The cleanliness of the house. was just too terrible. It is a very small place but they make it into four rooms. Everywhere is dirty and mouldy. Especially the bathroom. It just looks like they didn’t clean it for long time, especially they didn’t clean it before the guest check in. The pillow and bedsheet was terrible too. It can be consider as worst place ever that we have ever stay.

Good news: close to 2 different malls and mrt station.
As of now:
- still waiting for our rm300 deposit which the staff didn't bother to reply or update at all. Been more than a day waiting for our deposit n still no news about it.
- rooms were fairly clean.
- total 4 rooms but 1 room has no aircond at all.
- the pillows were sooo bad.
- the accommodation is too cramped.
- staff not replying on time. I'm not even sure if they blocked my number and went away with the deposit. I hope its not true.

I dont like the management . The management promise to refund on the day check out 10pm but after 2 days they refund to customer with reason management onleave. Not profesional and no say sorry to customer.

Provide shower gel but was filled with water.

First time stay place need pay for parking .no free parking

Empty Washing detergent bottle.

WIFI password provided was incorrect and when we asked for the updated password no response from the agent
Heater in the bathroom is not working
The sink in bathroom overflow due to clogging
The bathroom we used was not even clean and smelly
Very disappointed with the service given
The beds provided was not in good condition
Parking was not provided and we parked in medical centre parking which cost us RM29.00 a day

Price worthy for 6 person stay. Very good location to subway, malls, restaurant and shop. Easy access to MEX highway to Kuala Lumpur International Airport so was good for us!
They have only one bathroom for 3 rooms, quite limited but it's okay just for a night. The parking could be complicated, the residence at Block A but parking at the opposite block, please get a clear direction from the host / the security.

Location is good.
Beds already sink in and ages, bed frame is broken and can feel the wooden support when lay down on the bed,, no water heater in bathroom, molds in toilet, no living room, wardrobe and cabinet door is missing and broken, crockcoach appears, bathroom shower also spoil - cannot adjust. It's different from what I've seen in pictures from booking.com.
