Lovely house for family vacation.

Close to activities & the best beach!! The weather was beautiful, restaurants were amazing & the house had lots of amenities. The grill, beach toys & chairs, seasonings, trash bags, cleaning supplies including laundry soap. The pool & hot tub were a hit every day - was warm & loved the salt water/ chlorine combo! Beautiful interior decor too!

We stayed at this house for about 5 weeks. Great location. House was everything that was described. Owner was very responsive and accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, pool and hot tub were amazing. Home was clean and updated. Had everything you could want. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils dishes cooking ware. My family had the best time.absolutely beautiful area. So much to do

Great house for large family. Inside equipped with kitchen items for large family. Quiet area. Plenty of outside tables and chairs in all screened in area. Large pool; lots of pool toys for kids. Quick drive to beach and stores. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay!! With a family of 11 we had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the hottub and pool. They had everything we needed!!

This listing was even better than advertised. We had plenty of privacy and room for our extended family that stayed together. The home was very well stocked with bathroom towels, beach towels, baby amenities (high chair, pack and play), kitchen appliances, dishware, spices, beach toys, chairs, coolers. Not to mention the setting of the home close to the bay with a great view, as well as the perfect pool, hot tub and outside entertainment area. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our time together. I would definitely stay here again!

We had four families stay at the house ages ranging from 10-65. The house was amazing and clean. The beds were comfortable and had a lot of room for everyone to sleep. The house had everything you need for the kitchen and spice rack fully stocked. Plenty of laundry soap from past visitors. Some paper towels and toilet paper was also left. Great place overall.

Everything was amazing!! A few things I didn’t see on listing, they have baby seat for eating and pack and play. We hauled ours from Indiana. Beach was a little bit of walk with little ones but the pool was perfect!

The property was as it was pictured. Our family enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub area and spent most of our day outside. Our family includes four grandchildren ages 3 through 8 and 6 adults. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. We loved that is had two washers and dryers. Location is in a beautiful neighborhood close to the grocery store and beach. This home has beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, and plenty of towels. There is a ping pong table that we all enjoyed. Jeff is a very responsive owner and we highly recommend this property. We love to vacation and we rate this property a 5. Thank you Jeff.

Overall we had a great time here! We had 10 people staying at one point and it was very comfortable. Loved the thoughtful extras throughout the house from the beach chairs, sand toys and stroller to the games and ping pong for evenings at the house. The outdoor space was wonderful! We loved the deck off the living room and were out there frequently. The pool was a huge hit with the kids! The beginning of our stay was chilly for FL and the pool/hot tub had a tough time staying warm, so something to consider if staying in the winter months. The host was extremely responsive to our questions/concerns though, which we appreciated. We were able to walk to a very small beach which was nice but the road traffic on Siesta Key Dr was a bit much for walking with kids. We loved the short drive to shops and Siesta Key beach! I really wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area! Would recommend for sure!

Loved the hot tub, very good size for 8 people. Even had a view of the bay from deck & living room as property next door is vacant due to future construction. Probably be back.

We loved our stay on Bay Isle and hope to be back soon! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and treks to the beach. Great place for a big family gathering with an amazing pool + hot tub. Easy access to Siesta Key and all of Sarasota!

Loved this house! Quiet street, loved the pool and hot tub!! The location to stores and beaches was excellent! Owners were very quick to respond to any questions! We fit 8 adults very comfortably. Would definitely rent again.

The place was super nice and the pool on the grounds made a nice place for the kids to enjoy themselves given the red tide in siesta at the moment . It was close to the city and the owners were super nice and let us check in early . It was clean and had all you needed for the pool , beach , and stay including towels, linen and laundry machine to do extra laundry if you need to do so !

This is our second time at this property and we loved it. Close to beaches and restaurants. It makes a perfect gathering place with the beautiful pool and balcony. The house itself is perfect (I think new floors?) and clean. We couldn't be happier with our stay and look forward to returning.

Everything was super easy from booking to check in. The house had almost everything you could need. It was very relaxing and a great place to stay over all.

This was our second visit to Jeff Martins house and we all loved it! Fabulous hot tub and pool, well appointed kitchen, close to beach and grocery store, great outdoor living spaces, yet plenty of privacy for all.

Our family of 10 looking to get away from the harsh winters of PA found this home to be the perfect respite for that. The home was beautiful and it was well stocked with amenities like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc. The pool was always the perfect temp unlike most of the other properties we have stayed at that you always need to wait until it heats up. The location was great We were able to walk to one of the beaches and it was just a short drive to Siesta Village. We rented scooters so it was easy to get around, but there are several tip only transportation companies that can get you where you need to go on the island for free. It was also great because the location was close to the bridge that got you back to Sarasota quickly to enjoy all the harbor offers and my favorite place St Armands Circle. We had a wonderful time at the Bay Isle property and recommend it to families, especially of mixed generations.

The house is different than what it shows on pictures . Bathrooms are very old . The beds are so uncomfortable to sleep on towels and other stuff need to be bought new .

Best Florida trip ever! We won’t be wasting our time in Orlando, Tampa, Miami, or Key West anymore. This area has it all and the house is in the perfect location. It’s a nice area for walking, the pool was great, and we had everything we needed.

I can’t say enough about this house. This was the most well stocked rental we have ever had. We had two chefs cooking all week and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to be able to stay in and make most of our meals there. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! PLENTY of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. We loved how the house was set up with rooms and bathrooms on each floor. We really enjoyed our week and would definitely choose this house again for our vacation!

We traveled here with my sister, myself, and our 8 kids ranging from 8 months to 14 years old. We wanted a property that could accommodate us all, provide entertainment for all the kids, and be close to grandparents as well as the beach. We wanted an all inclusive place as we didn't want to venture out with COVID19 happening. This home was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was heated (which I loved) and it was big! The stairs into the pool were long and low making it easy for young kids and the older generation as well. There was even a ledge in the deep end for our in-between swimmers to rest on. The hot tub was a big hit and was heated like a real hot tub. Out near the pool was plenty of seating, places to lay out and a dining area to eat. It had a cute hanging chair that my older daughters took turns relaxing and reading. The pool area was very private like 20 feet up with beautiful foliage and it was completely screened in. The balcony just off the living room was a nice place for every one to hang out. It had a dining table as well as comfortable sofas and coffee table. It was a great place for board games and card games in the evening. The outdoors was just about perfect. The only suggestion I would have is to install a ceiling fan in the lower area under the balcony. We hung out there a lot with our great grandfather but it was a bit toasty. Inside had a great set up. Nice big fridge, full sized oven and dishwasher. The home had lots of kitchen pantry items so no need to stock up which was nice. Washer and dryer were full size which was excellent for our big crew. Also, no need to bring beach towels as there was a huge stack. Beds were super comfy and the house was just overall wonderful. There were just two things that I think are important to note for those with really littles and/or an older visitor. The first is that there is a big set of stairs up from the garage. They are beautiful but a lot to handle for our great grandparent. He found it easier to use the front door steps as they are broken into two sets. The other is that the balcony railings were spaced really far apart. My 4 year old stuck his entire head and shoulders through before I grabbed him. This would not deter me from staying but just important to note so you can keep a close eye on littles. This place was so awesome, comfortable, and clean! We would most definitely recommend to anyone and plan on returning as soon as possible! Thank you so much owners!!

We spent 2 beautiful weeks at Bay Isle The house is lovely. Well furnished, lots of supplies in the kitchen, great suppliies around the pool and plenty of chairs and toy's to take to the beach. The home is located in a lovely area surrounded by beautiful million dollar homes. For us the problem was the cleanliness of the home. We believe there is Black mold in the upstairs bathroom around the shower and I think the downstairs bathroom could also have it. Lots of towels are provided(both bath and beach) but after one use they smell moldy. The same with all the kitchen linens. Also the dirt on the baseboards and walls n basement bedroom was terrrible. Overall the house was beautiful and we would love to stay there again but I would bring my own linens and cleaning supplies
