It needed a wall heater , bathroom needs updating,very quiet and clean kinda far from stuff but nice

Cozy getaway, has everything you need and was a very convenient location. Lovely views off the deck, we appreciated the automatic lights as you go up the stairs at night. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time, very nice little 2nd story cottage. Quiet street, nice neighborhood, stars looked amazing at night. Really, just what we needed for an escape. Thanks

The apartment is located in a town that is centrally located for enjoying the area. There was very easy access to so many activities. The neighborhood was so quiet and that was GREAT for us. The apartment kitchenette is well stocked and we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay as far as nice towels, shampoo, tea, coffee, etc. the deck is wonderful. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into making this little place comfortable for guests. There have been comments about the location, that is seems like it is located in a light industrial park. I would not describe it as such, it is just set in the buildings of an old farm. The view from your front windows is great. There is no yard, only the deck to hand out on, but like I said, it is very nice deck.

The unit was comfortable, spacious, and nice. The location was very quiet. We especially liked the patio deck with wonderful views. We were fortunate to experience a couple of days with morning sun in Los Osos which would otherwise be foggy or overcast at the Bay during our stay end of May. A short part of the road to the unit was a little rough but expected in rural areas.

Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. What a gorgeous place ~ we loved having breakfast on the porch and looking out at the mountains. We were so lucky to also see the blood lunar eclipse and tons of stars. Thank you Adam!

The Los Osos studio is very cute, clean and cozy. There is a comfortable queen and full bed, small couch and chair and coffee table. There is even an electric fireplace! We loved all the windows and skylights. The kitchen has all the basic necessities: coffee press, toaster, tall, mini fridge, blender, double electric hot plate for cooking and gas BBQ. There are pans, dishes, BBQ tools, soap and paper towels, etc. We were able to actually cook! There are blankets and towels and everything you need. The views from the deck are beautiful and there are places to sit and eat. Super views of the mountains, open space and a few greenhouses. The studio is built on top of the garage next to the owner's residence. The owners were friendly and responsive. Very close to downtown Los Osos, Morro Bay and Montana de Oro State Park, which was the reason for our trip. Beautiful beaches and surrounding area. Loved our trip. Will visit again.

We've stayed in Los Osos before and consider it our "happy place." There were no reviews on this place when we booked and man, am I glad we took a chance! Driving up I wasn't wowed as the place is in a bit of an industrial looking area but inside is an absolute breath of fresh, relaxing air. There was a wonderful deck overlooking the protea farm (and a few awesome dogs who came to visit) and inside everything was fresh, bright, and clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed, snuggling in our little spot with great views and a cozy little electric fireplace! We will 100% be back!

The unit is above a garage in a surprisingly industrial setting, but the views off the deck are mostly very nice, and the morning sun is lovely to wake up to. Amenities are pretty good, though I personally would appreciate something more than a french press for coffee-making. Other than some minor niggles, it was a great experience! I'd stay here again.

The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The view of the countryside was great along with sunrises and sunsets. The deck was great to sit on except when it was too hot, which was only one afternoon. The location is easy to get to but you do need to have a car to get around, plus it is a good location if you want to walk the beach or go over the mountains and sip some wine. Seafood in Morro Bay is outstanding. Thanks for a great week!
