Excellent location. As advertised. Super clean. Loaded with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable condo. Property manager Joanna was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Family of 5 that absolutely loved it here.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised. The check in was seamless and all my questions were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick access to the beach and boat tours but wanting a quiet place to relax in the evening. Patio overlooking bay, even spotted a dolphin one morning while drinking coffee.

This place was exactly what we needed to have the absolute best time in Clearwater Beach! The floorplan, bedrooms, and bathrooms were perfect for my husband and I plus our son and his friend. The photos are a very accurate depiction of the property. That porch view is absolutely incredible! I could sit out there all day and be content.
This was our first trip to Clearwater and this place helped make it absolute perfection! It's a nice, quiet walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. You can honestly stay there without a rental car if the beach vibe is the only thing you're looking for. I think the thing I was most impressed by was how clean everything is and safe you felt around the entire area. I would go back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. House was clean and well stocked, great location, and communication with owners was excellent. Will definitely be booking this again if back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Home was very clean and check in process well organized. Manager emailed during stay to confirm everything was going well. Short walk to easy beach access through Surf Style store. On site washer and dryer were clean and easy to use as well.

Needed a place to stay for the week while the kids attended Clearwater Marine Aquarium camp. This place is great! Right on the water, we saw manatees roll through during the day, and dolphins in the afternoon! The balcony area is perfectly shaded, could sit outside and watch the boats and fish all day.
Interior was impeccably clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Definitely recommend, would return!

This property was amazing and felt just like home with all the accommodations. More than we expected…a grill area, fishing off the dock, beach toys, and so much more! Communication with the property owner was also great. We’ll definitely be back.

This condo is perfect for a getaway to Clearwater beach. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The condo is spacious, clean & comfortable and the terrace is perfect for morning coffee. Property owners were fantastic to deal with, very prompt and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for 5 days at this condo and really loved the location and easy walking access to local restaurants and bars as well as the beach. But we also loved the view of the water and boats, birds, and dolphins in the inlet as well. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. We didn't cook much but it had everything we needed when we did decide to cook. The weather was great and for the most part we had the windows and patio doors open. No bugs! But i know for sure the AC works great as well. Overall it was very comfortable for my family of 4 adults.

This condo was great! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to the spring training events. The place was super clean and furniture, especially the beds, very comfortable. The property manager was extremely responsive. I highly recommend!

Great location! Within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Parking is free, with just enough spaces for units, so cars are close if all units are full. Quiet neighborhood, our unit was waterfront and we loved watching the dolphins and pelicans each day.

Great place to stay in Clearwater Beach
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location! Short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We loved being on the water and having coffee on the balcony. The area was super quiet and peaceful even though we were there for a holiday weekend. There were some electrical issues with the master bathroom lights and the oven. None of the furniture was comfortable which was disappointing. The unit should provide extra bath towels and beach towels. None of this would discourage me from renting this unit again. The property management group was excellent and very responsive!

First trip to Clearwater Beach
Very clean and a perfect size for a family of four. Great location for a first time trip to the Tampa area. Walking distance to Clearwater Beach and an easy drive to St. Pete’s as well as to kayaking on the Weeki Wachee River. Also, close proximity to many delicious restaurants.

November vaca for Celeste’s Wedding
We loved our stay in Clearwater Beach. We were close to the beach, enjoyed our morning runs and were able to do so much and visit our family who lives in Florida , too. We hope to stay next year here as well, for another cousin’s wedding. The views were spectacular! Wish the weather was better but one day in Clearwater Beach is better than none! Thank you!
