It was our first time in the Caymans and it did not disappoint. I could live on the Lanai with its beautiful and serene view of the ocean and 7 Mile Beach. This condo is well-appointed, everything you need for an extended stay. It also has updated appliances and a water dispenser to keep you hydrated. Love to enjoy the sea and snorkel? This host has everything you need to venture into the water. The location is great, close to the local Kirk Market for groceries, liquor stores on every corner and lots a great places nearby to eat--almond croissants at Icoa, seafood at The Wharf, jerk-everything at Peppers and a stone's throw from Ms. Pipers. We took advantage of the abundance of local buses and the Bird scooters. Our host was SUPER responsive ensuring our stay was relaxing and carefree. Would return happily! Laura was a true pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Her condo was perfect for our group and the screened balcony was great with an awesome view. The on-site team in the office were also very helpful with suggestions and information for chair/umbrella rentals. We would recommend this unit to rent.

Great condo, looks just like the posted pictures. It was VERY clean and had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Loved the lanai with the beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the beach; was very small but felt private and secluded.

We took our adult kids and their significant others with us and this was a perfect condo. There were 3 rooms and a lovely back covered porch we’d sit every morning and read and drink coffee. So calming. We used the free bikes daily and went paddle boarding and created the best memories. If you want a great location to make memories this is the place. Great communication from the owner, Laura. I want to go back soon! Would stay here again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Laura's place. There was so much to do on the island, but we felt we had all we needed at Plantation Village. The sunsets were amazing, the seaside pool was the perfect spot for late afternoon lounging, and the proximity to restaurants and groceries were no more than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. It was comfy and perfect for families. The location was lovely.

Everything was clean and well organized. The view is wonderful. You do need to climb up three flights and then walk towards the front. Once you get there, there are toys to use and hooks for your things. An open kitchen area and comfortable beds. We ran into a few small issues and the manager was very much attentive. I really appreciated that. Sunsets - don’t miss them!

There were four adults in our party and all of us loved the condo, especially the lanai. It was our favorite place to sit! Overall the condo was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The hosts had done an excellent job in labeling items and providing directions on how to use the TV, lighting, etc. The VRBO description was spot-on and we highly recommend these hosts and this condo for anyone looking to have a wonderful Grand Cayman vacation. We had a great time with our family and friends that were staying in the same complex. There is so much to do and is near many restaurants as well as Kirks to grocery shop. You will not be disappointed

Beautiful ocean front property that is close to everything! Our family would definitely stay here again.

Having never been to the Cayman Islands finding the right place for us to stay was priority and we came upon Plantation Village #28. The description from host Laura sounded great as did the reviews. We booked Dec. 4 thru 10. Check in was a breeze, front desk person very nice. #28 is ideally 3rd floor and walking in, the condo was exactly as described. However the view was indescribable, right on the aqua waters of the Caribbean. The condo was pristine, colorful furniture and art. High end appliances, well equipped kitchen, even had a chopster. The beach is a small section but a bigger one is within walking distance, and all beaches are public. We had a rental car to explore the 7 Mile beaches, snorkeling etc. so not an issue for us. Communication with Laura was excellent, always helpful, friendly and prompt, answering all questions. Thank you Laura for sharing your lovely awesome piece (peace) of Paradise with us.

Check in was simple, when our flights got delayed the owner worked with us and it was seamless. Unit was clean and very functional, amazing view, great location!

Me, my wife and kids (2 kids, ages 4 & 7 respectively) spent a glorious week at Laura's condo at Plantation Village on 7 mile beach. The unit was as described; well appointed kitchen, great water pressure in the baths, beautiful views and great amenities. We were aware that the beach has been receding into the ocean in recent years but there was ample space for us and others; we had a great time snorkeling/kayaking/paddle boarding off the beach at the property. The unit was within walking distance to a decent amount of shops and restaurants. Very clean grounds, friendly staff. This unit exceeded our expectations and while we didn't have any issues during our stay, the host, Laura was very attentive, available and had great communication with us. Wish we were still there! Thanks for a lovey stay, Laura.

My family of four stayed at this property for Fall Break. This unit is very nice and had everything you need for a fun time on the island. Plenty of cookware, towels, snorkel equipment, beach toys and more. The unit was very clean, extremely well decorated and had an amazing view. The only downsize is the beach. There really is not a beach. It has eroded over the years according to some of the folks they we spoke to on the property. There is a very small (maybe 12x12) corner on the property that has room for six lounge chairs. They did put umbrellas up by the chairs. The beach is very rocky in this cove, so hard to get in and out of the water. It was churned up, so not the best snorkeling. Some people used it to take a dip, but more people used the pool due to the beach conditions. If you are expecting to sit at a sandy beach, definitely rent a car. It did not bother us too much as we had a car and wanted to explore all of the other beaches as well. All in all, it was a really good rental for us.

Beautiful property and unit. Laura did not disappoint when she said best view on the property. The beach was rocky, but with water shoes and a short swim away, soft sandy beaches awaited. The pools were great. Great space for a dream family vacation. We also played the hottest game of tennis of our lives.

We recently stayed at Plantation Village. Laura was great at communicating with us in regards to required paperwork, the check in process and excursions/restaurants she recommended. She also checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything! The condo was very spacious for our family of 4, plenty of room to spread out. The ocean front balcony was great, it had 2 lounge chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. We used the kayaks a few times and there was great snorkeling right out front. We did one snorkeling excursion and swam with the sting rays at Sting Ray City. We booked through Captain Marvin’s and they picked us up and the crew was great! We did breakfast and lunch in the condo, but ate out for dinner. We ate at Casanova by the Sea, Lobster Pot, The Wharf, Thai Orchid, Coconut Joe’s and Fidel Murphy’s, which was a great English Pub. All great places to eat! The condo had plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Also a nice variety of plastic dishes and cups to use on the deck or pool area. Coolers were also available in the unit, along with the snorkeling gear. There was plenty of towels and dish/laundry soap. We didn’t rent a car and we walked everywhere. Grocery stores and liquor stores all within walking distance. Big Daddy’s liquor seemed pricier than Tortugas, but each had a good selection. The condo complex has 2 pools, one right when you enter, the second was ocean front. We used the ocean front pool daily, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we had a great time staying at this condo and definitely recommend it.

We have been staying at Plantation Village for several years and love the community. Great location, some of the best snorkeling on the island a short swim out, beautiful grounds. This unit has a great open living area with views from almost every room and a large patio. I loved the local art that they had displayed and it was well stocked with everything we needed for a weeklong visit. Having access to available sup and kayaks are a big bonus and my son had no problem checking them out during our visit.

Laura’s hospitality was five star! The condo was too. :). The location of the property, the view and everything you need to feel right at home. We look forward to staying again soon!

The condo was absolutely perfect and even more spacious than the photo's show. Every time I turned the corner to walk into the living room the view of the ocean and palm trees I took a moment to appreciate how lucky we were to be in such a beautiful place. We stayed six nights, should have stayed two weeks. Amazing activities every day, Marvin's Watersports and Red Sail Sports were great! Loved the kayaks and paddle boards on site. Owner provided quality snorkel gear and we went to Smith's Cove. Snorkel around the rocks into little bays to the left for some excellent undersea viewing! We can't wait to come back again!

The condo was very nice, had a great view and came with many extras you don't normally have - beach towels, snorkel gear, a lot of kitchen utensils (inc. bar accessories) and small appliances, filtered water, a washer and dryer, a book with menus from places to eat, a map showing places of interest, etc. The property had two pools and was nicely landscaped. Our host was very helpful, answered all our questions, got us early checkin and made helpful suggestions.

My family visited last week and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and spacious, just as advertised. The view is unbelievable! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our family, as we walked to dinner most nights. I absolutely would recommend this condo and we would not hesitate to stay again! Thank you for being a great host, Laura!

Condo is exactly as described. Views from the windows and screened in balcony are amazing, couldn't be any better! We spent lots of time on the screened in balcony, very private and relaxing! Condo has everything you would need for cooking. We enjoyed the property's bikes, kayak's, and paddle boards- all very easy to check out and use. Beach access is super easy and snorkeling is great right in front of property. Easy to walk for miles up the beach, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely stay at this property again!!! Laura was very good with communicating with us and answered all of our questions right away.

During our last 6 times visiting Grand Cayman, we stayed at another property. When it was not available during our travel dates this year, we were forced to explore other options. I am so very glad that we did! From the very first communication with Laura, we knew she was a thoughtful and professional VRBO owner. The condo was exactly as described and better. The bright, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated accommodations were only outdone by the incredible views they offered. The ocean panoramic and breathtaking sunsets from the french balcony were never taken for granted. We also appreciated the easy access to the Oceanside pool and the private beach. Seven mile beach was ours to explore with nearby restaurants and attractions at our fingertips. Laura was great to communicate with and offered many helpful resources. This is now our new favorite in Grand Cayman and we cannot wait to enjoy this beautiful property again!

We just got home last week from a week's stay in Grand Cayman and I can't say enough good things about this condo. Even before we started our travel, the host emailed to advise of all the documents we would need to enter the country. Thank goodness because other family members who traveled separately did not know about the required travel certificate and had a scary time at Customs. The condo is centrally located so you can walk to restaurants and the grocery store and it's right off of Seven Mile Beach. The condo itself is clean and comfortable, with great views of the beach right outside. There is a screened in balcony so you don't have to worry about bugs and it was wonderful to sit out there to read on a couple of rainy days. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit and laundry detergent was provided. It also seemed like everything inside the condo was new. They even provide a brand new sponge to do your dishes. The beach was never crowded and there were enough chairs and umbrellas every morning. The on sight staff, the front desk who checked us in to the beach guy who put up the umbrellas for us and even the security guard at night were very friendly. It made us feel very welcome. I am definitely going back to this condo!!

This is a terrific place to stay, we were very pleased. As described in the listing, this front corner unit has a fantastic view and receives the best breeze. Laura has stocked the place with everything you could need, and more. The amenities are high quality, the interior cheerful and attractive, and even the beds are comfortable. Also, this place is centrally located, only a short drive from the airport and from Georgetown. Yes, the beach dimensions out front have been reduced by wave action, but that's the same all up and down Seven Mile Beach--there are still plenty of sand to stroll and smooth sections to enter the water. Bottom line, we were very pleased and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you, Laura!

My husband and I, our 1 year old, and my parents enjoyed bright and spacious unit, with enough room to spread out and for the kiddo to run around, but so close to the pools and ocean! We were able to easily head to the pool or swimming off the beach without having to pack up for the day or tote a bunch of baby stuff around since the unit was so close. Great access to restaurants. We did rent a car, but mostly so we could easily grocery shop and visit some of the other island beaches. Laura was so kind, checking in on us through email during our stay, letting us use the sand toys and games in her unit, helping us reserve (for free) a crib and high chair. Oh. And there’s a washer and dryer in the unit - lifesaver! We also found all of the dishes, utensils, bakeware, and cookware we needed along with a dishwasher. Really felt like a home away from home. The fire alarm did go off twice during our stay - once at night while someone in another unit was baking, and once in the afternoon. Both resolved quickly. The AC unit cut out one night, but within 1 hour of the office opening the repair technicians were in to fix it and we cooled down quickly. Great service and friendly people! I would definitely recommend this unit for folks wanting a longer stay in a quiet place not far from activities, shopping, and food.

Certainly no fault of the property owners, but if you have children, it may be hard to let them spend much time on the beach. Definitely need water shoes. Lots of rocks. My husband actually broke his toe walking in from the water. But, the water is beautiful and the rocks help to make for some great snorkeling. Didn't even need to go on an excursion since there was great snorkeling right off the condo and down by the Marriott. As long as you're prepared for the small beach and rocks, this is a great property and Laura was fabulous.
