This cabin has everything, cozy and lot of space and amenities for everyone. Highly recommended. Looking to book again 😀

The house itself is very pretty and well located. However, it seems to be very poorly taken care of. Three of the bedroom doors frames were broken/snapped off, so we were unable to close or lock those doors. There were small cockroaches throughout the kitchen, so there needs to be some fumigation/pest control done. The landscape was gorgeous, but there was trash littered around the immediate house, so it doesn’t appear that the property was properly cleaned since the previous guest(s) had stayed there. Overall, a few items in the house need an update: the throw pillows & some bedding items were dirty & old-looking and the couches in the living room seem worn out. There’s a pool table on the bottom floor, but the triangle needed to set up the balls was missing, so we weren’t able to play. It’s also worth noting that it snowed the night before our last day and the house completely lost power - it remained without power through when we left.

Home was perfect for our family Christmas 80th Birthday gathering! We had 15 people and we were very comfortable. A few more detailed instructions would have been nice for the Hot Tub and alarm system. Also we missed dish towels or a sponge for kitchen. Although we had initial issues with the hot tub, VACASA was very responsive. Ultimately, some written instructions on where the main electric switch was located would have solved our questions and what we thought was a “problem.” We would 100% return given the opportunity.

We really liked this cabin. Location was central to everything and the cabin accommodated our large group nicely. The property was beautiful, although the waterfall was not working. Check-in was easy and the cabin was available about 2 hours earlier than advertised check-in time. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs and silverware. We did, however, have a few issues. The rugs in the common areas are filthy, everyone’s feet/socks were black after only a few hours. They really should be replaced or sent out to be cleaned. The kitchen floor was also dirty and sticky; didn’t seem like it was really cleaned in a while. The video game did not work at all and there were no instructions on how to use the hot tub. A light fixture/ceiling fan did not work in one of the bedrooms and only 1 of the 8 tv’s worked. We did call the management office, and they did come out to look at e everything, but none of the issues were resolved or followed up on by the time we left. And I know we’re talking about a cabin in the woods on the side of a mountain, but none of the windows have been cleaned and all have year’s worth of spider webs and dead bugs. None of these issues would necessarily prevent me from staying here again, but the cleanliness really should be addressed as it’s been mentioned in many previous reviews. Other than 2 small bottles of dish soap, 3 dishwasher pods and a sponge, no cleaning supplies were available at all, so make sure you bring them, including trash bags. I wasn’t really expecting them and brought my own, but a mop or swiffer would have come in handy.

It was spacious with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Everyone enjoyed our stay and home. Definitely looking forward to going back soon!

Great place for family. Close to anything you would want to do.

The house itself and the surrounding area were amazing. However, the cleaning and maintenance crew need to be fired!!! The house was a mess when we arrived. The basement bathrooms were dirty (hair ties and hair all over the place) the bottom deck had trash all over it (dirty gauze, wrappers, cans left), none of the floors were washed (our feet were black), and the towels were not washed. As for maintenance, the hot tub was broken (kept turning off and on all day long), the ice machine was broken, the towel railing in the main bathroom was broken, only the main floor and main TV in the basement worked, and the video game was broken. We stayed there for a little over a week (16 of us) we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish washer soap, laundry detergent (would have been fine if they would have given us a heads up).

We had family wedding a union of sisters that had never met! It was a magical wedding in a beautiful location.

Great family cabin for my daughters wedding! It comfortable slept 16 people! I would definitely stay here again! The only negative is that the hot tub kept tripping the breaker and shut off.

Beautiful well designed cabin with plenty of room for a large group. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge, and you felt like you were secluded even though in a resort community of cabins. Hot tub was working, just needed 24 hours to heat up. Only con was bottom floor was sticky, rugs needed vacuuming, some lights/lamps were not working, but Vacasa addressed the issue quickly. Would definitely visit again!

Overall the Cabin was beautiful. Bigger then we expected. Everyone had enough room. A couple of issues: -TVs in the bedrooms did not work, had to go buy ROKU sticks to watch TV. -No Ice in the ice machine in the refrigerator - Shower in the Bathroom on the main floor, leaked to the bedroom with the bump beds. Other then that the family had an amazing time and would rent again.

Lots of space for 16 people, disappointed Hot Tub didn’t work family was looking forward to using it, along with waterfall. Overall nice spacious cabin for a big group.

The furniture and decorations were also top notch and by far the nicest of any cabin we’ve stayed in.

Nice views and location. Would definitely recommend. However, this property needs better manager. Very sad that owner spends premium on management company. Upstairs room did not have sheets changed, when removing bed cover it was littered with candy covers. Also, that same room had door latch broken. Review comments claim that it was fixed but we stayed after mentioned date and it’s still broken. Jacuzzi does not work. Fire place worked for 2-3 hours and then it must have run out of propane. Main floor rugs are very dirty, must have been there since cabin was built. Grill outside simply can’t be used, grill grates are rusty and barely have any metal left. Other then maintenance issues, I would recommend this cabin

Couldn’t use hot tub. It want working when we arrived and was never fixed. This was a big part of our reason to book this property.

Overall our experience was very good. The only complaints any of us had was the parking. With a lot of cars it’s hard to get in and out. The other issue we had was the arcade game system did not work. I contacted someone about it, they sent someone out but they did not know how to fix it. My son was excited to play on that but never got to because it did not work. Other than that the location was great and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was easy from beginning to end. The accommodation was amazing and so well stocked with everything you could need. The location was spot on and within easy reach of all the attractions and the neighborhood extremely peaceful. We loved it all and didn't want to leave. We will definitely re-book in the future.

Overall for a later booking this spacious house was about all we could find to hold 17. Everything in the house is fairly dated. The video game machine was useless. There were spiderwebs everywhere and keeping the food covered was a must because of the cockroaches. The kitchen, bathroom, and hot tub were all clean. The outdoor area and the open seating on the main floor was as advertised. All of the adults were happy with their mattresses. Most of the kids complained. One of the bedroom latches was broken and wouldn’t stay shut. The lower level door was difficult to shut because of sagging or water damage. For that price I would look for a different home to rent next time.

16 adults (10 parents and 6 of our college age kids) - all fit very comfortably. Great to have all under 1 roof. Close enough to just about anything or comfortable enough to just stay in.

Well, the property is beautiful, open, and location is great. However, for as picky as the managers of the property are; we had all kinds of bugs especially, in the kitchen area gross! Okay we are dealing with a post Covid world but I don’t think housekeepers do extermination. Also nothing about what is in the kitchen area is updated so just in case you are coming they have a Kuerig but no blender cuz the tops don’t fit the bases that are in the cabinets! Bedding needs a turnover too a little knotty and thin. Otherwise great for a family or large gathering. Oh one last thing bedroom doors third floor need some attention they don’t close.

Three families and plenty of room for everyone. This cabin is perfect - clean and well supplied. Location is private, yet does NOT require 30 minutes of winding roads to access. Would highly recommend. My only "ding" is that the hot tub would not heat up and property manager did not respond to my message of inquiry. You will not be disappointed in this listing!

We have rented this property for years, for our annual family reunion. It offers lots of space and is typically well-kept.

We stayed 4 days, and while the building and view was lovely, it seems that almost no effort is put into maintaining the property. Among the things that we wrong: the jacuzzi was broken (literally someone had turned off the breaker as a wire was smoking), the refrigerator ice maker was not working, a toilet seat was broken, a bathroom exhaust fan would not come on, multiple doors would not shut properly, one bedroom door would not lock, a bathroom door would not unlock, the microwave light (which shines on the stove) was burnt out, 10 towels but twelve people, and only 2 cheap trashbags were to be found, and one bedroom has electrical issues (breaker popped 2 times in 4 days). That is in addition to several cockroaches.... Property was a 4 out of 5, the maintenance was a 1 or 2. For $750 a night (averaged out), I should not have to have multiple calls to get things fixed. In all fairness, the majority of these things were fixed after calling in, but this is way too many things for a guest to have to deal with...

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay for a large group. There were a total of 19 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone! As for cleanliness overall the home was very clean, we found a few spaces that could have used some extra attention but this is to be expected in such a large home. Vacasa was very timely in any issues we had such as a toilet that did not work upon our arrival (they had someone there to fix it within two hours). The house is a little of the beaten path but this is to be expected when going to the mountains. Overall it was a great place to stay!

19 of us came from every direction to celebrate our first family reunion. Everyone chipped in on meals and celebrating our wedding in the cabin. Close to everything you could ever wish to see. We enjoyed a family trip to the Smoky Mtns NP. There was room for everyone in the cabin, and plenty of peace and quiet . Love the hot tub and the spacious rooms.

Very pretty condo. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge. Condo needed to be clean better. Upstairs shower leaked through the the main floor bathroom’s ceiling (but fixed within the first 24 hours), waterfall next to condo was not flowing and looks in disrepair, our group had a great time and enjoyed our time in the smokies!

Very clean and spacious! The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked.
Bring ice though, could not get ice maker to work.
