We took our teenagers and 2 of their friends and we all loved the house. The pool table was fun and we played board games as well. The hot tub was very nice with its own fantastic view and at night you can see lots of stars. The house was close enough to get to Boone quickly but far enough away to feel more remote. The porch was nice with lots of seating and we enjoyed the mornings and evenings out there. Close to tubing, shopping in Boone, Grandfather Mountain and even biking the Creeper Trail in Virginia. Great place to stay.

The house was close to Boone and Blowing Rock, perfect location to explore the area. The house was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful!

We have been staying in this area for 10 years over the 4th of July and have yet to find a view like this. Just incredible from every window. The cabin was spotless, communication with host immediate and we really enjoyed having the pool table on the main floor so that everyone was engaged! This was the first time that we did not have central AC and in July I feel like that should be considered. There are window units but NC in July is hot and the temp inside stayed around 80 during the day so just keep it in mind. We were gone most of the time during the day and used fans when we were there. Nothing to keep us from enjoying this property again!

Perfect for a party of six. Traveled up for an adventurous weekend with friends and made this our landing spot between Boone, NC and Damascus, VA for the Virginia Creeper Trail. Beautiful home, wonderful views. You're truly in the clouds in the morning. Thanks for a great place.

Great home with beautiful views!

We just returned from our stay and had a wonderful time in the mountains. This property has fantastic views, was clean and cozy, and close to Boone and other attractions. The owner was fantastic with communicating and providing lots of ideas for activities in the area. We had a great spring break and were very happy with the property

Our experience was absolutely wonderful!! The ease of booking this family weekend getaway was so easy. The home, location, and views were perfection! It is like a little piece of heaven on earth. The owner provided great information about things to do in the area and made the entire experience so wonderful. We cannot recommend this property enough!

It’s been our third time staying in this beautiful property. The house has it all - beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, pool table, hot tub…. Loved it and hope to be back! The owners are quickly to respond.

I wish I can give negative stars so I can keep this secret gem to myself. The cabin is clean and it has everything you need. The best location with amazing views. We already planning a trip back in the summer.

Our stay was fantastic. The cabin is exactly as it is described. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and the complimentary bottle of wine and nice card was an exceptional bonus. The views are out of this world.

We stayed here last year and loved it! This year’s visit was just as great. If you want a lovely, comfortable home with a STUNNING view that is quiet but still close to Boone, this is the place for you!

I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier stay. Every detail was perfect! The suggestions of things to do/places to eat were wonderful and extremely helpful. We especially enjoyed the nearby unmarked hike to a beautiful waterfall. The place was immaculate and comfortable. Both my teenage sons said to me, individually and unprompted, ‘You did good with this, Mom.’ I mean, if that doesn’t convince you that it’s an amazing place to stay I don’t know what will! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent place to stay, close to Boone, NC, Blue Ridge Pkwy, and all the area has to offer. This property was clean, beautifully decorated “mountain style” , and well-appointed, with outdoor hot tub overlooking an incredible view. A note for renters: personal toiletries should include Kleenex tissues, shampoo, shower soap, & body lotion.

This home is fantastic! The porch is to die for. We started each morning with coffee on the porch and ended each evening with an adult beverage on the porch. Very restful. And it’s very convenient to Boone.

The house easily accommodated our family, had a wonderful deck with gorgeous views and a pool table in the center of things that allowed folks to play pool and not be isolated from others not playing. (when pool tables are in the basement it can divide the group). The hostess sent great recommendations for things to do in the area and was very responsive. The house was also very clean. I would highly recommend this property. One note, obviously this is in the mountains and the gravel road leading into the house is steep. You must have a vehicle that can travel easily up a fairly steep terrain.
