unit is terrific access to ocean walkway, and the pool gate is as close as could be!

Was hoping for an ocean view but there weren’t any available. This was the next best unit and loved the location to the pool and beach walk. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Property owner Keith was fantastic all along.

The property itself was so great and convenient. Being on the first floor was very helpful with a little one and with two adults that have trouble walking. We were right across from the pool and just a few steps away from the beach. We didn’t find the condo to be noisy and everyone we interacted with was so kind. Our family would definitely return to this condo again!

The condo was perfect for our family! Ground level with easy access to the pool and beach. The host is very friendly and quick to respond! Had no issues at all!! Would recommend to anyone but especially people with little ones! And we would definitely stay here again:)

We rented the unit at a last minutes notice, and the property manager was quick to get us setup and checked in. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing with immediate beach access. We really liked that the unit was on the first floor. We would rent this location again.

Sandcastles is the perfect condo at Cocoa Beach. Easy access to the pool or beach. Our host Keith made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach and if something was not right he quickly responded to make it right. Always book with Keith when you stay at Sandcastles!

The condo was just a stones throw to the beach gate. I am so thankful it was the first floor. Everything you need is there in the condo including washer/dryer. Great area for restaurants, Victory cruise for a day, the pool was right there and most of all Keith was great. I will stay again.

The condo was terrific. Location couldn’t be beat. Keith, the owner, has everything covered and is a great communicator. Condo has everything you need for beach or pool. Our family had a wonderful time and we can’t wait for our next trip back to Cocoa Beach!

I would stay there again for sure. Nice condo with necessities on site. In the better part of CB which is between Minuteman Causeway and SR520. Just a few miles north to Jetty Park and a few miles south to Satellite Beach. Good beach stretch and just south of Lori Wilson Park

This was the best vacay we have been on in a long time! Everything was super clean and beautiful. You can pull your car up straight to the door so packing and unpacking was not a hassle. The beach is so close and not crowded at all. Everyone was super accommodating, and The library and games in the condo were fabulous for downtime with the kids. There was also quite a selection of sand toys and beach stuff to use. We will definitely be booking again!

Great Place
The unit was clean and maintained. The location of this unit is the best. You can pull right up to the door to unload and load up your belongings. The beach access is right out side your door as well. The owner was very easy to work with and had great communication with us.

I recommend a first floor condo if you have young children. Clean and quiet condo. The beach is very close and the pool was great.

Condo as described, very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs were high folding chairs that you buy in a bag which we don’t like at the beach (we prefer a lower reclining beach chair). We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach next to our condo complex which worked.

This place was filthy
Dirty floors, a lot of dust down the carpet behind the dressers and beds, doors and door knobs completely filthy, dirty dishes in the cupboards, Blood on the master bed skirt corner, old raggedy towels in master bedroom, old raggedy beach towels, back of TV remote missing and tape together, missing a lamp shade in master bedroom, molding in second bathroom falling off the wall, management text the wrong number for early access to the unit. Very disappointed overall except the beach access was awesome.

We live cocoa and sandcastles and this condo was just what we were looking for as a last minute getaway. You just need to bring yourselves - literally everything else is here for you!

A great beach location
A great spring break vacation. Check in was easy!! The condo was great, it was exactly what we thought it would be. Great communication with the owner. The beach was wonderful although our youngest liked the pool better. Close to many restaurants but wasn’t over crowded at all. We would definitely book again!!!

Well maintained comfortable property. Great location on beach & near restaurants, shopping, Orlando etc. Communication with landlord. Beautiful scenery. Many tours, amusement parks within drivng distance. We would love to stay again.
