I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Leading up to the trip, Beach Time Rentals was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and clean. You cannot beat the location - Easy walk to the beach access and trolley stop to take you closer to Pier 60. We hung out on the front almost as much as we did the backyard pool - a nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not a knock on anyone, just useful information for future renters - they are very strict with the 10am check out time. We had someone sitting outside of the house starting at 9:45am the day of check out. He didn't rush us, we were loading the suitcases in the car and doing the final walk through by that point, but it does add a little stress knowing someone is waiting on you. If we return to Clearwater Beach, we would absolutely consider renting this exact house again.

The house was perfectly adequate for our group of six adults and two children. The air conditioning worked well and the pool was heated to 85 degrees F, although the heating switched off on our second last day. There is an extra charge of $35/day for heating the pool.The house was selected because of its close proximity to Clearwater Beach, regarded as one of the finest in the USA. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach for the first four days of our six day stay, because of a Red Tide event, which was unknown to us and not flagged up beforehand as a possibility. This event is an algae bloom, karenia brevis, which is toxic to fish and causes skin and eye irritation and breathing problems for humans, with the air having a sulphurous smell. Fortunately, the house was far enough away from the smell not to cause concern in the pool. The shoreline was littered with dead fish adding to the smell and we were surprised that it took the city authorities so long to clean the beach

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 included twin 3 year olds and a 10 yr old! The ocean is close within walking distance- which we did daily -even with the high winds we had on the first couple days. The pool was the best part for the twins and they would have been happy to stay there everyday if not for the playground at Pier 60! With had a small problem with the power but Mona was great and we had the problem fixed quickly. Would love to come back to this place again!!

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!

The reason we booked was for the pool and the washer and dryer as we were coming off a hotel stay in Disney. The washer sounded like gunshots and the dryer put black streaks on all of our clothes. Furthermore, the chemicals in the pool were so strong that the smell made it impossible to use.

Had to reach property manager for second payment and also for check- in instructions. A/C worked great. Second shower didn't work but manager responded and same day it was fixed. Had to keep plunging one toilet so there is a line issue. Pool area not clean. Roaches (many) came out at night around pool so no one stayed outside after dark. Broken concrete so not great area. But house was spacious and close to ocean.

Very nice place, well maintained. water heater not on at arrival intermittent WIFI-off and on for laptops and TV evidently, pool person came to vacuum when we we out, did not fill pool and water level too low and intake spouts gurgling.

Several of our grown children and grandchildren came along this year. We loved it! Plenty of room for all of us, we were able to cook our own food and even grilled one night on the provided grill. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too. We love that is is out of the crush of the tourists. The property manager, Mona, was just a phone call away when we needed anything. Pool service came twice a week so the pool was well maintained too. We will come back again!

It's a quiet neighborhood and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool was very nice and the home housed 7 people comfortably. Mona was very helpful and friendly and reassuring.The only negative was there was trash in the front yard/driveway when we arrived from previous renters and the bath towels had been put on the shelf still wet. It was really nice there were instructions on signs & in a binder to help with tv remotes/appliances,attractions/restaurants in the area. The front porch & back patio were great to relax also.We would definitely stay here again.

This is not your regular VRBO experience. It should be listed that you follow the rental companies procedure and not communicating through VRBO. Second payment is through rental agency. Bathroom faucet for shower was poorly functioning and second bathroom is between two bedrooms no hallway access. Proximity to beach was great and pool once heated was great. Not many amenities in kitchen for cooking or packing food for beach.

We found this property to be just as advertised. Our group of 6 adults & 3 littles were well accommodated here. Bedrooms were plenty spacious and great flow of living spaces. Pool was daily highlight and beach so close by (with wagon to tote littles worked out perfectly). Hope to return next year.

Easy process and great location if looking for a quiet area. Nice having a heated private pool.

Great 4 BR house with its own pool and <5min walk to a very up crowded section of Clearwater Beach. Everything inside the house was comfortable and it was near everything we wanted to do. An Uber to the main strip in Clearwater Beach took about 5 minutes. The house came with beach chairs and shovels, buckets, body boards and floats for the beach.
