Exactly as described and very convenient to restaurants, grocery store and laundromat! Our dog was welcomed nearly everywhere we went.

Cozy little unit by the bay in Los Osos. Clean with a newer bathroom and kitchenette. Nice food options just steps away.

First time visit to Baywood Park. Very serene. Property is within a short walk of the water, coffee shop, and restaurants. Overall, great experience. Unit 1 has a fire pit up front and small bbq. Both functional and enjoyable. Definitely a place to return to.

Baywood Cottage #1 was a hit with my husband and our dog! After lazy day trips around the central coast, the evening was spent relaxing on the front patio by the fire. The cottage is located in a small business district, but the location is quiet with minimal foot traffic. The cute kitchen is perfect for easy meals. Great-sized walk-in shower. The bed is comfortable and the furnishings are spartan but in great shape. The unit was very clean-- we will be back!

Very cute, small place. Great location, walking distance from great restaurants, a small market and bar. Right by the water. Communication was a bit automated through a company and awkward. Late check outs are charged a fee, regardless of whether or not there is someone coming in that day. Otherwise a great place for a couple for a weekend

We really loved the quaintness of Baywood and it’s proximity to the beaches, hiking, and cute little restaurants in town (all within 2-3blocks of this Vrbo). My husband golfed at Morro Bay and loved it, we spent an entire afternoon at the dog beach about 15 minutes away and spent an afternoon in San Luis Obispo 20 minutes away. A total highlight of our trip down the coast with our dogs.

Husband and I traveled with out 2 pups. It was perfect!!! Cottage #1 was super cute, clean & modern. Firepit was great at night!!!! 15 out of 10 stars!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. Pleasantly decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we reached out to the management for some assistance in turning on the heat, we received a prompt call back which was courteous and helpful. We will stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Clean, accessible to everything you need in Baywood-Los Osos. The fire pit was a plus though we weren’t prepared for it and the space was perfect for two adults and two small dogs for three nights. Heads-up: the space doesn’t open directly onto the patio for ease of dog-access, but that was a minor inconvenience for us as our dogs aren’t runners. We will book here again!!

The cottage was cozy and clean and the location was great. We were able to walk down to the bay and to several restaurants. Such a peaceful and beautiful town.

The property was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. We were sort of on what seems to be a main thoroughfare and in the front unit but it was quiet and we relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay!
