Beautifully decorated with open space to spread out and not feel crowded. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 teen/tweens. Home is situated close to Bass Pro, restraunts, shopping and parks. A 35 minute drive to Branson. If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

We used this house to host our family for MSU graduation. It was plenty of room inside and out. The house was clean and well stocked. Great location.

My friends and I headed back to Springfield for a reunion and this property was exactly what we were looking for. There are so many little surprises everywhere that only enhanced our stay. The location was optimal in the center of town, and there was even a nice little walking path minutes away we utilized each morning. Everyone that stayed couldn’t believe how nice and clean the house really was. Any future trips I will definitely look into booking this property again!

This was a lovely, roomy, and clean home for our family of 4 children and 4 adults to stay in. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was lovely. I would recommend this place for anyone needing to stay in Springfield.

We had a big family and this property was perfect for all ages. It is thoughtfully decorated and well supplied.

We had the wrong code to gain access when we arrived, but after a short, easy call with the owner we were in and unpacking in no time! It was the perfect place for our families to share a fun weekend together. Very spacious, very clean, and everything we needed. Will definitely be looking into it again next year!

It has easy entry and it was very clean. It also had everything that we needed. It is in a good neighbor that is close to restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact and answered questions in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will keep it in mind for the next time we are in the area. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are super comfortable, the whole house was exceptionally clean, and the added little things were a huge perk. The stocked toy closet and booster seats for the table made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful house- especially for kiddos! Much more spacious than pictures appear. All the amenities you need. Great toy closet. Perfect location. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have utilized back porch and yard. Quick and friendly responses from owner too.

We enjoyed our stay and felt "at home". The house was clean, beds comfy, and even the towels were great(and there were plenty!)! I hate it when the towels are paper thin. There were plenty of kitchen items and things people have "left" like condiments, zip lock bags, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo....all the little things that you might need. We also left some things that the nest guests might need. The back patio was fabulous! The kids loved playing cards, chess, checkers...and the dads enjoyed the Nintendo gaming system! There was plenty of room! It was much better than staying in a hotel because we got to relax in the evenings together.

We rented the house for our small youth retreat for our teens in the church! This place had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was big enough for us to prep and serve our teens, the living room made a great meeting place for our workshops, and the bedrooms for great for giving the teens their own space. It was a perfect location for exploring Springfield and even spending some time in Branson. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond when messaged. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for a 2-family vacation. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 7 kids. We all had a blast spending time together inside and outside in the yard and riding bikes (brought our own plus used theirs). The kitchen (and all its supplies) was wonderful! The washer and dryer were a perk, too. We didn’t even unpack toys because there were plenty. There were even 2 strollers available! Fantastic house!!

This was our first experience with a vrbo and it was not disappointing, great home, very clean and communication with owner was spot on.

This was a very nice property. It was perfect for a family birthday party. Very nicely decorated and nice sheets and towels. Lots of nice amenities, such as the sun porch, the swing in the back years and the closet of kids toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean! Loved that they had the regular Nintendo. I haven't played Kirby in forever. Was very nice to have entertainment at the house for free. Was raining when we got there and was able to park in the garage. Plenty of room for everyone and the house is gorgeous. Very Very happy with this place!

We traveled for a football tournament and really enjoyed the quiet location and space the house provided. We will definitely be looking to stay again for the next tournament!
