Nice place to stay if you want to be right at the beach. Condo has 1 bedroom and a pull out futon in the living room area. There’s beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs if you need them and laundry on site if you need to do laundry during your stay. There was a 24 hour store nearby which was great and food within walking distance.

Property was located in a close to everything spot Our week went along smoothly. Hope to return.

I cant say enough about how perfect this condo was.

My husband and I had an amazing 7 days trip in this beautiful condo in La Isla Verde. Location is central to everything! You’re on the beach! Open the window and hear the sound of the ocean. A short drive to old San Juan, more beach and the mountains and hiking. We slept comfortably and condo had everything we needed. Thank you again for this magical place we had an amazing 20th anniversary here!

My favorite part about this place is it’s right on the beach!!! You can see, hear the ocean from your room! Everything was clean, updated and in working fashion! From the outside, the condo doesn’t look so inviting but this apartment is completely different than the outside. Perfect apartment for 2-3 ppl :) thank you!

This condo is perfect and every way for a couple or for a small family it has everything you need for a fantastic vacation whether eating out and walking to all of the clothes, shops and close restaurants or cooking a nice meal at home. Everything is wonderful and the condo is beautifully furnished, and the location could not be more perfect, we will be back very soon

We enjoyed our stay. The view from this well-maintained condo is beautiful. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We received prompt responses when communicating with the owner and property manager.

Lovely beach front condo just as described. We spent a comfortable week in this spacious condo with fully stocked kitchen and good bathroom amenities. Got good use of the beach loungers and towels that were also provided. The building is very secure and it’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Kudos to Jennifer and her management team who responded immediately when we came across a couple of issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five nights. We loved the location, particularly the accessibility of the beach. The initial check in process could be improved, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. We walked to dinner most nights and Old San Juan was only a $15-20 Uber ride. The CVS was 24 hrs and a block away for any supplies needed.

The condo is beautiful and the view is fabulous! The owners were attentive. The workers do not speak sufficient English, that was my only issue. The beach is beautiful. My girls never went out alone because the area is like any city in the US. The food, drinks, the culture, the people, the beaches, aand the condo was great!

When we pulled up to the building I thought I had made a huge mistake. The outside is not well kept, the lobby area was very dirty, there are bars on all of the doors. But then we got to our apartment and it was beautiful and just like the pictures! The location is perfect, literally steps to the beach. We walked to CVS several times for drinks or small items. We took and Uber to a grocery store once. The building was very quiet and secure. There was a lot of communication with the owner and property manager. They have clear instructions and checked on us regularly. The apartment has everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. The bed is comfortable a s the AC cooled the room off quickly. Don’t let the outside scare you away from this cute apartment!

This was a fantastic place. The location is really amazing. Right on the beach with sweeping views of the coast from the living room. The building is in stretch of resorts to the left and to the right so there is a lot of nearby amenities and restaurants. As for beach access, it couldn’t be easier or better. You just walk out the door and you are there. We spent a good amount of time walking up and down the beach and checking out some of the big resorts nearby and honestly, the location of this unit may be on the best part of this whole stretch of beach. There are also a lot of great restaurants around within walking distance including some of the best ones right in the building facing the beach. The unit has a kitchen (no oven) – we appreciated the blender – so we also had a few meals and drinks at home to keep costs down. There is a 24-hr CVS across the street that is well-stocked with all the basics you're going to need for your stay and the beach. Beer, wine, liquor, and basic groceries and food. All in all, this was a great place that we would book again.

First time we pulled up to the property, we were a little nervous. The outside building needs a little work but once inside our room....nothing compares to that view!! Full size windows in the living room and the bedroom of the beaitiful ocean. Absolutely amazing!! The condo was quaint, cozy, and clean. Everything we needed was inside, even different beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for the beach right across the street. Two little restaurants in the building for an easy lunch spot while on the beach or to grab a pina colda to take back to the beach. Building was very well secured, staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and a couple shops for souvenirs within walking distance. If we ever come back, I would definitely stay here again just for the picture perfect view alone!!

This unit isn very thing as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. The views are perfect and being so close to the beach was so convenient. The beach is also one of the nicest we have been on…totally beautiful! We had no issues and we HIGHLY recommend anyone considering a trip to Puerto Rico, should definitely look at staying at this condo.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We’ve had a great time. The only down side, it was pretty far everywhere we wanted to go. Spent fortune for Uber. Would definitely visit again, but maybe closer to excursions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Beach Condo, which was also close to our pick up/s for Rain Forest Tour, Swimming through Caves and Cliff Jumping and Snorkeling. Walking distance to great restaurants and stores. Beautiful view!

This condo is in a fabulous location steps away from Isle Verde Beach, our favorite. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach is nice. The new sliding windows allowed for fresh air and the window a/c units worked great. There is a nice pool and deck for sunning on the ground level. The building is nice with relatively fast elevators, a nice pool, and security. The property owner and management company were communicative and easy to deal with. You can easily Uber to any place you want to go. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will return. Thanks so much!

Overall fully satisfied with apartment. We were disappointed with one aspect. Alambique, a restaurant we loved, which was located in the rear of the building suddenly closed down after being there for decades.

Perfect location, just as listed. The unit overall was plenty for three of us. The kitchen was plenty spacious, the living area was good but the location was key!! My only downside of our stay were the pillows!! We were provided with beach towels as well as a cooler, although maybe a beach blanket for a family.... The grocery store was a short 10 minute walk and there is a CVS (24hr) on the corner. We chose to buy our breakfast and lunch goods and ate out for dinner. There is an informative binder with helpful phone numbers and suggestions. I would not recommend Metropol for dinner. Our experience was awful. We had some difficulty with the bus as we didn't know you needed .75$ in coins only to ride, so we cabbed it to San Juan. Otherwise, we will consider for another stay. Thank you for having us :)

The condo building in which this apartment is located is very, very old. That being said the apartment is very spacious and comfortable for two people. The location and views are amazing.! Both the living room and bedroom have large sliding glass windows from which you look out on the beach and ocean. We only had the air-conditioner on for the first afternoon after which we left the windows open during the day when we were there and again at night and let the cool breeze come in and listen to the ocean. When you left the building you had to walk about 5 steps and you were n the beach. The owner of the apartment thought of everything you would need for a weeks stay there including toiletries, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and umbrella. I most also note the apartment is super clean. We had a small issue and she got back to me and had it corrected immediately. The management company is also very responsive. It was a great stay also there is a very nice beach restaurant underneath the condo on the beachside. Great stay. Thank you Jennifer and Tania.

The apartment was small but comfortable with a great view to the ocean from high above, and the lobby is just steps from the beach. The pots and kitchenware was of good quality. The checkin process was a bit complicated; you call, they buzz you and you need to run from the small front gate to the door otherwise you need to call again, and they might be driving so you need to wait. Once you're in, the instructions via text are clear on how to get to the apt. and you get the beeper for the car, and the keys. My husband waited for me down on the street with the car. It would have been useful if they texted you the parking # which is not the same as the apt# or the code#, it's written in the binder upstairs and on the keys with tiny font. It would be great if they wrote it on the Beeper too. The whole process took 1 hr, but after that we could enjoy our stay. The area is very close to Pueblo Supermarket, Walgreens, CVS , USPS, and many restaurants. Even though is on the 9th floor you can still hear the cars below, but we closed the window. The internet speed is excellent for working including videoconferencing.

We loved this cute condo. It was the perfect size for us and had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. Any questions we asked the owner, was immediately taken care of. Her responses we well understood and quick! We had a cable box go bad during our stay and within a few hours had it replaced. The place itself was very close to the airport and the windows to both the bedrooms and living area - looked out directly to the beach! The breeze during the day was amazing when we had the windows open. The 'pre' information sent was so helpful AND there was a very detailed notebook with things in the area to do, and places to go. Thank you Jennifer! Our stay was great.

We found this rental to be exactly as described. Easy checkin/checkout process. Very secure but easy to come and go as we pleased. Kitchen was adequate for cooking. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Nice shower and hot water. Great wi-fi. The little library of books was a very nice plus for us. We were easily within walking distance to many restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hijole and the frozen margaritas!! We chose not to rent a car but did Uber if it was too far to walk--but we did walk to many restaurants. The management was very responsive to any questions. The only downside/frustration was that there was no way to access the washing machines during the week we stayed. This is difficult when you plan to do laundry part way through the trip! However it was a problem with the entire building--NOT an isolated issue with our rental Other than that everything was great!
