Such an enjoyable place! Coffee on the deck in the morning with our binoculars to look at all the boats and goings on up and down the beach! We were pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for use. Pool was beautiful! The hotel next door (Mayan Palace) drinks and food were available by a waiter who comes over to the Pearl Tower. Restaurant s Palapas and Mr Lionoso are good and a walk if you are walkers! Taxis were very available while on the Main Street as well. We stayed in the Golden Zone a few days prior and the Pearl Tower unit was a welcome relaxing place to stay for the rest of our trip! Exactly as pictured. Better than expected. Well equipped kitchen. Sound of the waves lulled us into delicious deep sleep all night in the comfortable bed. Great beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was available. Restaurants nearby. Buses, pulmonas and cabs easy to get right on the street out front. Large swimming pool. Washer and dryer so we could pack super light. We needed a Covid test before returning home to the US and Gil arranged for a doctor to come right to the condo to administer it. Gill was extremely helpful as was Jesus, the concierge. We would stay here again. For the most part everyone working with tourists in Mexico wears a mask, so in terms of Covid, I felt very safe. We walked out to restaurants at night and the neighborhood seems safe with plenty of other people walking, jogging and riding bicycles. Bonus - a bus ride is 11.5 pesos and the green bus stops pretty much wherever you are and let’s you off wherever you want to get off.

Nothing beats being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Cute one bedroom condo located in a very quiet section of Mazatlan. Condo was as described…. Only downside is the TV is in the bedroom not the living room so if one of you is looking to stay up a bit later it doesn’t work. The beach is one of the better ones and you can walk the whole thing.

Best ocean view we have ever seen. Breathtaking. The unit was as promised. Judy is a great host and Gil was always there when you needed him. The unit has everything you need and if you’re considering this unit, book it now. You won’t find better, especially for the price!

The property is exactly as pictured although the pictures don’t do it justice! The views are amazing and the sound of the ocean is so soothing to me! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay! Judy and Gil were extremely accommodating for any questions! Then there is the pool which is amazing and the ocean just steps away! Just a first class property! I hope to return soon!

However Judy worked with us to arrange a mutually agreeable refund when we had to return to Canada early.We love this apartment it allowed us to safely distance from everyone. We walked the beach, sunbathed on the deck, worked out in the gym and only visited the restaurants that were adhering to COVID restrictions. All in all we felt safe grocery shopping and taking the bus as everyone was wearing a mask. Thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

This was our second stay at this wonderful condominium unit. Judy answered all our questions before we arrived. Gil, the onsite manager, met us on arrival and even arranged for our ride back to the airport upon departure. The unit was very clean and we especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the furnished balcony each day. Security and staff were always friendly and the green bus schedule was quite handy. Judy’s condo is a gem! Modern, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and very safe. The outside patio is spacious and comfortable with great patio furniture. The sun does not hit the patio until late afternoon so the mornings are very comfortable both inside the condo and sitting outside on the patio. Judy is readily available via text message or phone call for any question or concern. Her driver Gabino and property manager Gil are top notch! They are at the ready for when you need them. Unfortunately we decided to cut our stay short due to COVID-19. Gil, Judy, and Gabino were there 100% to help and support us with our arrangements to come back home. We did not feel stranded or alone. We look forward to returning to this condo again in the future! Thank you Judy for sharing your lovely home!

The property looks just like the pictures. Very modern, clean and amazing views. You go to sleep listening to the waves of the ocean and wake up to the waves of the ocean. Very quiet. We have been to Mazatlan 8 times and always stayed in the golden zone. Judy has a driver named Gabino who picked us up from the airport and then took us for groceries. Very reliable and nice young man. Overall rating would be a 9 out of 10.

This unit has everything you could want to help enjoy your stay. The large well furnished deck is great for enjoying the sun or that morning coffee. Judy is very easy to communicate with, timely responses to questions. Pearl Tower is a very nice place to stay, great pool overlooking the beach, friendly helpful staff. Overall just a great enjoyable place to vacation

We loved our two months at this property. So many properties you go to just have the bare minimum. The little extras are what gives it a 5 star rating and helps make you feel that you're not just another renter. A properly outfitted kitchen, tons of towels, beach chairs and an umbrella and the list goes on. The location of this property is great for beach walks, relaxing on the spacious deck or beside the pool and its great for getting to restaurants and all amenities. The bus service outside your door is second to none with buses running every 15 minutes. Great property. We're definitely coming back.

Just loved Judy's Condo. Spectacular views. Comfort all around. Beautiful decor. Everything you need for a great vacation. The bed was so comfy and nice plush towels. Well equipped kitchen. The ocean was great for swimming and the infinity pool was so nice. Judy's property manager Gil was most helpful in making arrangements for our return ride to the airport with Gabino a very fine young man. This was our first time to Mazatlan and we really enjoyed our stay. The New Mazatlan and the Old Mazatlan has lots to offer. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Will we come back ? Absolutley !!!! Loved every minute! Beautiful, clean, well-maintained modern condo. Nice quiet location with great views. On-site staff very helpful and friendly. Very good experience

Judy's condo was exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Beautiful, quality decor inside and out. Excellent beach and the pool was rarely busy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. And the bed was super comfy. With the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep I slept better than I had in months. She arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. Gabino didn't speak much English but his translation program on his phone made conversation possible. The bus into the city is very handy and reasonably priced. There are 2 excellent restaurants just at the end of the street: El Capitano and Scorpio Tacos. Plus plenty of restaurants in the old town. You must eat at Topolo, near Plaza Machado. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and a wonderful condo. Thanks Judy. We'll be back!

My husband & I stayed in Judy’s beautiful condo for 10 days. The condo has everything you need to feel comfortable including a very comfy king size bed. The huge patio w incredible view is breathtaking. You can tell that Judy puts a lot of care and detail into making the whole process easy and comfortable. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved our stay in Mazatlan and can’t wait to return .

Nothing beats coffee in the morning on a huge deck overlooking the beach and ocean! This condo is perfect - fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows- very comfortable furniture, beautiful pool area, and with easy access to local transportation. The on site staff are great. The gym overlooking the pool area is well equipped and we used it daily. Wifi was fast and reliable. Judy was great to work with - responded quickly and even left some cold cervaza and limes in the fridge for us. We highly recommend this unit and the Pearl Tower for a great beach front vacation in Mazatlan!

Just returned from a magical relaxing 2 week vaca at the Pearl Tower in Matzatlan.. The view from the 9th floor condo was breathtaking. The huge deck with beautiful comfy furniture was perfect. Inside there was nothing to bring but your food and drinks. It's very obvious the owner Judy takes great pride in her decor. Her property manager Gil was very accomodating. And if you needed Judy for ANYTHING she was quick to respond. In 2 weeks we only saw half of Matzatlan can't wait to return. Thank you Judy for allowing us to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets ever..

My husband and I stayed for a week and were most impressed by the efficient management of this condo.Judy in the US and Gil in Mazatlan are available to answer questions as are the happy and helpful staff at Pearl Tower. The beach is magnificent directly in front of the condo. The infinity pool is a sight to behold and often empty. The pictures online can’t truely describe what a wonderful spot this is. Overall, it was a great stay. There were a few things throughout the week that happened. We did not have water upon arrival at around 2pm. It wasn't back on until 10:30 that night. There was an ant issue in the kitchen and in the front room, but we were told that someone would spray. However, when the people were supposed to spray the electricity was out the next day after a storm. The electricity was out the entire day and restored that night with a generator. Following that, the cable was out the next day when we returned from sight seeing and stayed out till the next morning. Despite all the adversities, this was one of the best trips we have taken! The staff did everything they could to stay on top of everything and get things situated. Everyone continued to work until the water and electricity issues were solved. There are plenty of tours, restaurants and sights to keep you busy. There is also an infinity pool with the best view to keep you cool and the patio view offers some of the best sunsets daily. The room was clean, with a super comfy bed and patio furniture. Pearl Tower may have been having an off week, but we enjoyed ourselves fully. We will definitely be visiting again.

This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Initially, i thought the pictures were too good to be true but boy was I wrong. It’s even SO much more beautiful in person!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous & clean, the decor is amazing, Judy provides everything you could need. There’s no words to describe the view. We woke up to the sound of the waves, the sun only ever hits at around 3-4pm but otherwise you’re always in the shade. The beach is literally a 30 second walk & it’s so beautiful. Security on site 24/7 so it’s very secure. You’re not too far from the malecón, but you’re not too close either. It’s absolutely perfect. No hotel beats the price, the comfort, privacy & the views. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Judy for being an outstanding host!!!!!!
