Well maintained, spacious apartment. Our host was really cordial and gracious in accommodating our requests. Great place, away from all the action yet near it. Service could be better, as we found the staff to be uninterested most of the times. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Perfect first Bahamas experience!!

We had a wonderful vacation and Harborside was awesome!!! Not sure if we got lucky but ended up with a 4th floor, marine view room which was great to wake upto and it was quiet. Chas always responded timely providing a lot of resort info and the resort customer service was top rate. Was super happy there was a market in town we went to and utilized the full kitchen because everything is very expensive. Loved the place and would definitely go again. Thanks !!!

If there was ever a perfect vacation, this was it! Harborside was a perfect place. Chas was great for answering all my questions. We booked a room, and our daughter and husband booked a room. When we arrived, they knew we were traveling together, and had put our rooms close together. (Chas had to have taken care of that detail for us!) Harborside was amazing. We fixed breakfast and had snacks in our room- ate out for dinner. Thank you! I would definitely book through Chas again!

Harbourside condos were the perfect home base for our family while we enjoyed all the access to the rest of Atlantis resort - unbelievable vacation

The waterpark and pools were amazing and the beaches were everything you could hope for with the crystal clear blue waters and white sand beaches. The restaurants were also great and although some of them were on the expensive side, there were plenty of places to get quick, inexpensive bites. The only time we left were to go shopping (a short taxi ride away), to go to the Fish Fry (a must do), and to go on a few excursions off the island. I would definitely go back (and hope to someday)!

Best place to stay in Paradise Island! So close to the Atlantis too! Loved the atmosphere and having shuttles take you around where you needed to go. Such a fun time with the family!

What an amazing vacation! We’ve been blessed to visit several places and this is definitely one of our favorites. Chas was unbelievably communicative...answered all our questions in a timely manner and offered additional info to help our stay be even better. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing!! First time trying a condo and it did not disappoint. Chas was a great host to deal with; he responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. The property is well maintained and convenient with easy access to Atlantis via regularly run shuttles. Their location is perfectly peaceful but still close enough to Atlantis nightlife/restaurants if you feel like a bit of entertainment. You are close to the main beaches but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. Security, amenities, attention to small details is what you get. Everything is neat and clean (room, garden, outdoor facilities, parking area). We can't wait to go back!

Had a great relaxing time!

Harborside Resort is a great place to stay and the value for being able to get wristbands for Atlantis. Chas was very responsive to any questions throughout the process and would highly recommend.

This was our first time using VRBO and it was great! The room was clean and comfortable. My 2 kids slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and it worked just fine. We brought food with us and the kitchen had just enough that we could make a few easy meals. We were in Building 5 overlooking the pool. It was great to be able to find a chair at our pool rather than deal with the crowds at the Atlantis pools. It was an easy walk over to Atlantis or you can take a shuttle which was almost always pulling up as we were looking for one. We went snorkeling with Bahamas Boat Tours and they picked us up at the dock on the other side of the pool. Overall things were great! We had a little trouble checking in because they had our name spelled wrong and couldn’t find the reservation But it only took a few extra minutes. We also had a problem with the key cards not opening the door but they came and fixed it within a half hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Chas was great to work with. Had an issue with initial check in/front desk but Chas responded right away to us and was able to help resolve the problem and offer solutions. Property was great-so much to see and do. Would definitely come back.

Harborside Building 7 (right above the check-in desk) was our home for a week. The amount of time for check-in on arrival was not too long, and Franklin was very friendly and helpful. We went up to our room to unpack and get the vacation started. First let me say that I wasn't sure they gave me a room that belonged to Chas, but I don't even know if Chas has designated rooms. After a trip to the bathroom, I called the front desk to tell them the toilet handle was falling off, and the plastic bathroom fan cover was falling off. Someone came shortly after to fix the issues, but created a new issue with the toilet. Now when it flushed, the tank never filled, it just ran and ran. I called again, but nobody came. I lifted the tank lid to see that the chain was too short and the flange wasn't seating to allow it to fill. So, the rest of the time, we just had to push the toilet handle up after flushing. Little things...The refrigerator doors were on the wrong way, inconvenient to access the food in the fridge when cooking. The carpets were very dirty, after showering we had to wear shoes so our feet didn't get black immediately. Only 3 plates and 3 salad plates were in the cupboard, and no mixing bowl. No spices, no salt & pepper (luckily brought my own). There weren't any blankets or pillows in the closet to make up the pull-out couch bed. The clip to hold the hairdryer had previously been broken so the hairdryer kept falling to the floor and finally broke. The staff wasn't good about posting the events for the day in/outside the elevator. Big thing...There was mold growing on the grout in the shower, enough to gross me out . I used a washcloth to remove some of it, couldn't get it all off, but the washcloth was blackened. Good things...The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Room darkening curtains worked well. Adequate storage for our clothes in dresser & closet. Appliances worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful, and shuttle drivers were very nice. Loved the Harborside pool, the kids portion of the pool was very large and perfect for my great-grandkids to enjoy. Central access to everything. Overall the experience was good. I would consider staying at Harborside again. Note: I went to visit family at the Beach tower. Would NOT recommend staying there. I'd give it 1 star. Limited shuttle service to and from there, dirty, old, the closet doors fell off, very small rooms. Stay at Harborside instead!!!

We had to wait for beds to be made , after complaining for three days . Fridge did not make any ice . Black mold all over outside of building and in bathroom, needs updating . Water was shut off on us for a whole day . Honestly would rather stay in Atlantis again then there . The owner always got back to me in a timely manor . Thank you for that

Third time staying at Harborside. Great value, great private pool and bar/restaurant overlooking harbor. Arrived early and they found a room for early access. Had a bad refrigerator and they replaced within an hour. Chas the owner very responsive and helpful! You need to do your homework reading bulletin boards (Trip Advisor, etc.) before you go. Throughout Atlantis some food and beverage experiences are very expensive; there are cheaper alternatives in and around Atlantis as well as bringing some food items with you. Overall great experience!
