Let me start with saying that the condo was in great shape and very well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. Everything was in working order and clean. The pool was warm and very clean and the beach had gorgeous sand with just the right amount of depth for our grandkids. We were close to a convenience market, a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a coffee shop, and the trolley was a fun way to see Siesta Village. We stayed for two weeks, one of them as a couple and the other with our son, his wife, and two toddlers. The two weeks were vastly different. The first week was relatively low key, and the second week was filled with extremely loud door-slamming, loud parties, and rude guests who swarmed the pool and beach area with absolutely no consideration for the other guests staying there. Generally, I’m a fairly tolerant person when it comes to others having a good time, but our complaints were echoed by many during conversations on the elevator and elsewhere. For the latter experience, we would probably not stay again. Unfortunately for the owner who has obviously worked hard to create a great space for guests, management has a way to go to control the surrounding environment. Too bad.

Weather did not cooperate with our stay this year but we always find other things to do and it beats the snow back home. This unit works out perfect for two couples.

Layout of the condo was great. Both bedrooms and living area face the ocean and have sliding doors to the balcony from each room. Good free transportation on the island to go to town. Enjoyed out stay very much.

Absolutely perfect in every way. The ocean view is breathtaking and so relaxing. The entire process of booking and checking in was seamless. Would definitely return.

We love Siesta key! The location is great right on the beach no berm to cross to the beach. Condo was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed having the noodles to take to beach! Would stay again

Beautiful accommodations!! Tastefully decorated!! We had everything we needed for our stay!! Frank and Cindy were always available if we had any questions, very helpful and easy to communicate with!! The view of the beach and ocean from the lanai was exactly what we envisioned!! We definitely will recommend their “ vacation home”to our friends and family. We are looking to come back for we enjoyed our stay so much!!

We have stayed at several condos in Crescent Arms and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The owners have taken great care to make sure you have every comfort of home from the kitchen supplies to extra beach towels and outstanding and comfortable furniture and beds after a long day in the sun and surf. This unit is perfect for a week in paradise and we can't wait to book here again!

Vacationed with my sister and her husband. This was our second time in Siesta Key. We love the ocean there and the white sand doesn’t get hot. We wished the swimming pool faced the ocean but it was very nice anyway.

Best location for full view of the beach during morning coffee/breakfast. We were able to walk down to the beach and find open chairs. No need to drag your own chairs to the beach. Easy/clear instructions on where to find the place and how to get in. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints.

Exactly as pictured and described! Clean, spacious, and well equipped! Beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We have already booked our next stay at this very special property.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We stay in Cresent Arms every year. This condo was by far our most favorite. Full view of the gulf. The location is great walking distance from restaurants, guide services, and bars. Will stay again.

The proximity of the condo to the southern bridge onto the island was perfect. The view as you walked into the condo was breathtaking. Literally right at the beach with very short walking distance from building to shore. Great to get seats on the beach early by using the condo's placard. Access to lanai from each bedroom and the main sitting area is a plus. I am very much looking forward to a return visit!

The condo was very clean with everything we needed for our family of 4. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Trolley is right out front to head to the village. Will look to come back soon.

Loved the condo and area! Condo was very clean. Host was very attentive to questions. The view is unbeatable! Beds are comfortable. Love the layout with bedrooms being separate and living space in between. Highly recommend this unit!

We loved the location on the beach, and thoroughly enjoyed eating on the lanai every day. It was the perfect vantage point! The condo was well-furnished, and it had everything we needed. We usually walked to local restaurants for dinner. The weather was wonderful during our whole stay. Wish we were still there!

We loved this condo overlooking the beach. While having breakfast one morning we saw 6 dolphins feeding! The long lanai is fabulous for sitting and enjoying the sunset. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our trip. The laundry facilities are clean and convenient. I can't express enough how clean the condo is. I'm so glad this was the condo we picked for our vacation in Siesta Key.

The location is amazing. We had a problem with the TV and the owner came right over and fixed it. The beds in the spare room are full size not queens and the master bed is very uncomfortable. The view from the lanai is amazing. The notes throughout the condo on what not to do are a little tacky. Compared to other condos I have stayed in this one is definitely overpriced. The furnishings are basic and the only plus is the size of the lanai.

This property was great. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean and plenty of space for our family of three. Cindy provided detailed communication making the check in process quite smooth.

We've been staying at Crescent Arms each year since 2006. This was our first time staying in unit 301N. It has a beautiful view of the beach that you can see out of both bedrooms, the living room, and of course the large lanai. We'll be back again!
