The property was perfect for our stay! The unit was so clean and so comfortable. Everything was great! I was prepared in advance that the beach was next to nothing so my expectations were set for that! There was plenty of beach elsewhere on the island and it would not keep me from staying here at this very same property and unit again!! It was wonderful all-around!

We stayed for a week here and had everything we needed. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well supplied. The owner tried to call me a few times to check in, but we were just so busy that I never answered. I am kind of an easy tenant. As long as everything is working and I find the property as expected, an owner will likely not hear from me, and this was the case here. The beach is pretty eroded at this end of the island, but that would not deter me from staying here again. We were still able to swim at the beach at the condo on super calm days, and on the other days, we drove down to Governors Beach, which was lovely. It was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants and our teenagers could get out and walk around without worry. There were toys (tennis rackets, beach mats, etc) for our use. The patio was lovely, albeit a bit crowded. If I had one suggestion, it would be to put a much smaller table out there. It is difficult to navigate with just one person, let alone more than that. I wound up taking half the chairs and stacking them up. One thing to potential renters and I feel terrible for putting this here, because I didn't bother with telling the owner. The washer/dryer have seen better days, so we did not do laundry except for the one load which didn't get clean (we tried twice with that load), so we had to wait until we got home. GO HERE!!!

Fantastic stay at Regal Beach. Place was great, had everything you needed for an easy stay. Pool and beach were awesome and clean. Couldn't beat the location. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Location was very nice. Beach is pretty but not a lot of sand for beach walking - swimming and snorkeling right off the beach was a big bonus. Housekeepers also did a nice job. Kitchen wares and beach loungers by pool/beach could use some updating but we were able to manage.

Everything was clean about the unit. From the rooms to the convenience of having your own laundry and kitchen space. The balcony w a view was great for breakfast or watching a sunset during the meal. I would say it was not made clear in the listing that the booking was for the third floor, which greatly impacted us and our whole trip as we have two small children (2.5yrs and 13months). Coming and going from the unit felt like a daunting task at times. Wish that was more obvious when booking. Otherwise it was great and as expected.

The beach was nice but is smaller since the damage from hurricane Ian in 2019- still enough for 1 row of lounge chairs and can easily walk down the beach from thos property (the beach does get progressively wider). Close to Camana Bay for groceries, shopping, and restaurants (less than 1/2 mile) We felt very safe at this property with our 3 kids- a lot of families, no one trying to sell you anything on the beach. Staff was available & helpful, helped me with some excursions we had booked, ordered taxis for us, had a crib for our baby- they were wonderful. Would love to come back again someday and would stay here again. the property was beautifully landscaped, clean, pools were nice. Everything at this property was maintained really well.

The beach has come back by a few feet since we were in the Caymans a few months ago. The office staff were helpful with any suggestions or issues.(they even called us when we were on the way to the airport and BROUGHT our (left behind) phone and car keys to the airport). Definitely above the call of duty. It is a perfect location to either eat in or walk to MANY fabulous restaurants.—NO car needed! First time in 30 plus trips that we didn’t rent a car. Taxis are plentiful and prompt.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We ate out for almost all meals, but the kitchen was well. Location was great as its right next door to the Marriott and close to many local restaurants. One draw is that the beach is very small but you can sit by the pool and see and access the beach easily.

We loved our stay at the Royal Beach Club! The complex was well lit, with 24 hour security (although we never felt unsafe while visiting Grand Cayman). There was a wonderful pool and a smaller pool with a hot tub, with the beach just beyond; plenty of chairs/umbrellas and space for all to feel comfortable. A tennis court and gym were available for anyone wishing to take advantage of those activities. Mostly we enjoyed the ocean and pool. Our unit was updated and beautiful. We loved sitting outside in the screened porch every morning with our coffee and in the evening, enjoying our dinner. They also provided a grill when we wanted to eat in. There were a couple great restaurants immediately across the street if you didn't feel like cooking and we walked across a couple times for lunch or dinner during our stay. The supermarket was about 3 minutes away for any shopping you needed to do and there were various stores for anything you might need within a 5 minutes drive. Thank you for your hospitality, Grand Cayman. We can't wait to return

The apartment is really nice and the best I found in my search. The cleaning job that the management company did before arrival was poor (some really big stains in the bathroom and bedroom that I had to remove myself). I hired a cleaning lady that was amazing (Island Vacation Nanny). They had no proper place to store luggage either. The beach was ok, but quite eroded and some rocks below the water. Just a few blocks the really nice part of the beach started. However, our area had a little bit of fun snorkeling and the Marriott beach hut next door offered good drinks. Also convenient to restaurants and Camana Bay store. I would consider it again, although may look further along the beach as well.

We have always stayed at the high end resorts but will now only stay here! Having a washer and dryer also a true bonus! Walking distance to everything you could want! Can’t wait to come back.

What a beautiful place!! We have always stayed at the local hotels but this was truly a treat! The location is perfect for walking to Camana Bay and Georgetown. Daisy the property manager makes sure your stay is everything you dream of. Condo was clean and has everything you need. Nice to have a washer and dryer too. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great and safe location. Condo layout was perfect. Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. House cleaner was professional and kind. Office manager very friendly and helpful regarding activities. We loved having the kitchen so we could have some meals in the room. Condo is within walking distance of a very nice grocery store. We also enjoyed being close to Camana Bay complex where there were many restaurants, 24 hour fitness and Ryde, where we took spin classes.

I planned this trip for my family and we had the best time! Our unit was clean, up to date and comfortable! The beach access was perfect, calm and beautiful. The staff was amazing they were kind and always available. Daisy the property manager was more than willing to help whenever needed. Perfect location and the unit has everything you need. I would recommend this unit or any unit at Regal Beach Club. My family was so happy we stayed here!

The location of this condo on Seven Mike beach is perfect. This was our 6th time spending Thanksgiving on Grand Cayman and I think the best location so far (3 times at the Ritz, once at the East End Wyndham and once in a condo in Spotts Beach). The condo was beautiful, whoever owns this has impeccable taste. The bed in the master bedroom was a little soft for my taste but was fine. This condo is also on the 3rd floor and there are no stairs but was not an issue for us. This also gave us a pretty nice view. There was never an issue getting chairs at the beach (which is amazing) or the pool. There is a jacuzzi but it is not heated, that would have been nice. Housekeeping every day was great and Provided hotel like service. The kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was great. We didn’t interact with the property management too much because we had everything we needed and picked up our arrival package at the Avis rental office at the airport as we came in on a Sunday. We rented a car there anyway and that was convenient. When we did talk to the management they were helpful and very friendly. We did rent a car because we did a lot of shore diving and headed to the East End but everything is in walking distance to Regal Beach. Loved this place and will not go anywhere else on Grand Cayman now that we have found it!

We just got home from an epic vacation in Grand Cayman and stayed in #432 at the Regal Beach Club. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures. The view of the ocean was even better ❤️ Extremely clean and well appointed with mid century modern/beach decor. Ladies came in every day to clean the floors, straighten up, make beds, provide clean towels, and straighten up. We loved coming back after a an excursion to a clean place that smelled of lemons (my husbands fixated on finding whatever cleaning products they used). Location was fantastic! Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! Camana bay is a 10 min walk over a beautiful foot path! Crafts right across the street was a blessing as my husbands a beer snob and that was the only place with a great selection of beers. We stopped there at the end of every night! Taxis are super easy to get ( Rubins taxi was always there to get us in less than 10 min from our call). The beach is mind blowinly beautiful and a short walk on the beach lands you at Royal Palms for a Beergarita or pina colada and a great meal while looking at the ocean. The food there was delicious. Mahi mahi tacos were to die for. I would highly recommend!! We had food delivered from Kirks so we had snacks and stuff to make breakfast in the beautifully appointed kitchen. It was all there on our arrival to the unit. Highly recommend ❤️

Exactly as advertised. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Perfect for 2 couples.

Myself and a co-worker had a business trip for a few days. We decided to stay at this wonderful condo instead of going to one of the hotels. The condo was very clean and located right on the beach. We made the mistake of renting a car, there are many restaurants around so we ended up walking everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and hope to bring our family back for a vacation next time.

Everything was what we had hoped for.
