We had an amazing time at this location. Everything was as advertised.

We had a nice stay here in April 2024. The home is in a convenient location and was exactly as described. We were able to cook, do a little laundry and enjoy the dip pool. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were modern. Location is pretty close to Lauderdale by the Sea beach- we liked the Vista Park beach access. The host set very clear expectations with more reminders of expectations than we are used to. Overall a good experience!

Property was great for our family. Very functional and had all the amenities we needed. Very good experience.

The house was very nice and modern. We enjoyed the pool and the patio. The pool was the perfect temperature.

Upon arriving the, house was immaculate. Communication between myself and the owner was smooth and swift. The backyard and pool area is the highlight of the property for sure!

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. From the minute we walked in we felt like we were in pure luxury. The design and space are absolutely incredible. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and the house is spacious and immaculate. We are picky and staying outside of our hotel comfort zone was scary - but this home was beyond what we could have imagined or experienced at a hotel. We didn’t want to leave and have already talked about booking this property again!

This house is a beautiful property in a great location. It was close to everything you could possibly need for your visit to Ft. Lauderdale. The property manager (Sergio) was great! He was helpful, always available for any questions you may have. There was clear communications and instructions while at the property. He was patient and kind. This house is fantastic! The pictures are spot on and everything we needed was included. Lauderdale by the sea is a great area.

We, 4 senior girlfriends stayed at this property and had a fantastic time. Everything was as expected and more from the pictures. Property very clean, pool was great. The only issue we had was getting into the property with the app. Texted that we were having an issue and was resolved within 15 minutes so all good with us. Would definitely be back if the occasion arises.

Beautiful property and great managers of property.

My family of 5 stayed at the house this August (2023). The house was very well stocked with not only basic necessities but much more which made our stay that much comfortable. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood but at the same time closeness to beaches, shops and restaurants. We really love the Pampano beach which was only 15 min drive. But what blew our minds away is how kind the hosts had been to us. They made sure we checked in fine, that we had everything we needed, they reminded us when to take out the trash and answered all the questions we had. The day we were supposed to fly out, the hurricane was approaching. The host called us the night before and told us we could come back to the house if our flight got cancelled and stayed as long as we need to. My daughter also forgot some of her things at the house including a wallet with some money it it. The host called us, told us that their cleaner found our staff and she was going mail it back to us. Thank you Sergei and Inessa for your kindness and honesty, we truly appreciate it.

Nice big clean house and well moved in with everything we need for a stay. Customer service very fast and efficient.

This trip was our family vacation and we visited with family living in the area. We were so happy with the house. Everything was perfect and plenty of room for all of us. This home had everything we needed and we would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is a good size and can comfortably house 8 people. It is also VERY clean and absolutely beautiful. The pool is huge. This home has beach chairs and beach towels for use for your stay. Additionally, there is a general supply of kitchen items (Pam, tin foil, salt etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only item I was not satisfied with is the front door lock system is frustrating to use. Other than that, we loved the house, the location and we will be back in the future!

Rested with two families in mid-April. The house is clean, well maintained, corresponds to the information indicated in the description to it. The management is caring and always ready to help. The location of the house is in a very quiet and peaceful area, there are many shops and restaurants around. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the beach. We can safely recommend it for a vacation, and we are thinking of returning there next time.
