I liked fact that you had access to terraces both size of the building, and the living room was very nice .

There is no soap, or body and hair gel in the bathrooms. Also coffee options available. Considering the closest shop is a few km away i think this is a big problem

LAyout of the apartment is great

Toilet bowl was not clean when we arrived. Also in the kitchen the fridge door was sprinkled with grease, for these reasons we were asking if the apartment was realy cleaned before our arrival. Also in one bedroom we suspect that the sheets were not changed, befor our arrival. We informed the owner of the apartment but they were told us that now they can not solve the problem and they understand if we want to leave .

The place is amazing to stay with family or friends. The apartment is located in a suitable place from which it's easy to visit all attractions by car. The apartment is clean and with a lot of space. There is a big terrace where you can have a morning cup of coffee with a beautiful view.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and especially comfortable. The level of cleanliness is very high. The courtesy and service of the owners were amazing. warmly recommended.

Problems with WiFi but sorted with the host The games in the apartment are both missing half the pieces due to disrespectful guests

Hosts were very kind they were even nice enough to wait for us to arrive despite being quite late, we rang ahead, due to traffic trouble. The small bedroom balcony view was a nice forest view. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice, bathtub was good, shower pressure great, good lighting, etc. The living room/kitchen was spacious, plenty of storage, great for a happy campers holiday. Sofas were comfy, TVs were in good standard. Outdoor seating was comfy. Amenities were good.

Parking was very tight, even for a medium sized car. The underground parking was very damp, which had spread to part of the complex, which included large black mold patches. The apartment was not part of the hotel, which was confusing since our search was for hotel and this somehow this snuck in on the radar. Probably better on air bnb. The food amenities were lacking and the cutlery and dishes were far from clean. Unsure where this cleaning covid charge is spent. Despite having a WiFi extender, the WiFi did not reach either bedroom, very lacking. I would suggest extra extenders or having the router moved. The large balcony view was a bit pants, staring at the neighbours and the opposite building. No lock on the large bedroom bathroom. Extra games or entertainment would be nice, pieces missing and or not available. Swimming pool is not part of the apartment, the swimming pool is part of the hotel. When we asked, we were advised to not bother with the hotel swimming pool and go to the local public pool in town as it was cheaper. We weren't looking for cheaper, we wanted a nice relaxing swimming pool with a spa treatment, hence wanting hotel facilities. Everything at the hotel is quite expensive.

It wasn't so clean, especially for our child who collected the dust on his hands
