The house was clean and well tended to. Views are excellent and host was very easy to work with and extremely responsive any time we needed to reach out.

Great experience. Centrally located on safe, quiet street. Wonderful sunrises right from the bed in the master. Appreciated the 15 gallons of bottled water provided. The owner popped by to check on us and his team of Stacy, her assistant Omar and housekeeper Katia were awesome and available to help with any questions or concerns. Would for sure rent again, and if possible/needed would rent both sides of this property. One strike against: the main floor bath is really a half bath that has a shower wedged in under the stairs with no curtain, so our adult children staying in the main floor room used one of the two upstairs showers. Not a big deal for us, but you effectively have two showers rather than three (unless you're under 5 foot.).

Check in process very easy. We had some issues with the refrigerator but that was taken care of right away. Good communication with owner and caretaker! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Within walking distance to North Beach, but the golf cart was preferred. Very responsive property manager. We had an AC issue and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our weeklong stay at Villa Amistad. Convenient to the ferry, the beautiful Playa Norte beach, lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Amazing seaside views everyday right out our window. The master bedroom was lovely and the two-person shower was awesome. The fully stocked kitchen was also a bonus. Our family enjoyed the pool area and the boardwalk made it super convenient to get to/from the beach and to our favorite local hangout-The Tiny Gecko. Gordon and Stacy were super attentive. Highly recommend this spot.

The house was amazing. The pool and views made it even better. Communication with the owner and staff were incredible as well. They answered every question we had promptly which helped out so much. We will definitely be coming back.

This Place was wonderful- great location -Beautiful views - enough room for everyone -close to town. Very easy meeting the property manager and getting the keys- no drama. The island itself is fabulous! It’s our second time here & we love it , very relaxing. We’ll definitely re-rent this property again - highly recommended

Walking distance to everything incl boat outings was perfect. Loved the spacious house and daily cleaning service. Gordon and Stacy highly attentive.

We enjoyed our stay in this tasteful villa! Perfect for 3 couples. We played games and swam in the pool. Gordon was very responsive and provided great tips on places to visit.

We spent Thanksgiving with family at Villa Amistad, and it was just wonderful. It's just like the pictures; we hope to stay there again!

The property is conveniently located. With a golf cart, it was easy to get to the beach and restaurants. While it is walkable to town, it is a little far to the beach in the heat when bringing drinks. The infinity pool is extremely relaxing with the view and sound of the ocean. Daily cleaning service is much better than most properties. They even washed dishes. The rental communication was easy and thorough. I recommend this house.

We recently stayed for 5 nights at Villa Amistad and we had a wonderful time. We were in the 3 bedroom with roof top deck and pool and everything was in excellent working order and very beautifully done. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day (sparkling clean water) and found the short walk to town and the beach to be very enjoyable (though hot in the midday sun!). Erin was great to communicate with when making the reservation and the house manager was there to meet us when we arrived. Could not recommend this property more highly and my family and I hope to return soon.

House is very conveniently located as you can wheel your luggage straight to the property from the ferry. North Beach and downtown are all easy walking distance. Had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Villa Amistad was wonderful from booking to checking out. The folks who own, book, and manage are very helpful and communicative. Stacy (property manager) had our kitchen stocked on arrival after I gave her a shopping list the week before via email. She was there to meet us and show us around the home and answer any questions. We had daily (except Sunday) maid service which was delightful. The house comes with a large jug water dispenser that is stocked so no need to buy bottles of water. We had brought empty thermoses that we filled every day and took with us so we didn’t have to buy water everywhere we went. The pool was perfect for our kids who were in it every evening. It has a large ledge for kids to lounge on (or adults) and the view of the ocean right there. Can’t say enough about the view. You can see, hear, and smell the ocean from all 3 stories and the sunrises are breathtaking. Coffee and sunrise on the master balcony was a favorite. Our beds were comfortable and the AC worked fantastically. The location was great. We could walk into town to Hildago for dinner if we wanted and North beach was a quick 5 minute golf cart ride. It’s a bit quieter than North beach and still close to all the action. We also loved having the Malecon right out the back door which makes for a lovely walk. We felt very safe in and around the home. You do share the pool and backyard with the neighbor side house. This was not an issue for us as we never really saw or heard the neighbors. We would love to come back with friends and rent both sides of the home. We had a great stay!

Pool is fantastic, condition of home was like new! Location to North Beach and downtown could not be better. We enjoyed the breeze at the pool as it made the warm weather even more enjoyable! We rented a golf cart for a couple of days which was also fun to explore the south end of the island. Erin and Stacy thank you for such awesome accommodations.

The town home was perfectly situation to town and we loved the maid service. Will definitely consider renting this home the next time we come to Isla!

My family had a wonderful time staying here for our vacation. Erin was incredibly responsive when we were booking. The house manager was also very helpful with any requests we had. The home is in walking distance of so many great restaurants and attractions in the north beach. My niece and nephews loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the rooftop. I would absolutely stay here again!

The people of Isla are so nice! I’m not much of a traveler and this was so relaxing!

Amazing unforgettable place! Super place for families or groups of couples. Great location within walking distance to downtown, beach and Hidalgo St. so anyone in your group can come and go without the necessity of the expense of a golf cart or taxi. Direct access to the newly renovated malecon. Your own private pool looking out over the carribean-The rooftop view is spectacular especially at night. Sit on your living room sofa and watch the waves-Every bedroom has it's own bathroom- super place for families AND daily maid service included. Couldn't ask for a more

This property is in an amazing location. It is just far enough from downtown to be quiet and still within walking distance. The pool was great with a view of the gulf. The property manager is close by and is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is very friendly and thorough. We had a great stay.

We came to isla for 12 days with our kids and a baby. We had the best time. Isla is a little gem on a paradise of an island. We loved loved villa amistad and the owners and staff were so helpful, easy and accommodating. The cleaning staff that came everyday was such a great plus!! The view of the water and waking up to the sunrise every morning was incredible. We used the little boardwalk everyday for walks right by the crashing waves. The pool was amazing right on the ocean. To sum up our trip it was magical.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa on Isla Mujeres. Highlights include the spectacular ocean view, with breaking waves providing a constant and pleasant soundtrack; the infinity pool that the kids absolutely loved; and the third-floor 'palapa' where you can have dinner overlooking the ocean, the coastline and the rooftops of Isla Mujeres. The malecon walkway is just out the back gate and provides a nice route to many good restaurants, the town square and as much of the commercial scene as you want to tackle. And there's a fine local restaurant right up the block from the villa's front door. A couple things to keep in mind -- there's no beach along the waterfront at the villa (waves and coral), so it's about a 15-minute walk to the popular but excellent beach that runs along the north shore of the island. Once there, it's well worth the 200 pesos to rent a shaded platform at one of the beachfront resorts. Also the villa has concrete floors throughout, so it's wise to keep an eye that toddlers don't tumble off beds or the appealing living room sofa. Finally, we can't say enough positive about how responsive and personable we found the owners, Gordon and Mary; the property manager, Stacy; and the maintenance/housekeeping crew that we met throughout our stay. They all do their best to make it a great experience.

Just steps from one of the best lunch spots on the island. Central location. Nice amenities and attentive service. Great for kids. Thanks guys!
