We had a wonderful time at this condo! In my family I had 4 kids and 2 adults. Plus we had even more adults staying with us so this condo was plenty of space. Since it was central to the rest of our friends and family, our condo was the gathering spot. We could walk to dinner and other properties. Direct access to the beach was important to me so this was literally in our front yard lol. I have never been closer to the beach than this place. The host was very attentive to us. The kids had plenty of space to run around and we felt very safe the entire time.

After having a stressful situation with a different property canceling on us last minute, we were so lucky to have found this property! The location is ideal, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the balcony! The condo is supplied with anything you may need, including a full kitchen appliances, beach towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids!! The communication with the owner was great, she was ready to help anytime, which you don't always find with other owners who ignore you the moment you have a concern. Only minor things could be improved as far as upgrading the bedrooms a bit, and improving the water heater - it went from super hot to super cold frequently. But overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Very nice condo, conveniently located with beach access and view and walking distance to restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.

This was our first time using VRBO and the experience couldn't have been better. Great communication, amazing property, an absolutely incredible week. Location is great, not too busy, not far from everything the island has to offer and in a great neighborhood. The pool was closed, but honestly, we didn't care and wouldn't have used it anyway. The ocean is litteraly right out the door!! Great swimming, amazing beach... all i can say is thank you for sharing your property that allowed our family to have the trip of a lifetime!!! If we come back to Puerto Rico, there is no doubt, we will stay here again!!

We stayed for a week as a family of four and it was a pleasure! The place is large and beautiful with a perfect location right on the beach and private beach access, a parking space in the garage, wonderfully equipped down to things like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, let alone things like a fully stocked kitchen in terms of kitchen equipment, lots of towels etc. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store a very short drive away. I would 100% stay again if we came back to San Juan. PS at the time we were staying, the pool was closed for repairs but it did not matter to us because the beach is right there, not crowded and great for swimming/water play for the kids.

I would recommend Judy’s condo to anyone who just wants to get away and relax. It is perfect. We sat on the balcony every morning and had our coffee and listened to the ocean and watch the early morning activity starting on the beach. It was the best view ever. Judy was very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We will be definitely booking again this condo. It was perfect

Judith has a really nice condo right on the beach. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Judith answered all our questions promptly. Back in frigid Minnesota and really missing the relaxing balcony right now.

Overall experience was great. Would have liked a bit more light as the only large windows were in the balcony/ living room area. The apartment was meticulously maintained, beds very comfortable and condo had great access to beach and local establishments. All COVID safety regulations were in place as well.

We enjoyed the view in the mornings and evenings and the location throughout the day as we were close to everything:)

The condo is located on Isla Verde Avenue in ESJ Towers/ESJ Azul. I have been staying at ESJ since I was 8 years olds. For years, we would rent rooms through the hotel, then we began renting condos through HomeAway, which is now VRBO, and this is by far the best condo I have rented. If I could give Judy and the property 100 stars I would, but alas, I could only give it 5. There are so many wonderful things to say about Judy and the condo….First off Judy is amazing, answered all of my questions before arrival, and gave tons of helpful tips during our stay. She is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Judy was able to arrange an early check-in for us and called me the night before our departure to see if I wanted to stay later since she did not have any guests arriving that day. As soon as I walked into the condo, I felt a sense of calm and peace. The open layout is great and the apt just flows. My mom and aunts took the first bedroom which sleeps 4 and they were all comfortable. My mom who is super picky about mattresses said she had never slept so well on vacation. I took the master bedroom with the king-sized bed and pull-out bed for myself and my three children, aged 18, 12, and 2. The room is very spacious and has a full-sized bathroom, which is great to have, especially when you have a toddler who is potty training and wakes up at all times of the night to use the bathroom. Said toddler also decided to wake up extra early during our vacation because he wanted to “go outside, see the sun wake up, and look at the beach.” The balcony was an added bonus to our wonderful stay. We were able to sit there during the wee hours of the morning and night to watch the waves and hear the ocean. The peacefulness created by the ocean view was priceless. Stored on the balcony are beach toys, beach chairs, and coolers we were able to use during our stay provided by Judy. This was perfect because of course, I forgot our toys and we did not have to run out and buy any for our beach days. There is also a full kitchen and dining room perfect for nights you want to just cook and stay in. The apt is located on the 1st floor, which is great since it is the same floor the pool is on. The condo also has a washer and dryer, which was great since I HATE taking dirty clothes back home and it saved me the trip to the basement. There were 8 of us on this trip and I can honestly say all 8 of us were very comfortable and happy with the accommodations.

The property was beautiful and was exactly as pictured. The place was much bigger than I expected and everything was so convenient! Judy was very responsive when I had a question. The place was fully equipped with the required necessities. The area is more quiet than I expected but nonetheless it was great! The pool was nice and the beach access was even better. The game room and card room was not open and that was a little disappointing. The only downfall is that check in is at 3 pm but you have to be out by 10 am, which is not great when it’s not a full day but I guess this goes for all hotels. Judy did allow us to contact her for an early check, which was convenient. If I come back to Puerto Rico this is the place I would stay but I would probably try to get the other apartment next door as well so that I can bring more friends and family!

We were in PR for a wedding on the other side of the island. We chose this property to be close to the airport and have some final beach time the day before our departure. We contacted the owner who quickly and easily communicated with us to arrange an early check in to maximize our beach/pool time. Access to both the beach and pool are close and easy. There were rental activities and food options on the beach. The apartment was well furnished and has AC throughout. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this property.

Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space when needed and living space for all of us to get together and enjoy family time. Easy access to pool and beach and all the supplies we needed for a good week. Close by restaurants and stores to make for an easy stay. Comfortably furnished and nicely cleaned and maintained. Judy also responded to any messages very quickly. Was a very memorable week for the kids first vacation together.

My stay was perfect here and the pictures are accurate. The place was very spacious for our party and were grateful for the amenities that were offered. Some feedback: 1) the drainage in one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed 2) the water temperature in the smaller bathroom is hard to figure out. 3) it's hard to figure out how to turn on the lights all over the home. 4) the patio lights in the balcony don't work or difficult to figure out how it works. These are minor things that can be fixed however it didn't take from the experience.

We ran into a few problems but the owner of the property Judy was on top of it all and helped us to get everything straightened out. She even gave me and my friends tips on where to go and what to do around the area. She was always available to help in any and all scenarios. The place was just like the pictures and exactly what we wanted! Cant describe the view we had in the mornings. We will def be going back again!! Thank you so much Judy, you’re the best!!!

Judy was an absolute please it’s to rent from! Will definitely rent again and recommend!!! We had a party of 8 and everything was provided and easy to navigate. Judy was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! Condo is very clean and well kept! Building staff was nice and accommodating as well!

Very nice inside the condo unit. Building was clean inside. The beach access was nice but the beach was more of a public beach.

Perfect condo overlooking the beach. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a home away from home. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 children.

We had a great stay at our rental. It was clean and nicely furnished. It also had nice extra touches such as beach chairs and a newly remodeled bath. The owner was very available. Would definitely consider another stay there in the future.

Check in was super simple, and when we came in any band everything you could think of that’s you may need for a short stay was there. We could make a short trip to the grocery store and had everything we needed to prepare family dinners. We were a short walking distance from everything and if we couldn’t walk to it it was just a short Uber ride away. We will definitely be visiting again and hope this property will be available for our next stay.

Perfect beach property except for problems controlling the water temperature in the showers. Without changing the knob and not using the showers simultaneously, the water would become scalding hot, then cold. Could be dangerous for children. Otherwise, everything else about the property was perfect. Judy very responsive to queries.

Beautiful

Five of us were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Best of both worlds with access to all of the Mare St. Clair hotel amenities (pool, restaurants/bars, coffee shop, health club) Grocery and other restaurants all walking distance. And easy Uber access to airport, Condado and Old San Juan. Balcony and beautiful ocean view from living room.

Great location, Great apartment with absolutel convenience and access to beach and pool. Beautiful pool with tasty food and drinks. Nice beach. The Apartment has everything you may need if you wish to prepare meals. I personally don't cook so I never used any of kitchen appliances. Fridge was nice and cold for our beers :) , and I did make use of washer/dryer. Did I mention they provide everything? Yes, that includes detergent, bath soap, trash bags, etc .. They also provided beach towels and other things you may want to take to the beach. A total plus! Now In full disclosure the hot/cold water was unpredictable while showering and Although we had no small children it is concerning that if left unattended a small child can burn when water turns hot. This was not a big deal for us but can be for others. Some may not mind a cold shower as much but having suddenly very hot water is a problem if you don't know how to graduate water temperature immediately. Having said this, I can't say enough how comfortable and wonderful this place is. The owner was quick to respond when I needed to reach her and always pleasant. I would go back again if they'll have us. Thank you!

Can't say enough positive things about this rental experience. Clean apartment, nicely situated near the airport, San Juan, the rainforest and other activities. The check-in process was easy and you really get the best of both worlds: private condo and resort amenities. Being able to charge beach umbrella and cafe purchases to the room was a huge bonus. Didn't really use the pool as we loved the beach and warm water so much. Everyone in the building was so friendly. Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment right on the beach and on the same floor as the pool. Spacious and having all of the comforts needed for a family vacation. Building is being renovated, but it will not affect your stay. Only minutes away from the airport and Old San Juan.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has every amenity you could imagine. The furniture is new and very comfortable. Judy (the owner) was outstanding to work with (our fly cancelled and we were arriving hours later) and available for questions all the time.

The property location was key. My family enjoyed the pool and beach. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our host was so helpful and pleasure to speak with. I am so happy that we stood here. I definitely recommend this place for a rental. Thank you Judith for lending my family and I stay in your condo.

This condo was much more comfortable and spacious than what we expected. When you enter, there is a dining room, living room, balcony, then to to the right, the kitchen and the den (with a large screen TV), then the "kids" room with two double beds and the hallway bathroom, then the master bedroom with a king size bed, a sitting room, and the master bathroom with double sinks. The mattresses were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We slept very well, despiet being in an urban area, there was no noise, it was very well soundproofed. In the kitchen, there were real wine glasses, real pots and pans (that looked new), plenty of cups, dishes, etc. The condo was very clean and has a nice ocean view from the balcony and the living room. The pool area at Mare has just been redone and it is quite nice and has a hot tub. There was a DJ on Saturday afternoon. There was also live music in the lobby on Saturday night and artisans/vendors in the lobby if you needed to get souvenirs. Right in front, there is beach chair ($4 each) and umbrella rental ($10 each). The parking spot was very convenient. We quickly got the lay of the land and were able to come and go and explore. There is so much to see and do in Puerto Rico. So much! Owner sent directions and was accessible by phone when we had a question at check-in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.
