Quiet and peaceful. Nice town, close to supermarket and restaurants. Exactly what we needed.

Susan and Greg were terrific hosts! We enjoyed a bbq in the enclosed patio with our family who live nearby. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed yard when we were at "home". Very nice stay!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, the host is incredibly kind and the place is really pretty. Our stay was great, it was as described, perfect for 4 people. Susanne was responsive and even left a couple of surprises for us which made our stay even better.

We loved our nearly three-week stay at the cottage. Los Osos-Baywood proved the perfect base of operations for 14 different day trips to locations like SLO (nearly daily), Cambria, Cuyucos, Morro Bay, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, the elephant seal observatory and more. Susanne, the owner, was wonderful and very responsive to our very few needs and questions. Highly recommended. We WILL be back.

This sweet, cozy cottage on a side street in Los Osos was a charming respite from an otherwise busy trip to the San Luis Obispo area. We enjoyed the hilly walk through eclectic Los Osos to Sweet Springs, the Audubon nature preserve. The cottage met all of our needs, and even added neighs and clucking to the ambiance of the setting. A great find!

The backyard is a real bonus. We had a burger and s'mores party and enjoyed it so much. It's quiet, peaceful and charming. My only suggestion would be some soap for the shower. Definitely recommend this place!!

Place was cute and clean and cozy! Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Plus someone has a green thumb and the flowers were beautiful! Would stay here again. Nice Italian restaurant in walking distance, and hiking trails close by.

This is a very peaceful property with a large, private, enclosed yard with fire pit and nice patio furniture. It’s on a quiet residential dead end street in Los Osos. The pictures are accurate. The furniture and bed were comfortable. Very dog friendly. Good value for the central coast.

Sweet little spot in a tucked away corner of a quiet neighborhood. NO noise! The horses and chickens were a fun part for our 3.5 year old too. Nice outdoor space too. Would book again in a heart beat!

Just had a lovely stay there. Very quiet, peaceful. Fully stocked wood for the outdoor fire pit was very nice! We enjoyed the fully enclosed backyard patio with our dog. Also ideal location — close to Montana de oro and Morro rock.

Perfect getaway for a relaxing visit to the coast

We loved how close this place was the everything in town. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the private outdoor space as well. Highly recommended.

Very quiet and comfortable. Accessible for someone who has a hard time walking. Walker fit in the shower. Beds were comfy, and having free access to Netflix was a plus!!

We really enjoyed this cute little house with our dogs. Every detail was well thought out. It had everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The house and backyard are very private. We really enjoyed having a fire in the chiminea and star gazing in the evening. The house is located close to Montana de Oro State park which is wonderful for hiking and mountain biking.

As advertised, very nice location. Easy access to Morro Bay, SLO, and other attractions. Cottage was literally a port in the storm during downpours and flooding in mid coast area. The fenced yard with nice succulents is Zen-like. Great for the pooches. Will definitely stay here again

We loved this place again! Especially enjoyed the chiminea during several nights of excellent stargazing. Susanne is a charming host, and the cottage is very nicely stocked.

We had such an amazing time at Baywood Los Osos! The cottage was perfect, and the location was very near some great hiking trails. We felt so welcomed and will definitely return soon.

The Nuckols are amazing hosts. This was the nicest vacation experience we've had, maybe ever. The check-in process was seamless. With access arrangements already established we drove up and walked right in. Susanne is a great communicator, responding to messages quickly. The Cottage is very clean, warm, welcoming and cozy. It was well-stocked with ample towels, bedding and kitchen wares. They had lots of blankets and the beds were VERY comfortable! The cottage has a nice yard which was great for the dogs. (they even had a pooper scooper to make it easy to clean up after them) Some special touches that we really appreciated: *Outdoor fireplace stocked with wood *Wifi / tv cabinet with free wifi, streaming services and dvds. *Books and games *Spice rack for cooking *The fresh eggs were very nice :) One important thing worth mentioning: we brought my mother in law, who has mobility issues. The house and yard are level and easy to move around in for her. She was very happy about that. They have a gate on the back fence. Parking is right there at the gate, which makes access for anybody with mobility issues a breeze. She walked right into the house. We will definitely be staying with the Nuckols again and we highly recommend the Pet Friendly Cottage in Los Osos! Thank you, Susanne!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Lovely cottage with gorgeous, private, fenced-in yard. Beds very comfy. Very clean, light and airy space. Close to activities and Morro Bay. Susanne was very helpful and provided a gorgeous space to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had a blast at the local pub "The Olde Alehouse" brews and wines and great food. Hopefully we can visit again.

I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed this property. Very clean, spacious, and accommodating. My wife and three small dogs enjoyed our stay. We had no contact with the property owner/manager but did not need to as her written instructions for use and enjoyment of the property were simple, clear and all we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This was our second stay, and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful yard with nice fenced in yard that offers plenty of privacy.
