What a beautiful house with all the amenities! The pictures do not do this house justice! This house is very spacious, clean and perfectly laid out! The backyard is gorgeous!! Lovely private pool.. yard and what I called my little piece of heaven. We spent time in this area every day of our trip! Our family and our little dog just loved this place! Michael is the most fantastic host! He is always available if you need him and is so kind with helping make the trip great! If you haven't ever done the salt river float then it's a must do! We had tons of fun! Michael has been very generous with the listing price of this house! Don't wait.. book it now! :) We will definitely be back!

My family, dogs, and I travel quite often for sports in different states and cities. I have to say that this house and owner was the best stay that we have had to date! Michael has definitely done his homework on catering to families needs when traveling. This beautiful pet friendly house has everything that you need and some! This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. It began with the communications with the owner and followed through to our stay at the property. Upon arrival we found the property to be spotless and all of the amenities as described in the listing. The property was well decorated and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen included all utensils and accessories you would need and more for your stay. The heated pool was fantastic and was enjoyed often. The owner communication during our stay was excellent. We hold the owner and the property in highest regard due the experience we had for our vacation. We would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend this VRBO to others.

It was a great process from start to finish. Michael was super easy to work with and friendly. His house has the warmth of a home. It made this getaway not only fun but also rich and inviting. We didn’t want to leave!

The house was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Pool and backyard were beautiful, we used the pool multiple times per day. Our dog loved the grassy areas in the yard and the walks on the paths in the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again! Owner is super nice and has excellent communication.

This property was great for our family! The pool was amazing (a few annoying wasps, but that’s it)! The house had plenty of accommodations and was a perfect stay for our family. The owner was very attentive. We hope to stay there again!

Had a hiccup on initial check in as the batteries in the keypad lock were dead. After that it was great. Only thing I didn't care for was all the bedrooms being upstairs, but I knew that when we rented so no fault of owner. The outside area was perfect!!! Just as the pictures showed.

Michaeal, the host, went above & beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Just as it's described, the house has everything you need. Yes, even muffin pans... so you can make blueberry muffins and chocolate cupcakes! The pool & yard were clean and well maintained. All the beds are comfortable and the entire house was super clean. We will certainly be coming back!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was March so we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and it was well worth it as our grandchildren spent time in the pool every day. Plenty of pool toys provided. The kitchen is well stocked for dishes, utensils, cookware and basic supplies. The back yard and patio are wonderful. The owner quickly responded to any contacts from us. The neighborhood is very nice. We wanted to be far east of Phoenix, closer to Gold Canyon, so this location worked well for us. Grocery stores and other shopping are very close which was handy.

Michael was friendly and he was concerned that we had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Since it was our first experience staying at a VRBO we had a lot of questions that Michael was very prompt with responses and any assistance required. The pool was a perfect temperature and all amenities were very clean. The beds are really comfortable including the sheets which were so soft we looked at the tag and intend to buy some for our home. Also, this property is in an ideal location.

Michael’s house provided such a comfortable experience during our stay in Arizona! It was very clean upon check in & included pretty much everything we needed (kitchen appliances, toiletries, etc). The house literally felt like our home away from home with a beautiful backyard, great-sized bedrooms, laundry room, & large space in the kitchen & living room area. My brother & I were able to continue our work from home easily with stable internet connection & a lot of workspace. The TVs also included connected streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc) for entertainment. Michael was such a great host - super responsive, continued to check in on our stay, & was very flexible/accommodating. He even stopped by to meet us in person on the weekend & was such a pleasure. We were truly happy with our stay & look forward to staying at his house again in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you, Michael!

What a wonderful home, and a wonderful host. We spent 5 days at the mesa home and was a sad day when out vacation ended. The House is wonderfully furnished inside and out, the pool heated to perfection, very comfortable beds, great neighborhood, two grassy areas, dog and kiddo loved them , bbq grill, 2 bikes, and sunny days and starry nights. Really enjoyed the boom box outside, we listened to Christmas carols on 99,9 and swam to our hearts content, taking a break to bike the neighborhood, and playin the park a block away.... What more could you want...We will be back...Thanks the smiths....The ice cream truck was nice also.....

This is a beautiful, clean home. It is meticulously maintained inside and out. My wife and I loved our weeklong stay here and would definitely stay here again. Michael, the owner, was courteous and quick to respond to our questions.

We came in from out of town to be able to visit with family and friends that live in AZ (We used to live here) and it was wonderful to be able to cook meals for everyone in the well equipped kitchen. We loved having time in the pool and plenty of comfortable space in the house! It was clean and comfortable and well supplied!

We chose this house based on the location and reviews, and it certainly did not disappoint! Michael is an awesome host and was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. The home was overall very comfortable and offered everything you needed. Every inch was clean and well kept, including the pool! We will definitely be staying again next time we’re in the area.

Where to begin! We head to Arizona every year to visit with family. Luckily we were able to find Michael's home available. Upon arrival everything was as advertised. The home was ready a bit early and Michael let us do an early check in, which was perfect after a very long ride in. Michael's communication before check in was superb. George and Anna (housekeeping) had the place looking immaculate upon our arrival. Our stay was better than we imagined. The backyard is perfect for family. Our pup loved the yard as well, unusual to find so much grass in an Arizona home. The yard is perfectly manicured and the pool well taken care of. If you ever get the opportunity to rent this home, I guarantee you will not be disappoint. I could write an entire book about the amazing experience that Michael and his team has provided from cleanliness to the perfectly stocked kitchen. Thanks again Michael!

Everything about this home not only met our expectations but exceeded them! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool oasis! The spacious kitchen and family room were the perfect setting to host local family for a long overdue get together. Michael was a wonderful host, quickly responding to any questions.
