Steps to the beach, didn’t need our cars the entire time as there are free or for tip shuttles right off the main road always driving by. The village was extremely close only a 7min trolley ride. Home, bathrooms and beds were very clean. 3 full baths but showers were a bit tight for adults. Renter was very responsive and left some good tips in her book. Only real two small cons was the dryer was broken so we had to hang dry our laundry, and beach umbrella was missing a small piece which made it unsteady in the sand but we made it work! Overall, would recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were so close to the beach, it being private was great. Chairs are available to bring down on the beach but you don’t have to bring them back which was awesome. Great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Easy walk to the beach. Condo was fantastic had everything we needed for our stay and beach time. Very responsive owner. We had flight issues, she responded quickly and was much more helpful then the airlines!! Highly recommend!

Location was great. Short walk outside of condo…maybe 2 mins and your on the beach via a private beach access. Chairs are provided for guests of the condos so it was nice not to have to lug those around each day. The condo provided beach towels and also had a small cooler that we toted with us to the beach. Condo was clean and enough room for the two of us during our stay. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Getting around was easy. Condo was about 1.6 miles downtown which had plenty of restaurants, small shops, bars etc. There is also Captain Curt’s village in the opposite direction of downtown which was a little closer to the condo with additional eateries and small shops. We walked or rode bikes that we rented everywhere. There’s a trolley you can use too. We primarily picked this condo because of the reviews, location and because it looked well kept… and it ended up checking all boxes.

We had 6 days to check off a lot of things! This property is pretty centrally located so it was easy to get around. We had a rental car, but the local free buses that pick you up and drop you off are amazing! The private beach is so well kept and not crowded, but a short walk down to the public beach and it was packed, especially on the weekend. Florida never seems to disappoint us! We keep visiting different areas since losing our place in Ft Myers after the hurricane. Siesta Key is wonderful!

This condo is perfect if you want a location right next to a private beach at Siesta Key. Easy access, umbrellas and beach toys are provided. The condo was very clean, kitchen stocked with what you need, and the bathrooms were modern and stocked with fluffy clean towels. On site washing machine made this easy to travel with a family.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation here very much. Varinia was very accommodating and even made sure we had two pack n plays for our two small children. There were lots of beach toys for the kids and the private beach access was great.

Great location near the beach!

We had a great stay. We had an early flight the day we arrived and since there wasn't a tenant the day before, the property manager let us in as soon as we were ready rather than waiting until 4. There was plenty of space. It met all of our wants and needs. We didn't really cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, appliances, etc if we wanted to. The location is great being so close to the beach. It was great to have access to beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We didn't have kids with us but there was a wagon available with toys and floats. We debated renting a car but we were able to get around fine on the trolley, with a stop close to the rental. We Ubered when we went in to Sarasota and never waited more than 5 minutes. The property manager left a list of local recommendations. Siesta key oyster bar and The Cottage were excellent. Marina Jack sunset dinner cruise in Sarasota was a perfect night out. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is clean and cozy. We all had our own bathroom which is a huge plus. Walking distance to the beach. Virinia has a huge supply of beach necessities, and was quick to respond if we had any questions which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend this condo!

We were here for a bachelorette party and it was great. The AC broke but we were accommodated very quickly. Pool was a little further than we thought but the beach access was amazing.

Very clean property. Was hoping for a better cared for private beach access but being close at least two other public beach accesses made even a kink in the private beach access completely work-around-able

This was our first time down to Siesta Keys! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Variana was the best manager I have ever dealt with during my travels. She was very responsive and very helpful before and during the trip! Safety was a major concern, as I had 3 16 year olds girls! This was the perfect vacation spot for us. The girls loved the bedroom set up! Without a doubt I would highly recommend this condo and Variana!

Great property! Cozy and well stocked, with easy beach access, and everything you need during your your trip, including beach stuff. The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process, and accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend!

The condo had even more amenities than we expected! Didn't know that there was a beach cart and all sorts of toys, boogie boards, umbrella and hole maker. The teens were very happy. The walk to the beach was easy from unit 302. Be prepared to be hassled by the "Beach Police" when setting up your own shade tent. They think it's clear where they want you to be but it's not really clear. They point at signs and a ditch and you're supposed to figure it out. Some better signage would be nice.Best bet would be to reserve your umbrella before you go or deal with the beach police. The condo itself is very comfortable and quiet. 6of us stayed and it didn't feel cramped at all. Loved the 3 bathrooms cause 5 of us were female! Fairly close to the village. The private beach does make a difference. It's nice and quiet too. We could see the sea of humanity down the shore at the public beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We ate at Bonjour French Cafe, Island Tap & Grill, Claytons's Siesta Grill, and the Grillsmith in Sarasota. Had a birthday brunch at the Ritz but found it a disappointment food wise. I would say Clayton's was the best over all. Would highly recommend the Siesta Beach House and would stay there again!

My friends and I had the best time at Siesta Key! This property is located in the best location with a very short walk to the beach and a very short ride to downtown siesta where there are so many things to do and great places to eat. 7 people stayed in this property and it was a great size. 3 bathrooms was a blessing as we all wanted to shower after the beach and get ready for our dinners in town. Property manager was very helpful in booking and was super easy to contact if we had any questions. Beach was gorgeous with white sand and a very calm ocean which I was surprised with, at times it felt like a pool there was so little movement. This location made the perfect week of rest and relaxation for my friends and I. We made so many great memories and will definitely be looking to return in the future!

Wonderful access to beach and comfortable atmosphere

Easy breezy stay! Virinia is very responsive and easy to work with. Loved all the beach equip provided. Private access gives the street an old school family feel. Inside is very clean and nice. Would love if there were shower caddies. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great location, equal distance from heated pool to beach. Clean and attentive owner, she checked it to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t) and quickly responded to any questions I had pre-arrival. Property very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure!

Owner was very communicative and flexible. Unit was very clean and the location was exceptional. Might need a few more spoons and some kid friendly dish ware.
