We had a great time. We loved the short walk to the beach and was even married while we were there. Everything was nice and quiet, except for the construction across the street. Wish we knew what to expect but it is what it is. I understand progress and all. The unit was just what I would expect as a " beach house". I loved the cozy atmosphere. We hope to return one day and hopefully we can rent this unit again or one similar.

The property is located between two “hubs” of restaurants but further from the village. The 2nd bedroom shows 2 beds but the twin is a trundle under the full bed. Overall it was clean and had everything we needed. The king bed is comfortable. There is a lot of construction across the street. I recommend a golf cart rental.

The place was clean and had everything there you could have needed for a nice beach day! Soooo close to the beach too! We just loved our girls trip!

We truly loved this property. We liked how easy accessible the beach was and how she supplied all the necessities such as towels, sand toys, wagon, and umbrella. We really enjoyed how close restaurants and shopping were. Everything was literally less than 2 miles. I definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities you would possibly need. We especially loved the provided beach cart, cooler and umbrella. The private beach was great. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Fireworks on the white quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach for the 4th of July was definitely a memorable experience for the entire family. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This condo/townhouse was beautiful. It was so clean and had so much room for my family of 3. I really loved that the beach was literally a few steps away through a private access gate. It was wonderful. Thank you!

The beach is conveniently located just a few minutes walk. Unfortunately, the beach space for Siesta Beach house occupants is between the signs of the two neighboring hotels and it is enforced to stay between the signs creating a small beach space for guests of Siesta beach house. This 2 bedroom location is fully equipped and has a small washer/dryer. The upstairs tile needs a lot of re-grouting and tile replaced as there are several broken pieces. The tile in the master bedroom flexes when you walk on it and the tiles are very noisy when walking on them as some are not secure since the grout is no longer present. All bathrooms have newer sinks and vanities but the master bathroom shower has not been maintained. The shower needs the tile floor and caulking replaced as it is moldy in many places.

This condo was clean and fully stocked with kitchen, bath and beach essentials. Management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Varinia’s condo is beautiful and she is an awesome property owner. She was great with communication from the moment we booked and made everything very easy for us. The condo itself is extremely clean and completely remodeled. The beds were very, very comfortable and bathrooms are well taken care of. Short, easy walk to the beach; you can see the beach entrance from the outside patio, which was a great place to have breakfast. Overall, we had an amazing long weekend in Siesta Key and would recommend Varinia’s condo to anyone. We will most definitely be back!!

Staying in this type of property was a great experience providing spacious accommodations. We also enjoyed the opportunity to chat with the “neighbors” on the patio each morning and evening. Very convenient to make the short walk from the beach and not have to use an elevator. Clean throughout and a very comfortable king size bed.

We were very impressed with our stay at this cute condo at Siesta Beach House. This renovated and nicely kept condo was very well furnished with kitchen, beach and bath amenities. The location was perfect!! Only a short walk to a private entrance to the lovely Siesta Beach. The front patio with table and chairs was perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Even though we did not cook in the kitchen, it was well stocked with good pots/pans and table ware and the appliances were fairly new. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT!!! Varinia Van Ness was a wonderful hostess who was very attentive to our needs. When we had an issue with the TV she immediately came over and fixed it. We would certainly stay at this beautiful condo again. Highly recommend!!!!

The owner was very easy to communicate with. Property is exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils, pans, etc. Extremely clean. Free use of beach chairs.

We loved Varinia's townhome. We all agreed that it is an excellent use of space, it was very cozy, and the accommodations no more/no less than what we needed -- It was just right! The location, and the provided wagon took the work out of getting on and off the beach. I can't wait to come back! Varinia is also very easy to get ahold of, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! You will enjoy this townhome!

The owner went the extra mile (or 2) to make sure you have everything you need. It was very clean upon arrival. We all felt right at home. We loved everything. Look No further!!! This is the place to stay. The location to the beach was perfect. Just a short walk. I would rent this again for sure!!

I’ve stayed in over a dozen VRBOs. This one was by far the cleanest. The owner was extremely accessible and responded to questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The condo was steps from beach and pool. Had a wonderful trip and hope to visit again soon.

This property needs an update to me the pictures looked better online. The upstairs floor tile cracks when you walk it sounds like you could fall through. Also the master bathroom shower drain smelled terrible. On the upside the beds were very comfortable but you would get woken up every morning at 8 AM by someone using a blower to blow off the porch. I wasn’t able to sleep in ever 🤷‍♀️ I am still very grateful for the vacation. I would not stay here again though.
