Wonderful property. Things to remember is no spices or anything like that. Also the 2nd bedroom is small woth no closet. It worked great for us and we will definitely stay again!

Yes, we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. From the first moment I booked it , Patrick, the owner was in contact with me. He told me the various restaurants that were great, beach bars, etc. Reassurance when getting a VRBO, sight unseen, leaves you a bit uneasy, especially when taking friends. The pictures were absolutely accurate, the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE, convenience right off the elevator, beach right out your backdoor. Emily and Mark were right on property to help with any need that could arise. All new blinds and my understanding he is doing additional improvements, although we were all comfortable as is. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony just as he said. Our only issue, which Patrick had nothing to do with (hahaha) was it rained 4 out of the 5 days we were there. That was a bit disappointing, but we still enjoyed out getaway from everyday life. I would highly encourage you to rent from Patrick!

Patrick was a gracious host pre- and post-visit while also providing everything we needed in the unit. It's ideally located on the beach and within walking distance of many fine restaurants. Emily in the office was also very helpful.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! This location is so close to the beach and has plenty of room within the unit for 4 people comfortably. The unit owner Patrick was very kind and was sure to explain the whole check in process as well as the amenities before we checked in. We look forward to future stays here, and highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for convenience and proximity to all the great things that St Pete beach has to offer!

This is our first time in this building on Saint Pete beach. It was very clean and spacious and well appointed. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there were no issues with noise from neighbors. Check-in was seamless as the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed time down at the surf which was about a 2 minute walk beyond the pool. There are a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the area. We had a wonderful meal at a restaurant called The Middle Ground. And we enjoyed a great breakfast at The Frog Pond. We did have one TV that was not working in the guest bedroom. The office assisted in trying to resolve the problem but they had to refer it to the cable company which would be repaired after our stay. Also the guest bedroom tended to be warmer than the rest of the apartment. When family arrived we had to make sure that they could park somewhere but the office helped us out with that. All in all had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was fantastic! It was nice, clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and enough space for the four of us. We had a great time. Thank you Patrick!

We loved the location being right on the beach. The sand was white and the water was pretty clear. There is a sandbar in the water that has a lot of sand dollars and shells. There are beach restaurants on both sides of the resort and you can drive down Gulf Blvd to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants to enjoy the beach.

This is our second time at the Vistas. Perfect location. Close to everything. We used the beach chairs and umbrella daily. We love being right on the beach! The unit is clean and it’s the perfect size for me and my husband. Looking to visit again soon!

Condo was very clean. Very close to restaurants and stores. The unit had beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was nice and seldom crowded. We spent majority of the time on the beach. Would definitely stay again

Condo suite was just as described. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room for our family of 3. Walk to the beach was right outside. Loved St. Pete Beach area. Liked the code entry to unit vs. a key, that was very convenient. Few small areas of improvement: Needed small cutting board, pool area did not appear to be cleaned, hosed, etc. all week and was very sandy. Unit had a little mustiness smell when we arrived, was able to clear out with opening of doorwall. Thank you for a great week.

If you like the beach, you found the right place--location, location, location. The property is as advertised. It's clean, quiet and well kept. I'd recommend it and would go back again.

This was our second time staying at Vistas on the Gulf and this unit was perfect for our family! All of the amenities were great. Having a washer & dryer on site are a must for our family, as well as close proximity to the beach-this unit provides them both! The pool and hot tub were a hit, the unit was stocked with all of the essentials we needed, the office staff were helpful and friendly, and the beach supplies came in handy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unit!

We stayed here with my sister and husband while we were in town celebrating our dads 80th bday. The space was good for 4 adults. The 2nd bedroom is very small and very little room to put suitcases. They had to keep one out in the living area. We couldn’t get any of the remotes to change channels on the tvs - in any of the rooms. We didn’t contact the manager about it as we didn’t really want to watch tv much. Location couldn’t be better! We were able to easily walk to the beach and restaurants and the grocery store. I don’t think you need a car unless you plan to sightsee more outside of the area. This unit is located right next to the office which is convenient. You get your beach towels there by giving them a $10 cash deposit that they give back once you return it. The unit had 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small soft sided cooler.

We had a lovely time staying here. Close to all things fun. Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at the Vistas! We were so close to the beach and loved the beach chairs that this unit provided us with. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our week at St. Pete Beach. We felt right at home there.

Unit was great for our family vacation. Great communication from Patrick. Easy check-in, location is great and the beach is just steps away. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, stores. I would definitely rent this unit again.
