Property is great, beautiful views and well kept, if there was anything to improve would prob add some more fans,it gets pretty hot in july, but its super nice place and would definitely stay again!

This home is very well kept and in a very nice residential neighborhood that feels upscale and safe. The mountain and tree views from the back deck are picture perfect. The only reason that this gets four stars vs five is that it was quite warm in the house and the owners are very particular about not leaving fans on when you are out and about. Thus, after a long hot day of exploring, coming back to a very warm house that does not cool down quickly was not ideal. I imagine it is quite comfortable during slightly cooler temps. It was about 82 the few days we stayed. In all, it was a good experience and we would recommend this home to others.

This house is very comfortable. It is well decorated and furnished. We enjoyed the ping pong and the spectacular view. On breezy days it is just delightful to be inside or out on one of the two porches. The house is on a golf course that is now closed. As a result, the cart paths of this course now serve as walking paths. The golf course land is now used for Disc golf.

This house and location were perfect! My family and I were all impressed. We enjoyed the changing mountain scenery and the breeze flowing through the house. This was a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with Gail was easy and friendly. She really made us feel like friends rather than customers. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding, and lovely bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need, even spices, olive oil, and vinegar. Cannot say enough good things about this home. But, the crowning glory is the view from the back lanai and… well honestly the view is incredible from every room in the house. The view made me want to stay forever! We have already reserved again for next year. Thank you Gail!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Communication was exceptional and very helpful. The location in Princeville was great with easy access to the grocery store and transportation to Hanalei. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable. We rented ebikes for travel throughout Princeville - recommend! Of many properties that we have rented in Princeville and Hanalei, my family stated that this was one of their favorites. Thank you to Gail and the property owners for use of the home!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. The owners thought of everything down to the smallest detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a convenient grocery store near by. The view from the back lanai was stunningly beautiful especially at sunset and had plenty of seating for our family. The garage was conveniently stocked for our days at the beach. We would highly recommend! Truly magical setting!

What a absolutely lovely and comfortable home! Gail takes great care of not only her home but her service and communication with you. You really feel like you've stepped into someone's personal home. So many lovely details. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Super comfy beds and spacious living area. We were two families of 3 sharing the home and with the two master bedrooms on separate sides of the house, each with it's own lanai, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our one concern was there was no air conditioning and we would be there in July. That was not a problem! The airflow in the house with the trade winds and the many fans kept the house cool at all times. Don't get me started with the amazing views off the lanai of the mountains and waterfalls. There is no better way then to start your day then with a coffee and that view! It was like postcard. We loved it so much that we will most definitely be back. Thank you Gail, for being an amazing hostess!

Our family rented this home for 3 weeks and we were very pleased with our stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with the lanais facing an unobstructed Mountain View! Stunning! I truly believe that every piece of furniture / art/ decor was hand picked for the home! Everything was of high quality! The birds were fun to feed and watch with the binoculars. We were concerned that it may be too hot in June without AC but it was not a problem! Maybe a little warm a night or two but there are fans galore to position. The kitchen was well stocked, I enjoyed feeling that amazing breeze from the front window as I cooked! Gail is very nice and responds to messages quickly. We would love to stay here again.. I miss the view, all of that green!

We came to Hawaii on vacation and island hopped to Kauai for a quick expedition and stayed at this property. Gail was so welcoming and kind! The check in process was quick and easy and the property was gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed a few days longer. Maybe next time. Thank you, Gail for letting us stay in your home.

If i could give more than five stars, I would. The property is beyond beautiful. I have never stayed at a hotel or vacation rental that was as clean as this property. I only wish Michele would move to Texas ❣️ Location was perfect. Grocery store was less than 3 minutes away and plenty of beautiful beaches very close by. Highly recommend!!

We had such a great time at this beautiful property! The house was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and modern, there are 3 updated bathrooms for the whole family to spread out. The outdoor spaces are peaceful and provide easy access to the golf course and the chance to see so many birds. Most importantly, our host was so kind and accommodating! We are looking forward to coming back for another stay!

We had a wonderful time during our 5 week stay. Check in/check out was easy and seamless. Gail was a very responsive and helpful host. The house was very comfortable, the kitchen extremely well stocked. We especially enjoyed the two lanais with spectacular views of the golf course, lake and mountains. We made good use of the lemons and limes from the trees on the side of the house and the guitar and ping pong table were extra touches for our incredible trip.

A slice of heaven. That’s how I would describe this property with its phenomenal view of the frisbee golf course and pond off the two lanies in the back of the home. The home was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has every item you need to prepare meals. We fed a beautiful assortment of birds every morning and evening off the front porch. There is no air-conditioning but while we were here there was no need for it as we never felt like it was too hot. There are ceiling fans and free standing floor fans in every room including the master bathroom. Bottom line, it is a beautiful and relaxing place to call home and to return to after leaving each day to explore the other phenomenal sites of Kauai.

We stayed for 6 nights and could have stayed much longer. Location was so restful and relaxing. We did yoga on one of two of the back porches in the mornings. Home nicely accommodates 6 adults. Kitchen was fully stocked. A real plus we’re the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment. Beds were very comfortable. We ate all our meals outside on the porch, which has a wonderful view of a frisbee golf course and pond.

It is always a pleasure to stay somewhere where you are cozy and captivated. We had planned our stay in Kauai to include two home bases, one north (Princeville), one south (Koloa). Our stay began in the north at Gail's home and we couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the home. There is nothing better than to be tucked into an established neighborhood with property- proud owners. We spent the majority of our time on both lanai's because the views are stunning and it is the perfect place to start your day and let the magnificent views unveil themselves. The combination of the sparkling lake, the verdant mountains, and the uber quiet setting in the backyard, made this stay remarkably memorable. Gail was especially helpful with dining recommendations and extremely helpful in all her communications. The home is very well cared for and we found the home to be everything we hoped it would be. They even left the porch lights on for us, due to a very late evening arrival. Excellent setting and hosts!

I took my daughter and 3 adult granddaughters to Kauai and stayed at Gail's beautiful house in Princeville. The house had everything we needed for our fantastic vacation. We spent the early morning with coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise and rainbows, drove to the beach to snorkel in the afternoon and played board games in the cool of the evening. I felt perfectly at home in Gail and Joe's fantastic house. The neighborhood was quiet and seclude with birds, chickens and geckos. We loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great stay with our three teenagers in this property. Great location and a terrific layout. The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need to have a great stay on the North Shore of Kauai. The host was extremely easy to work with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home is perfect. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The two lañáis make it perfect for quiet times location is amazing. It’s back yard is the golf course with a lake. The roosters did not show up at all during the 30 days we were there. I do definitely will go back on my next trip

This home was perfect for our adult children and my husband and myself. There was plenty of space and it was clean and comfortable. The lanais were great in that it created a relaxed atmosphere for all of us to meet, eat, play ping pong and just relax. Highly recommend.

Aloha, our family rented this cozy and relaxing house with a million dollar view from the patio. Home is situated nearby Makai Golf Course and it is also centrally located to downtown Princeville. We drove to Hanalei and Anini Beach and both were not crowded. If you want a piece of paradise then this is your rental property. Mahalo.

We loooove this place. Cant understate how nice it is having two comfortable covered lanais to sit out on for meals, coffee, when it’s raining. The hosts are gracious and responsive and so nice to work with. We’ll be coming back!

Wonderful property! We enjoyed our stay, was great for our kids (ages 6 and 8) to have space to run around outside while we were at the house. The decks in the backyard were a wonderful place to drink coffee in the morning - great views! Highly recommend :)
