We had an amazing time. There were plenty games to keep the kids entertained and allowed the parents to enjoy some relaxing time without having to worry about them being bored.

We loved the house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and games in the backyard. Perfect size for 2 families.

Worked really well for the group of girlfriends getting together to celebrate. Close to it all and they had a ball!

We had a nice stay with our family. They only issue we had was that the locks in the doors are low so the young kids could open them and the pool isn’t gated. It would be nice to have higher security locks so kids can’t get out back.

Fantastic Home! There were 6 of us that stayed here for 4 nights to watch our son play college hockey(Colgate) vs ASU in the opening night at the new Mullett arena! The location was IDEAL- close to campus, shopping , restaurants, etc. The home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and had all the amenities needed. The backyard is equipped with Hot tub, pool, TV, lounge chairs/towels, Ping-pong, baggo, firepit, and more! We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. We had a great visit-love the farmhouse decor and spacious greatroom. The house had plenty of space for our family and a few bonus teenage friends. Welcoming backyard where we spent hours in the pool, hot tub, lounging reading a book, and playing ping pong. Our girls found a lovely spot for selfies near the back wall/fire pit. Close to golf, shopping, ASU, and freeways. Kelsey was super-responsive also!

This property was great! The house was clean, the management company made the whole process very easy, the pool was heated for us like we asked, the backyard had lots of fun games, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, and everyone had a nice experience!

This house was great for our family, 4 adults and 2 little ones. You can't walk to places but it was always a short drive. There are extra things to do like ping pong, corn hole, etc. And the grapefruit off the tree was amazing!!!

Hot tub, pool, games — this place has everything you’d need/want for a fun weekend stay! It’s a quick drive to Old Town and the Airport as well, making it super convenient.

The listing captured the property to a T. The house was great and communication with property manager was outstanding. They even sent someone to the property promptly to look into an issue we were having. The back yard was the MVP of the trip.

This home was amazing! Comfy beds, box fan or ceiling fan in all the rooms. Heated pool was very comfy and clean along with the hot tub. Lots of games outside. The backyard was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you could need, decanters. Glasses, silverware. Location was perfect to old town. Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. I would definitely book again! Well worth the money!

We've stayed in a number of different VRBO homes throughout the pandemic, and very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The decor was lovely and welcoming, the beds and sofas comfortable, and the kitchen spacious. Everything was sparkling clean. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The backyard area was fantastic and spacious, with many fun amenities, and the pool and spa were very enjoyable. Pool heating enabled us to swim even with daytime temperatures in the low 70s. The kitchen was equipped with most basics for cooking but lacked some of the things provided in other homes that we have come to expect (basic spices, saran wrap, aluminum foil, napkins, tupperware containers, tissues). Easily remedied with a quick trip to the nearby grocery store, but we wanted to mention so others could prepare. The metal chairs and stools in the kitchen look super cute but are not really comfortable for sitting; thankfully there were many pillows around. One suggestion we have for the hosts is to add some additional lighting in the room off the kitchen. The large wooden table is great for doing puzzles or playing board games, but it's very dark in that room. An overhead lamp or at least a couple of floor lamps near the table would help a lot. Overall we loved staying in this home and would definitely return. The neighborhood is quiet and really convenient for shopping in Old Town Scottsdale or exploring the riverfront area, and there are lots of very good restaurants within a few minutes drive.

This was the perfect place for our 3 generations of family to spend the New Years weekend. Weather was a little chilly but with the heated pool and hot tub not to mention all the other games available, we had an amazing time! The house was clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great time on our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, well stocked and decorated so nicely. We had plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The backyard was wonderful too. The property manager was very responsive and made everything so easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our trip here! The house was in a great location where it was easy to access the freeways and get anywhere in the Valley relatively quickly. The house was clean, had everything we needed for a week there and it was very easy to check. We had 11 guests all together and it was the perfect size for us, aside from just two bathrooms but we made that work. The owner quickly responded when I texted her. You won’t be disappointed staying here! I would love to stay here again when we return. Thank you!

The property met all our needs and the manager was extremely responsive and helpful! The overall size of the house was a bit smaller than we had expected, but it didn't effect our stay. I would not recommend a group larger than 6 adults.

We had a blast! Absolutely zero complaints! Communication with management was awesome and the house was beautiful! It was the perfect relaxing weekend to celebrate our soon to be bride! The outside of the house there are boards hanging which kind of makes you wonder but all that worry goes away as soon as you step foot into the house. The theme of the farmhouse is what it says in the name. The design of it is just amazing and the back yard is absolutely beautiful. Would very much recommend if you’re just looking to stay in a comfy home. The host was amazing as well always replying fast as well as making sure everything was good with us. One thing I would recommend, bring towels if you decide to go swimming. Other than that my rating speaks for what I think of this host and this property. I would highly recommend this to you and your group.

Great house, lots of room for cooking and hanging out. Such a fun back yard with table tennis, Jinga, golf, corn hole, and the pool of course. Pool towels provided, lots of dishes in the house.

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at this property. We were staying in Scottsdale for a long weekend to catch some Spring Training games and go out to the bars. The house is very close to the Giants Spring Training ballpark, Old Town, Tempe, and the Phoenix Airport. However, with the great backyard we rarely wanted to leave the house! Great time overall and Kelsey was a great host, she was very responsive and gave clear helpful instructions about the house. Would highly recommend.
