This villa is situated on Paradise Island, Bahamas with very easy access to Nassau, Atlantis, and has its own private beach for the complex that it was in. The interior of this villa was very clean, and had modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and the outside grill saved us a ton of money on food by preparing it ourselves. Don't forget to shop in the grocery store on your way from the airport to the villa. The bathrooms needed an update, and the owner is doing that and other remodeling during this summer. I can't wait to see it again after the remodel. Jordan, the owner, will respond immediately if you have any problems with the villa. As I said, the villa is in a perfect place to see the island and it's attractions and adventures. Very easy to hail a cab, or even walk to see them all. I couldn't believe how friendly the people of the Bahamas are. They will go out of their way to recommend dining, attractions, and adventures. I recommend this place to everyone that is staying on Paradise Island. Go to this villa, unplug, rejuvenate, and enjoy the island life. Make it a time to connect with your friends and have a wonderful time. Maybe work on a tan!

We had a 5 day girls getaway. Was a great location. The unit was in one of the best locations on the property over looking the pool then the ocean in the distance. 30 seconds from the beach. The unit is really fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great restaurant location on site. The complexe in general is a little outdated however it did not bother us whatsoever. Great value for your money. The beds are very comfortable which was a big bonus for me+++ We all slept well and this vacation was exactly what we needed. We would 100% stay again.

Beach access

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was immaculate & quiet with comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of bathroom & bedroom storage. Jordan's response to many of our emails was almost immediate. We were allowed an earlier check-in & when we told him that the beach chairs were broken, new ones were brought to us within 24 hours. We will be booking again. Jordan, thank you so much for our perfect winter getaway!

My husband and I needed a little get-away after the holidays, and we were so lucky to end up in Jordan's villa on Paradise Island. It was way nicer than we expected. Check-in was super easy, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. The villa was immaculate and so comfortable, especially the bed. It has a great little kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The location is perfect, with one of the most beautiful, clean sand beaches I have ever visited just a staircase away from the villa. The pool right outside our door was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings away from the very busy Atlantis area. Jordan was great to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't think of a thing that was lacking. Well, yes, we fell in love with the island and we want to come back next year. We'll be booking at Jordan's again!!

First off we were greeted by this sweet lady that showed/helped us to our villa. I had a few questions for Jordan and I received quick responses. The villa was immaculate not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. It is very well supplied with cleaning supplies, utensils, dishes, pots/pans etc. There is a cooler, chairs and beach towels provided but when you go to the beach you can rent chairs and umbrellas if you want. My favorite part of the vacation was sitting on the porch every morning looking at the beautiful landscaping/pool, hearing the waves from the ocean and drinking my coffee. The Straw Market is a great place to purchase souvenirs from the locals. We are already considering returning next year! Thank you Jordan for sharing your villa with us!

Everything was as described. Beautifully set up and exceptionally clean. 10/10 would stay again. Only *small* problem Is that we thought we’d be able to make calls (as our cell phones sometimes didn’t work) and couldn’t find it. Everything was wonderful. Pool was great and proximity to beach was insane. Thank you so much.

We had owned a villa in Sunrise quite a few years ago and have rented villas there on several occasions since. We stayed at this villa, #11, last year and were very pleased with it again this year. The place is clean with all of the necessary amenities including a washer/dryer (very handy). The location is great with rapid access to the beach, pool, and Viola's, a reasonably priced restaurant/bar on the property. Snorkeling on the east end of the island- a 20 minute walk on the beach away from Atlantis- is safe, quiet and enjoyable. On the way there from the airport we had our taxi driver stop at the Harbour Bay Shopping center on East Bay St. where Solomon's Fresh Market, a supermarket is located. That allowed us to stock up on needed supplies for our stay. In the future a supermarket is coming to Paradise Island itself.

Lovely apartment. Easy communication, check in and out process. The apartment and the area is beautiful. Best beach a staircase away. The villa is very well equipped, nothing was missing from our fabulous vacation. The sunrise pool needs major maintenance, since our last visit, but the apartment was just perfect. We had an amazing stay at, thank you to our Host Avery.

Located on the most beautiful stretch of beach I have ever seen. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on when traveling. Condo was the perfect size for 4 people. Complex could use some repairs but overall very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

This place is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach day after day and doing nothing but unwinding and recharging with family and friends. Location can’t be beat with the beach literally just down the steps and accommodations were perfect with just a few minor things. Loved Viola’s on site and everyone was super friendly. Looking forward to coming back someday.

Stayed here after a scuba trip. Great place to relax and unwind. Very laid back with the pool and beach close by. Property was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden jewel away from the Atlantis masses but easy walking distance to many restaurants including the one on premises Violas which was really good. Loved the view from this place and much less crowed beach.

This was a great place right on the beautiful Cabbage beach. You can’t beat that! Walkable to the Marina village and Atlantis. Unit was nice and fully stocked including beach chairs. The property was a little run down but did have a nice quiet pool and a great restaurant. Would stay again in this unit.

Villa 11 was nice and sunrise Villas is a great location. Situated between ATlantis and the Ocean Club. Walking distance to everything! Jordan the owner was very accommodating. He was quick to respond to our emails and very helpful with information. We were pleased with the entire experience, just wished the pool could have been heated. It was cold😀

Lovely, spacious sunny, modern, two-bedroom villa with two bathrooms, washer and dryer. Villa was well appointed, with private patio that faced pool and ocean.

This was our second stay at Sunrise Villas. It is the best location for enjoying a private beach area with easy access to Atlantis! Our condo was clean and comfortable.

This unit is modern and very accommodating with a gorgeous oceanview from the living room and patio. My only issues were 1) the grill was not cleaned and was out of propane (should be ready for use) 2) the cable connection in the bedrooms were horrible. Other than these - all else was great. Would definitely reserve again. We loved it!

We like to stay away from the high rises and do things more local. This spot was perfect! Clean & tidy, true to its word. Manager was easy to communicate with for all our information requests and added an extra level of comfort. Replies were quick and informative. Patio was pleasant and a great place to sip a morning coffee as well as an evening nightcap. The property has a bar and restaurant up front and the food and drinks were awesome! Conch fritters were the best around as were the conch tacos! Really convienient. The pool was just off the patio and we used it post beach excursions, with a sand shower at the gated beach entry. The two bedroom 2 bath was perfect, and conveniently close enough to walk to stores and restaurants within a mile. We really cant wait to come back and stay again! Our VRBO manager was a huge part of that, thanks! Highly reccomend.
