My family have just returned from 8 days at Harbour Heights. This is a very high quality, superior condo, with superb site landscaping, a large pool and on the most amazing part of Seven Mile Beach. We did not want to leave. The location is great, although a car is very advisable. Would we come back - absolutely! It is quite expensive, but absolutely worth every dollar! The most amazing family holiday that none of us wanted to end!

We recently had the privilege of embarking on a truly unforgettable journey to the breathtaking island of Grand Cayman. From the moment we set foot in this tropical paradise, we were swept away by its beauty and charm. The entire experience, from the impeccable condo to the friendly locals, exceeded our wildest expectations. First and foremost, the condo we stayed in was an absolute dream. The moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for a treat. The accommodation surpassed the allure of the pictures, offering a stunning blend of comfort, style, and tranquility. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the tasteful decor added an extra touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. We instantly felt at home, ready to indulge in the wonders of the island. Anne the owner had done a fabulous job! She answered all our questions and even sent us a sheet with the highlights of the island. The location couldn't have been any better. Situated in a prime spot with a view of the crystal-clear waters of the beach, and it is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and anything you need. What made it even more special was the proximity of the pool, which was just steps away from the shoreline. It was a unique sensation to lounge in the pool and simultaneously feel the gentle caress of the ocean breeze.. Not to mention there is a pool house with a bathroom, ping pong table and ice machine which was very convenient. Incredible vacation! Thank you Anne!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4, allowing our young adult children (ages 19 and 23) to have their own bathroom and bedroom (with equally-sized beds... no fighting!). The covered patio is perfect if it rains, and the beach is lovely. Close to a grocery store and a great vegan restaurant each morning for coffee and wraps, pancakes and muffins. There are plenty of dishes and the kitchen is well-sized. We loved it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay - the condo was perfect and had all of the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed! The location was incredible as was the host. We'll be back in 2024!

We've been to GC 5 times on family vacation. It's always a good time. We liked this location due to proximity of shops and restaurants. Far enough from the crowd, but close enough to walk. Always a chair or cabana available on the beach or by the pool!

My wife and I have traveled to several Caribbean islands in the past and this location is by far one of the best. This condo was in a great location with access to a beautiful beach setting. Anne was a 5 star host and kept in contact with us before and during our visit. We will keep these memories for a long time and plan on returning next winter. Thanks Anne

We really enjoyed our stay here right on seven mile beach! The condo was very convenient for swimming and snorkeling. The pool was never too busy, and we had our choice of spots on the beach. It was a great vacation in a great condo!

We just finished a week stay at the condo, and everything went wonderfully. The condo is just as advertised - very clean, very roomy, and a super patio with chairs and a chaise. And the A/C units worked great! The two bedrooms were very spacious, and the bathroom were clean and nice. The office and laundry is right there too, and they actually sell beer/liquor/sodas there. And Anne was just so kind. She reached to me shortly after booking offering to send brochures and that our family would have a good time. Then, we had an issue in our departure flight, and Anne gladly pushed back our entire trip one-day no questions asked. Later, the blender was broken when we got there, and Anne got TJ the neighbor to quickly bring us a new one. She was so nice. Otherwise, the highlight of the condo is the location. This place is just heaven. It's slightly up the 7-mile strip, so it's a bit quiet, which was perfect for us. And the resort was very empty, which was also fantastic (I guess due to the time of year). The pool was about 40 feet from our patio, is amazingly heated (we were told the only heated pool on the strip), and was very empty. The beach was about 100 feet away as well. The sand is super soft, there are tons of shade from the cabanas and giant trees, and tons of lounge chairs. And the water is so clear and blue - it easily rivals Grace bay in Turks and Eagle beach in Aruba. There's also a security guard on premise 24/7, so we felt super safe. We highly recommend Anne and this condo!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about how lovely it was to stay at Harbour Heights Condo #4 in Grand Cayman! We absolutely loved it! The condominium complex was quiet, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and adventures such as the Cayman Turtle Center etc. The condos are steps to their heated pool and beach - most of the time it was just the four of us like having a private pool and beach! The beach in front of the condominium was absolutely beautiful with white sand and turquoise water with lots of shaded seating options. It was the perfect base camp for our Grand Cayman adventure. We truly appreciated the personal attention from our hosts and the condominium complex. They were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying with them again!

This location is fantastic! Walking out the door mere steps from a private beach can’t be beat. The property is located within walking distance of multiple resorts with restaurants, so grabbing a drink and a bite is super easy. Anne was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and mailed us Cayman travel guides to help with our planning. Once on the property, Lisa, the property manager, was just as helpful. We also got to meet several other families and property owners in the complex who were all just so pleasant. At the time of our stay there was construction next door, which was a bit of a distraction, but for the most part you’ll be exploring the island during the day and miss most of the noise. Keep in mind that this is temporary, so once it’s done it, this place can’t be beat. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. I would 100% rent here again.

Great location on 7 mile beach. The sand beach out front is fantastic, and if you need shade, there are large trees at the beach which is really nice. Close to great snorkeling. The condo has everything you need, and was recently updated. Will definitely come back.

Wow! If you are looking for seclusion and privacy on 7 mile beach, this is the place for you. You could see crowds both up and down the beach at hotel and condo complexes or the public beach next door, but the location of this condo between them makes you feel like you own your own private beach. There weren't many people staying in the complex when we were there so it was easy to find space on a beach chair or pool chair to soak up the warm sun or nap under the palms and casuarina pines. There are lots of lounge chairs and tables available on the beach and in the pool area at almost anytime during the day. Our stay was at the end of low season, which turned out to be awesome. There were many days when we were the only ones in the pool and just one of a handful of people on the beach in front of the condo complex. There is security on site and they do a great job of keeping the public and cruise ship passengers from interrupting your privacy in paradise or occupying the private beach chairs that are part of the complex. We were lucky enough to be the first to stay in the condo after a recent remodel. The condo is nicely decorated with all things tropical. It is crisp and very bright. Everything you need is there including beach floats and toys for the kids. There are several good restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The owner personally recommended several good restaurants to us. Rhonda, in the office, is super helpful with all requests and can point you to great restaurants and island attractions as well. The owner was also super helpful with the entire rental process and was nice enough to mail info on Grand Cayman prior to our stay. The only negative that I could mention is completely out of the control of the owner and the condo complex but it needs to be mentioned. They are building a high rise condo complex right next door and it is just getting started. The current construction noise is minor and acceptable but upcoming construction noise may be an issue for some. Regardless, we were so delighted with the condo, property, and experience, that we can't wait to stay there again.

Anne was a wonderful host and extremely knowledgeable on restaurants and to dos around the island. I highly recommend Calypso Restaurant and Duke's Restaurant (seafood pot is amazing - if someone could find me their recipe I would be very grateful)! Captain Marvin's snorkeling and stingray alley is a must. We've done other swims with stingray's and this one topped it. Anne's unit 4 on the ground floor for a family of 6 was perfect. Best strip of beach on all of 7 mile!! I know this because we walked the entire beach - I would recommend that too. The island is extremely safe - they always had a security guard on site to ensure that anyone not staying at the resort would not utilize their beach chairs. Great stay! Thank you Anne.

We stayed on this property July 2019 and it more than exceeded our expectations. From the friendly office on site to Anne’s willingness to recommend tours, sights and restaurants we truly had a dream vacation. The beach is immaculate and has so much shade if you want a break from the sun. The water is picture perfect and you can snorkel right from shore. We came with our two boys 12 and 14 and had so much fun. The pool is clean and warm, and you’re walking distance from a few restaurants and hotel bars. We did many fun activities off site but could not wait to get back to our beach on 7 mile. We will be back soon! Thank you Anne and Maria for such a great vacation!

We had an amazing stay in the Caymans at this property. It has everything you could possibly want or need and is a few short steps from one of the most beautiful beaches any of us had ever seen! The property manager was lovely as well as the owner. They were above and beyond helpful and provided us with maps, information on activities, and answered every question with care and detail. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem and highly recommend it to anyone else looking around for a place. This one really is the best!! Also- side note - the fish, the snorkeling, the turtles, the color of the water- it is incredible!!!

We loved our stay at harbour heights number 4! It was quiet, clean and the view was incredible. A true gem!! When we return to cayman we will definitely be staying here again. The convenience couldn’t be beat especially with two young kids. The ground level and so close to the pool and beach, it felt like a true vacation even with young kids! The grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly and lovely. It made our trip one to remember for a lifetime. We will be returning again.

I cannot express what a wonderful trip my family had. Our condo was absolutely perfect. It was inviting, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My family (2 daughters ages 7 and 9, my husband, and my mom) enjoyed our time immensely. The condo is well stocked so we were able to cook many meals (which is what we wanted to be able to do). Our beds were comfortable. We were literally steps from a magical, pristine beach. The pool was warm and allowed us to play often in it. All in all, we couldn't have found a better place. We will be back! Thank you Anne and family for offering a special place from which my family could explore Grand Cayman.

We had a lovely stay at Anne's apartment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Ground floor was perfect for kids, as we did not have to go up and down the stairs with the stroller. The garden is really nice and you get a nice view from the terrace.The beach is probably one of the best on 7 Mile. It is partly shaded, which was perfect for kids, as my 5 year old could play in the sand for longer in the shade and my 6 month old could take naps in the stroller under the palm tree while we were sun bathing. I would definitely book this place again, as it is perfect for families with small kids.

This condo was fantastic. Steps from the beach and well maintained pool. Staff was all very friendly and the condo was comfortable and cheerfully decorated. Kitchen had all of the cookware we needed. Beach towels were available every day and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Loved it!

The condo was wonderful & just perfect for our family of 5. It was comfortable & decorated so nice. The bottle of wine was a lovely treat when we arrived. Everything was just lovely! We loved staying at Harbour Heights & will come back. Love this 1st floor unit & how quickly we were on the beach. Pristine part of 7 mile beach. Very quiet beach with wonderful cabanas for shade. Great place to stay in Grand Cayman!

We had a wonderful time. This vacation condo was perfect for our family of 5, with direct access to the beach, and short walks to great places! The condo was clean and the people were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Has all what you need

We arrived a bit early on Wednesday and the manager Maria was incredibly welcoming and showed us to our unit. It was ready for us and she happily allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. The unit itself has recently been updated with colorful, Caribbean inspired colors and fabrics. It's a happy place to put up your feet. It's a ground floor unit that opens to meticulously manicured grounds, a lovely swimming pool and then the azure ocean just beyond. The bedroom configuration is very comfortable - 2 queens in one room that share a bathroom and a master bedroom with a king sized bath and an ensuite bathroom. It was the perfect set up for my daughter, mother-in-law and myself. The Wifi is some of the best we've had of the different Caribbean islands, the water is drinkable and cell service is reliable. We had groceries delivered from the local market. While I didn't speak with Anne, the owner while we were there, she generously left a lovely bottle of wine for us..which we enjoyed the evening of our arrival. Thank you Anne! I would have given our stay 5 stars - but there were just a few things that were bothersome: a few teeny tiny ants in the kitchen, no hot water - lukewarm water in the guest bathroom and a few dirty forks and spoons in the drawer upon our arrival. I reported the hot water issue to Maria the day prior to our departure, but it had not yet been fixed by the following morning. Ants and cold showers don't really bother me, but 5 stars is perfection and these minor details should be addressed. If we return to Grand Cayman, I will certainly return to Harbour Heights #4!

Harbor Heights and unit 4 proved to be a perfect getaway for our family of 6. The condo was more than adequate for our family and had all the necessary accompaniments to make our stay very comfortable. Marie and her staff provided excellent service not because they had to, but because they genuinely care for their guests. The grounds are very well kept with a perfectly manicured lawn and very well maintained pool. The beach is perfect with plenty of room. The property is easy to get to and has plentiful off-street parking. This a great location to see and do anything on the island. We highly recommend this property.

We brought our mom on this trip for her 80th birthday. The place fit our needs perfectly, close to the parking lot, downstairs, with nice, easy access to the pool and beach from our back patio. Very quiet, would not even know anyone else was there. Place is well maintained, staff is really nice and helpful. The owner, Anne, was extremely helpful with planning ahead, providing good suggestions for places to eat and things to explore. It was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return here next time we visit (IF we don't buy a place to rent out ourselves!). Thanks so much, Anne, for all your help and assistance! And please let the office staff know how pleased we were.

We rented two condos in August - side by side - at Harbour Heights where we have stayed several summers. Although my husband and I stayed in the other one, my daughter and some grandchildren stayed I this one, and I did spend time there - found the kitchen probably better equipped than ours - salad spinner on site! The condo is very nicely decorated - very much the bright and happy beach decor one expects! Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well modernized - walk-in showers! Kitchen was well equipped ,and everything was spotless. I dealt with Anne Gardner, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and accommodating - she even told me they would probably gave a TV in the master by next summer, which would be a big plus for us. All in all, it is a lovely holiday home! Harbour Heights is also on a fab beach with top management and wonderfully helpful staff and management.
