This was our first time staying in Siesta Key. Our condo had everything we needed and appreciated them stocking the condo with extra things like paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc. Beds were very comfortable and living room area very nice to hang out. There is a nice balcony that you can get a view of the beach off the side. It does face another high rise but we loved how close the condo is to the beach. The beaches are absolutely beautiful. It was definitely busier being spring break time

This is our favorite place to stay in Siesta Key. Owners are extremely friendly and responsive. Place is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with lots of amenities. Makes it super cozy when you’re flying into town. Beachfront access and beach amenities are reasonably priced if you want, although the unit has everything you need. We will be coming back! Thank you Carol and Ron!

We had a lovely time at this condo. Everything was as described, the location was great. We took an Uber from and to the airport and got an insta cart order for groceries. There is also a small grocery store and a 7-11 across the street, along with restaurants and shops. The trolley will take you into town and down to Turtle Beach. The trolley was busy over the Holiday weekend and we did get a little frustrated waiting as they didn't seem to have enough of them running. The rest of the week was fine.
The beach is beautiful and pool was great too. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week for $90. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in a storage bin, but we were lazy. It was really nice not to have to carry it all to the beach.
The condo itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was fast to respond to all of my texts! Thanks for the great week, we hope we can come back again.

We loved our stay at this condo! Perfect location on the beach with restaurants right across the street. The condo was great with a very well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Perfect rental!

I stayed at this condo with my family in February. My husband and I had our three children, (9) (6) and (2). We have stayed in different places along the gulf side for a few years now. This place was our favorite! Carol was so easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. We arrived on a gloomy day and Carol even gifted our family with tickets to Mote Aquarium. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We really enjoyed being in a condo that was stocked with all the necessities (spices, coffee, sunscreen, aloe, shampoo/conditioner, etc). We loved the beach location and location to great restaurants. We wouldn't have even needed a car with the ease of the frog hop! We would definitely stay here again! There was not one thing that did not exceed our expectations!

We love Sea Shell, and have rented from Ron and Carol multiple times. As soon as we get home, we typically start planning the next trip back! The unit has everything you need, and is clean and decorated so nice. it's the best family vacation we've had!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo and its location! It was perfect and we definitely would return. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the starters of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap and paper towels! That was really nice. We used a beach umbrella one day too and the beach towels provided were great! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Condo was clean and colorful. Two bedrooms each with a private bath. Everything in the details given about the property was accurate. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The condo had everything we needed and extras. The location was superb! Lots of good eating within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is steps from the property, so it was quick and easy to run to the room for refreshments. Would not hesitate to rent this place again!

This was our second time renting this condo. Hosts are very organized and communicative. The condo itself is beautiful, so well decorated and stocked and on one of the most beautiful beaches in North America. Location is nearby restaurants and shops and on the shuttle route to Siesta Key Village and other areas. We also visited St. Armand's Circle for shopping which is about 25 minutes away by car. Highly recommend!

We chose Siesta Key for our annual Mother-Daughter week. Neither of us had ever been here before but we will definitely return!
Our hosts, Carol and Ron, were very welcoming and when they found out we were newbies, gave us lots of good tips and suggestions on how to navigate the area.
Their beautiful condo is located close to many restaurants , entertainment and shopping opportunities. It was easy to find our way around.
The beach is spectacular and we also enjoyed the pool!
Thank You Carol and Ron for being so kind and available! We hated for the week to end!

We came to Siesta Key to celebrate my son’s graduation! Carol was an amazing host. We arrived to town early and we’re able to check in early due to the early departure of the previous guest. The condo was clean and had so many nice added touches that made our stay perfect. We loved having our own umbrellas and snorkel gear. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being on Crescent beach and just across the street from restaurants, liquor store, grocery, souvenir shops, ice cream stops and drug stores. Carol was available for questions and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

The location is a given, perfect. Tiki Bar across the street and white sand 100 feet away. This condo is ultra-clean, updated beachy flavor and decor, and appliances are all new and top of the line. Ron and Carol have included all the little things so you don't have to run straight out to the store.
As far as owners, they again are a (10). Super friendly, very accommodating and immediately available by text or call.

Overall, our stay was great. Condo is in a great location, abundance of lounge chairs available which was awesome! People we encountered were friendly and respectful. Bed pillows could use an upgrade. They are like pancakes and very uncomfortable. Mattresses were okay. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable. Could use some new skillets and spatulas. Overall we had a great time, and you really cannot beat the location. The place was a good size for our family of 5 and the owners were very responsive and friendly.

We stay in siesta key/Sarasota every year. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Right on the beach. Covered parking. Extremely clean. Fully stocked kitchen, but no gross half used condiments in the fridge. Completely cleaned out fridge just like the pictures. Awesome tiki bar/restaurant right across the street with love music and great food and drinks. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is beautiful! Clean, stocked, and the easiest process to check in and out and stay! The beach is perfect, amenities were great, restaurants and stores within walking distance, pictures are very accurate, hosts accommodating! Highly recommend!

This condo is amazing! From the moment you walk in you are transported to peacefulness by all the beachy decor. Beds and sofas are very comfortable. The condo provides everything you could possibly need and more. Carol and Ron are excellent hosts and respond very quickly should you need anything. Close to many amazing restaurants. We love Siesta Key Oyster Bar and Conners (recommend by Ron and Carol). Great area for snorkeling right in front of the condo and at point of rocks. Highly recommend!
