We had an amazing time staying here! It’s close to so much and a quick Uber ride to Broadway for about $7-$8. No complaints at all. Just a few suggestion. 1. When upgrading your washer and dryer, get one that you can wash clothes while your other load is drying. 2. Have an outlet installed in the hallway with the mirror. 3. Get a few 2 quart containers for making juice or mixed drinks in. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again when we visit next!

This was a great place to stay. The location was excellent, not too much of a trek to walk downtown and Uber/Lyft's are readily available. Becca and Aaron were very attentive. We had a power outage, and they were very helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. The location is great, not too much of a trek to walk downtown and Uber/Lyft's are readily available. The only suggestion I have would be to stalk more toilet paper for your guests, and maybe also provide some paper towels.

Nashville is a great city and the apartment is well placed to walk to downtown and Broadway. A well kept apartment that had everything we needed.

It was a great first experience renting through Vrbo. The condo was very clean and spacious.

The condo was comfortable, quiet, neat and clean. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk to all of the action on Broadway and The Gulch. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 7) stayed in over spring break. The space was nice, the kitchen was just enough as we mostly went out to eat but had some small breakfasts, snacks and lunch there. We walked to many restaurants around the area. Lots of dogs and friendly neighbors walking around. The only thing that wasn't great was the water pressure in the shower, but it was doable.

Not vacuumed, food crumbs on bed cover, no paper towels, horrible shower set up. No water pressure. Exterior of property is very unkept. Garbage bin is too small for a while condo building. Overflowing yuck.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to everything and very cozy.

Stayed here for SEC basketball tournament and was close enough to walk to downtown each day. Place had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was exactly where we wanted to be. Just under a mile walk to get to Broadway where all the bar/restaurants were located.

It was a very nice place to stay, close to everything! Unit was very clean and quiet and nice to have washer and dryer and other amenities. The owners let us know the day before that the jacuzzi jets were broken but it was still a nice tub for a bath!

Enjoyed our stay. Rebecca was great to work with. Felt safe at location as women traveling alone. Condo was clean and comfortable. Can’t really cook due to small kitchen and no stove, but did not affect our stay!. Would stay again.

Clean, quiet, nice view, great location! Beds and pillows were comfy. Downside: no stove in the kitchen and would suggest to the host to add some more hooks in or near the bathroom for towels. But overall perfect for what we needed!

The building was easy to get in to, it was clean, exactly as portrayed in the pictures, and communication was top notch. If we head back to Nashville again, we’ll definitely try to book this place again.

Condo is just as listed and host was super fast in response time. Location is FANTASTIC as it is close to many of the sites (within walking distance to many) and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. Host was also accommodating when some travel plans had changed. Highly recommend staying here.

This building is within walking distance of everything. Mid town is a great place to spend time as it’s not as packed as downtown, but we walked down quite a few times to see some of the sights. We loved staying here because we were able to go out and do things but we’re still able to come back and have lunch without going to a restaurant every time. If you are staying longer than a weekend I would definitely recommend this rental. It was like our own little home while we were there. The condo is very clean and modern. Tub was fantastic along with the waterfall shower. The laundry closet was awesome to be able to wash clothes without paying extra or having to sit there while they are being washed. The pool was super cool and the pool area was very clean. Overall a perfect spot for our getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The pool was a BIG hit with my children (9, 10, and 14)- they loved that it was 9 feet deep! The location was perfect- far enough away from the epicenter of Broadway to be quiet but close enough to be just moments away from all the fun!! We had zero problems with the condo. The beds and bedding were great! Thanks for a great stay!

This place was in a great location to many areas of Nashville. We enjoyed the pool and the area was quiet. Space was perfect size for our family.

We were unable to stay at this VRBO due to the fact that the elevator was broken. The host were great communicators and helped us work through this issue. We chose to spend our time at a hotel instead of waiting for the repair. We were in Nashville for a short time and did not want to spend time moving back and forth. If we had the opportunity I would rebook. Thank you to the host for helping us.

The property was located in the heart of music row, close walking distance to Broadway. It was a very unique, clean, cozy apartment. The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend staying at Becky’s apartment!

I would not recommend staying here without a car, it is 1.5 miles for walking. It would have been nice to have paper towels and Kleenex, and extra blankets, and hooks in the rooms on the doors to hang things and mirrors in the bedrooms, you have to live out of a suitcase. It is a very comfortable condo, and with only one bathroom it was set up nicely. It is a quiet area, and the walk seemingly safe. Tasteful decor and roomy.
